[Resolved] Nokia 5800 Xpress Music — MOBILE GETS HANGED | |
Hi, I have been using Mobile phones from last 10 years. I had bought Nokia 5800 Xpress Music in October 2009 Bill No. – 6620 dated 29.10.2009.From Electronic Ways – Nokia Priority dealer Rajouri Garden New Delhi - 110027 . The Mobile started hanging within 1 month o[censored]sage. I went to Nokia Showroom and they were making Lame excuses & they told me that I must be using Phone Memory instead of Memory Card but still the problem is there in handset I want to ask the NOKIA Top Management that who has given them right to sell Sub- Standard products in India. Please remember it is the same company Nokia who had recalled faulty batteries from Market or some companies recalling Laptops & even cars due to manufacturing defect. I would like to warn all people who want to buy NOKIA Phones that please do not buy the same as this is them most Pathetic Mobile Phone available in Market . today i went to nokia care shimla i had a complaint in my e61i of not being charged
they registered my complaint i.e service job sheet no.21391on dated 11-05-09 thry charged rs.50 from me and said that these charges are for just giving an estimate that how much will it cost for me to get it repaired after that they asked me to come after two hours i am not sattisfied with the nokia care shimlaany body can contact me [protected]

NOKIA XPRESS MUSIC — memory card disconnecting
i am using above phone from last may 09. offently mc disconnecting it self. to make it normal has to remove the card back and inset again.Nokia/Nokia 5800 XM — Bad service
Dear Sir,I am really frustrated with the nokia service, especially nokia service center, sector-2 noida. I purchased Nokia 5800 XM and the EMIE no - [protected] in Feb 2009. But the handset not perform good, Vibration not working, phone get hang and restart charger pin not working. I submitted it to the center and they told me that it will go to L3 because its new launched handset and you will get it back after 15 days. After 15 day I receive my handset but the issue is same, again I submit the set. They submitted the handset 5 times for L3. Some time for 15 day or 20 day but didn't receive any proper solution. When last time I receive the handset it display screen is cracked and charging is not working. Now again I submitted the handset on 1st Sept (Job Sheet no[protected]/090901/20)and had word will Delhi Regional head and also branch head regarding it and sms me that you will get a replacement for this handset. On 23rd sept I receive call from the Regional head that collect your replacement handset. When I reach the service center they provide me old handset and told that this is new one. The Version of handset is RED but the firmware in handset is Blue. and they are saying that this is new brand set, and it’s repaired set of L3 as the handset have L3 repaired sticker. I didn't receive the set. Now I m calling Mr. Shailander ([protected]) (Regional Head, Delhi NCR) but he is not picking my call and even not replying on my sms.
Please help me to put complaint to nokia and get me my handset back beacuse from last 4-5 month i facing thsi issue, waiting for your reply

nokia xpress music 5800 — Faulty mobile handset supplied by Nokia India
Hi,I purchased Nokia Xpress Music 5800 mobile phone on 22nd Feb 2009 for a Nokia dealer located at F.C Road, Pune, Maharashtra, India. I paid 19,000 Rs to the dealer and bought with warranty of 1 year.
Ever since I purchased mobile, it has given problem and hasn't worked perfectly for a long duration. Everytime it gave me new problem.
1. Sometime touch screen doesn't work
2. Battery's performence is not optimum as promised by Nokia. Batter was already replaced once but again it gave lower results.
3. Sometime mobile gets restarted on its own and says that Sim card registration failed and it fails to detect sim card. while the same sim card works perfectly fine in other mobile.
4. I can't load more songs in mobile as it starts getting hange.
Even now, my cell is in nokia care for more than 1.5 months. I am not able to use my cell. It was given to Nokia Care for atleast 6-7 times. I really want replacement or my full money now.
I am really fed up of the mobile handset and requeted Nokia India to replace this faulty device passed to me. They said that they won't replace as of now and my warranty period is getting expred soon. After Feb, they won't entertain me as warranty period is getting over.
Kindly consider my request and please process it on priority basis as my warranty period is about to lapse.

Nokia 5800 X press Music Mobile — Non Delivery of product
Hi,I am very sorry to say that you are irresponsible in customer satisfaction. I have done a online purchase for Nokia 5800 tube Xpress phone through Credit card in 6 EMI, first EMI will be processed on 3rd of AUG but till now i havent received the product. The status shows as it has been delivered on 21 July, but till now I don’t have any update on this, either I don’t have the chance of cancellation, since couple of days when I call the call centre to find out the status, they repeat the same “ as it will get delivered in 2 days an its coming form UAE” bull , even if the do a normal courier it will reach India with in 5 to 6 days, its almost 11 days now(Aug 02, 2010), and there is no response either from India shopping times or from courier, today when call they say that for cancellation it requires 48hrs, it’s a shame on our part that we do give this type of customer service to our own Indians, that to from India shopping.

Nokia Mobile — NokiA 5800XM
Dear Sir,I would like to make a complain against your company regarding my cell phone Nokia 5800Xm (Covered under warranty). Sir i am using nokia sets for last 11 years and always like nokia services. I was having a problem with my slide switch and i went to the nokia service center for repair. I was given an answer at that time that your phone will be ready next day. next day i recieved an sms that my phone is ready and i should pick it up. when i went they told me its still under repair and u wl get a sms when it will be ready.
Next day i recieved a sms that my phone is ready. Despite of busy schedule due to my office hours plus Ramadan/ EID celebrations when i reached thier they told me its not fixed bcoz they found some liquid inside. i have asked them how after 3 days they came to know about liquid may be they wanted me to buy a new mobile. I asked for complain letter but they refused to give me. Is that way you are treating your customer . I am really fedup with nokia and definetely will not used it in future specially if i stay in Qatar. My last hope is to send a request to you directly so you can take remedial action against.
I will wait for your positive reply.

nokia xpress music 5800 — against nokia customer care at shimla the mall branch
dear sir,my name is a s jamwal, i hv buyed nokia xpressmusic 5800. from jhansi. my ear ice was not working thats why i visit nokia customer care centre at shimla the mall. they told me that new virsin has come and mobile needs to be upgraded, i gave my mobile there for upgradation. on delivery they gave my mobile, the problem was solved but, the body cover screw was loose i told then to tight the screw but they have silly excuses that the body remains loose that much i told them that when i buyed the mobile that time mobile body was fully tight but they told that they have no word less, no idea. please take neccessary action against the customer care centre.
