Hello friends

I would like to suggest you all please dont purchase nokia 2700 handsets..
In this product there is problem of software application you will not believe i purchase
My mobile on 1st of jan 2010 from bangalore cmh road nokia center.. And this software work only for 4-5 hours than after this is telling for every sim card sim registration failled.. This is not for a single sim i check near by 50 sim card than i call to customer care the are telling there will be software application problem go to nearest nokia care center they will install new software it will work...
Is it right friends... Since 7th days i m chasing up for this but still this is not fix.. I west my money to purchase a mobile from nokia...

      My father has lost Nokia 2700 classic as someone stolen the handset.
      After that we immediately launced FIR in nearby PS in chopan GRP on 4rth jan 2010. But Nokia service center (Robertsganj, UP) showed very unprofessional way to deal with the customers and refused to lock the stolen Nokia 2700 classic handset. The details of the handset is:

      I don't understand why Nokia staff is showing such irresponsible behavior towards the customers beside supporting them in such incidents. Nokia is a big and reputed brand and such irresponsible behavior is not expected from them.
      We want immediately to lock the handset to prevent any misuse of it by anyone and possibly to trak the handset.

          sir, my mobile nokia 5030 was given to nokia service center when i am it is in working condition but a small problem was direct torch glow they say 200 rs i pay but when they give return it connot work they again ask 800 rs

              I had purchased the E 63 Nokia from a dealer in Colaba, M/S POPY located at Sheila Mahal Cooperative Housing Society, Shop No. 3, 1st Pasta Lane, Colaba,Mumbai 400005.Invoice No. 7606 dated 12th December 2009.IMEI No. [protected]. After inserting the sim card I had gone on a trip and wanted to use the handset but unfortunately the outgoing sound from the set was not audible to any of my caller. I was told by the dealer that the handset had a problem and to take it to the NOKIA sercice centre located at Princess street and they would help me out. I gave my phone to the service centre and was told that they would send it to New Delhi and I would get the same in 10 days duly repaired. Today I was told my handset was ready and when I got it back the phone did not work agaain. The gentlemen at the counter had all sorts of excuses and was trying to palm of the set with aan excuse that as my battery was not charged the phone sound was not clear. I had to raise my voice at the gentlemen as he was trying to con me. I having been using a NOKIA phone for years and this is the first time I have had problems. I refuse to accept a repaired phone now and would request that the handset be replaced by a brand new set as I am still covered undewr warranty. Incidentally the handset as all kinds of scratches on it and looks as if it an old phone.Kindly look into the matter and let meknow ASAP.

                Hi,

                This is mail is to bring to your attention how pathetic the after sales service are of Nokia.

                I had bought a Nokia E71 on 9th December 2009. The mobile would hang at times which I assume happens with such mobile due to the various applications. On 1st January 2010 i charged my phone and then went off to sleep. Next day morning my phone was off when I got up. I charged the phone and tried to turn it on but the phone was not responding and would' nt turn on. I removed the battery and then put it back and again tried to restart the phone. I called up the all India helpline number in Bangalore to seek help. The customer care executive told me to visit the nearest service centre. the same day I went to the authorized service centre, but I was told that the service centre is closed so I was told to visit another service centre some 5 kms away. I first tried calling up the second Nokia Care office but nobody responded. When i reached there I was told that there is no power since morning and I will have to come back on Monday. I called up the helpline number twice again and i was constantly being directed to the afore mentioned Nokia Care which was close to my place.

                Monday morning I called up the Nokia Care and asked them that do they service Nokia handsets, the answer was in affirmative. After that in the afternoon when I reached the Nokia Care I was told that they have stopped taking warrantied handsets anymore. I called up the helpline number and made the executive talk to the Nokia care store person. After this I was told that apparently that store was not an authorized store any more and I shall have to visit another service centre again. When I asked the executive to escalate the issue and to make me talk to a senior or a manger, the executive put my call on hold for 20 mins and finally i had to hang up.Again i called up the helpline number after 2 mins it took 25 mins for the executive to understand what was the problem, thereby making me waste my time and money as well.

                Being a working professional it is not possible for me to get out of my office again and again to visit the Nokia Care as my office timings clash with the Nokia Care timings. The conclusion of all this would be that even after spending a high amount the company could not provide the necessary and satisfactory services. This makes me doubt the credibility of the company and I shall definitely not recommend this brand to any other person.

                Please look into the matter and provide an appropriate response else i shall be forced to take an action againt the company.

                Nokia — unreliable product by nokia

                i purchased nokia 5130 c2 8 months back.i faced a lot of problems with this handset.i have been to nokia care 4 times till now.actly the problem with nokia 5130 is it is not reliable.it cant handle virus.whereas other mobiles like sony ericson handsets are not at all giving any problem with the same data.so it makes us sure that nokia's products are not reliable.it is cheating people.
                As i have warranty,i need not pay any money whenevr i visit nokia care but after warranty period i hv to pay money to nokia people dat too not for the defective software which they are providing.so i need justice coz i cant keep quite as i didnt expect dis from a brand like nokia.either he should not take money from 5130 customers for the software problem or else he should give replacement of nokia 5130 c2 with other reliable mobile.
                it would be of a great help to me.

                Nokia — UNRELIABLE HANDSETS

                MY name is Arun Moses.I recently brought a brand new nokia N97 mini which costed me around Rs 20,000. Eight days after the purchase the handsfree was not working. I got it replaced.then three and a half months later the display started malfunctioning. the service centre had my mobile of 20 days and a week after the delivery from the service centre the display again has problems,the vibration is not working and now the charger also has got loose connection and other such problems.most unreliable handsets ever made.is there any solution to my problem.

                  No Proper service provided by the customer care even when the cell phone is in warranty period.
                  Hi,

                  Recently in Dec'2009 I had bought a Nokia E71 from The Mobile Store in Sawantawadi Dist:Sindhudurg. From the next 2 day itself, it started giving problemsby hanging wile calling,while charging etc , and from then till now there has been it has twice serviced by Nokia Customer Care or The Mobile Store. I had kept the handset as it is.When I gave a complaint for the same at the mobile store, they did not agree to it and say they are not knowingly. Why would someone do it? Its still in the warranty period. I asked them to replace the set, but that was not accepted even as bussiness phone I have talk to local siniour he reply you can do what you want you can do still again issues is unsolve. I request you for a change of handset. Since, this is changing my belief in Nokia. If this is how it is, I don't think I would be willing to buy any Nokia handset any further. No one from the Nokia Service Centre or The Mobile store is ready to help for the same, even when the phone is in waranty period. Every time i cant face the hanging issue pending were as i cant go for tempararily service. I have lost faith from Nokia. I am going to consider putting a case against the same in case no action is taken sometime soon wre as next will mark the CC to media of such sercive & picture of branded product & Specially an trusted brand.Its up to you if I am not been contact by Local service provide by evening I will go ahead & escalate & will foward it to right source I will lose 16000/- but in case of you trust of Stable estabilish brand.

                  Nokia — PHONE GETS HANG WHILE MESSAGING

                  SIR I AM USING MOBILE PHONE OF NOKIA COMPANY MODEL NO. NOKIA X 5. I AM FACING MANY PROBLEMS IN THIS HAND SET....THE PROBLEM IS THIS THAT IF I DO MESAGING CONTINUOUSLY FOR 15-20 MINUTES THE PHONE WIL GET HANG. I HAVE SEEN MANY ANOTHER MODELS OF THIS COMPANY THERE MOBILE PHONES ALSO GET HANG WE THINK THAT THE COMPANY IS NOT USING THE SOFTWARES WHICH THEY WERE USING BEFORE AND IT IS TAKING SAME CHARGES AND GIVING MATERIAL IN PHONES OF LOW QUALITY.

                      Replacement of Nokia 5800 XpressMusic set

                      I don't think that you would be shocked to get another complaint on your 5800 handset. Its probably just another one. That's what the guys at NokiaCare say.

                      Anyways... The phone was purchased in second week of October (October 9th, 2009). It started giving problems with touchpad. The next week the phone was taken to NokiaCare where they upgraded the software version. The problem continued & next time they again said that this problem has been improved in newer version, and upgraded a few times. This process is still continuing & not being resolved at all.
                      Few times, they have even opened the phone for no reason & claimed that the contacts were loosened due to usage.

                      To be precise on the problem, the touchpad stops functioning when the phone is left in locked status for sometime. For instance, phone being left unused for few hours and a call alert comes. The Silence & attend call options does'nt work. Even when the phone is left at night and alarm rings up in the morning, the snooze or stop icons appearing on the touchpad does'nt work. The problem is faced sometimes even during calling. While calling a number, the touchpad does'nt work for call end or activate loudspeaker.

                      The NokiaCare's executive statement says that it works fine without memory card so why to use one when you know its gonna hang up the phone??? Throughout the past few months since the phone was purchased, its lying with NokiaCare on & off & now the guys at reception are suggesting to get an extended warranty, 'coz the phone is giving problems in the beginning itself, inspite of still having 8 months due warranty.

                      A quick response in this regard shall be highly appreciated.

                      3 weeks touch pad failed to work.I have given to Nokia authorised service centre.They have returned it after 2 weeks on[protected].When i am receiving it back the phones front panel cover have scratches at 3, 4 places.ALSO NOW WHEN THE PHONE IS LEFT AT NIGHT AND ALARM RINGS UP IN THE MORNING, THE SNOOZE OR STOP ICONS APPEARING ON THE TOUCHPAD DOES'NT WORK.                       i have been expiriencing the same problem of non responsive touchpad during making calls initially but now when i select one icon, the icon next to it gets selected.when i gave my handset to nokia care for repair they took a week and convinced me saying that the touch pad had been replaced .but within a week the problem started again and they suggest me to change the touch pad again.

                      Im having the exact same problems. My phone has just been sent in for repair. Just picked it up today. They have updated the software, but the problem remains the same.

                      The problem is also for me that the snooze and stop icons does not work when the phone rings in the morning. Also during calls, it is often impossible to activate loudspeaker, hang up, or simply activate anything on the touchpad.

                      Sometimes I can unlock the touchpad, and then the icons for the alarm will work. Other times not.

                      The problem is not always there, but the alarm problem is nearly always there.

                      Hope to find a solution for this. My IMEI number is 359339/03/990940/2

                      iski ek problum or bhi hai ki mene isko do bar nokia care ko de chuka hu par vo har bar ek nayi problum tyar karke dete hai...
                      I got similar problem,
                      first my touch pad get hangs which get solved by software update.
                      second my camera stops working and submitting to customer care about 20 days after I got my cell back.
                      and now when my warranty get expired My touch pad again stops working which would be costs me around Rs.2000.
                      I really get frustrated due to this cell.

                      I think we all r facing same problem with NOKIA 5800...& there is no solution available with NOKIA CARE...
                      I also submited my handset to NOKIA CARE last three-Four times for same problem with touch pad, every time they keep handset for 10-12 days at nokia care but not able to resolve the problem...I also extend the warrenty period.

                      Also NOKIA CARE is not able to tell us for solution, I already filled the FEEDBACK FORM but no result...

                        my phone nokia 5800 first had the problem of, the screen getting vanished at sometimes for which i submited it on 31st oct.2009 for repairing it sercvice center in kanpur send it to delhi and i got it back after approx 1 month.When i got it back repaired it worked properly for three or four days and now it got switched off automatically and is not switching on ,i have again given it to be repaired in nokia care kanpur on 1 jan.2010. It is still in warranty and gaurantee. I bought the model on 8th feb 2009 its not even a year and it has got problems twice

                        I have purchased Nokia 5800 Xpress Music last month and it gets switched off number of times a day and i am very panic about this probel as it causes a trouble no. of times a day.

                        Its very embarrassing situation that I had never faced with nokia

                        products.I bought a brand new nokia piece 5800 express music device

                        (ESN/IMEI Number):[protected]) on March'2010 in Hyderabad at NOKIA's

                        authorized dealer.From day one I was facing problem with the application

                        sensors & the screen used to get blank for a moment & continues to

                        restart.I ignored it at the beginning thinking that there are some minor

                        problems which can be rectified at your NOKIA CARE point.I approached the

                        NOKIA CARE with executive Mr.Balakrishna at hyderabad near elephant house,Ameerpet on 31/07/2010.The

                        response at the service dealer is worst I had never experienced before at

                        any of the other commercial centers.Instead of providing me the free

                        services as I had the mobile warranty for 1 year,the executives had forced

                        me to pay the amount for the extended warranty for an amount of Rs.565/-

                        and I too don't have any other option.I paid the amount with the bill

                        Invoice no.4392 & pin no. as [protected].& the JOB SHEET NUMBER is

                        [protected].The executive had promised me that the piece will be replaced with the new one,They(NOKIA CARE) took nearly a weeks time to replace

                        the LCD screen & the sensors.Its the worst part on NOKIA that I had to

                        replace the parts of the brand new prodcut bought a few months ago.I was

                        made to visit their center for more than 10 times & I have to spend my

                        valuable time on those people leaving my work.I'm a bank employee

                        with lot of hectic pressure in my profession & now apart from that I had to

                        visit these people every time because of this issue,I spent more money on my

                        wallet parking & moreover that I had to waste my valuable time because of

                        their lazy response from their service center.After crossing all these

                        hurdles ,finally I took my device after a weeks time & because of your

                        worst service,I had to face the same issue again.As usual, the device used

                        to turnoff every time & there's a problem withe sensor buttons.This time I

                        had to fire on the executives for the worst service of yours,& they again took

                        the device with the JOB SHEET NUMBER[protected] saying that they

                        would replace the deivce with a newone.After 10days I gan met the NOKIA care center,to my surprise ,the handset had not been replaced but is being repaired & given back to me & the manager of the services center Mr.Srinivas was saying that the mobile will not be replaced & their executive had given the wrong commitment.The other

                        thing which I would like to bring to your kind notice is that, after having

                        a weird experience with NOKIA,only because of the goodwill I had on

                        them, I bought a bluetooth headset from NOKIA

                        PRIORITY with the INVOICE NO.# 4055 on 27/07/2010 with th eIMEI #

                        [protected].It started giving headache to me from day one only,the

                        speaker used to give some weird sounds & I faced a lot of disturbance

                        while speaking.Again I had to approach the dealer for the replacement.Now

                        that the blue tooth was replaced with the JOB SHEET #[protected],I don't understand how a genuine brand

                        like yours can sell the malfunction devices to the customers,that too

                        within a couple of days from the date of purchase, I faced this

                        problem.This is the hightime that I had to spend my valuable time &

                        Hi,

                        I bought a nokia 5800 some three months back. It keeps on restarting frequently. I gave it to a Nokia care, they reinstalled the software and still i am facing the problem.

                        I did all kinds of resets, but still the problem exist.

                            Dear sir,

                            I bought Nokia E72 last month at the time of launch. From the very first day, it has several problems, a few is listed below.

                            1. WI-Fi could not be connected, either it gives system error or return back to home screen with no result.
                            2. E-mail could not be configured, it keep on searching Access Points endlessly.
                            3. Calendar entries messed up.
                            4. No Software can be installed.

                            I have reload the software through Nokia Software updater, but no gain.

                            My TWO visits to Nokia Care is also in vain as they could not fix the problems. I have called as well as written to Nokia several times but nothing materialisd.

                            Nokia E72 — not working

                            my nokia 72 is stopped working, it got hanged as i switch on it.it takes long time to open.
                            it needs to be reinstalled the operating system
                            Is it under warranty?If yes, goto Nokia Care .If no, then they will charge about 250/-.You can get the upgrade the software at any Reputed shop too.
                            what the customer says is true.
                            i also own a nokia e72. the problem i face is with the one touch contacts key. a long press of the key should bring up the new contacts screen, but it does'nt.
                            my main grouse is with the build quality. this is the first time i see a badly built NOKIA.
                            have been a Nokia phone user for several years.
                            mails to nokia elicits only standard replies, like take it to the service centre.
                            i have very little confidence in Nokia service centres. they dont understand the customer nor they listen to them fully. they fail to understand that many customers are more knowledgeable than them.
                            one would expect a product to work 100% & also the build quality should be good.not running to the service point wasting time and money. such manufacturers should be made to compensate the customer for any such defects.

                            my E72 has been to Nokia Care 4 times in the past 10 months, with all the problems, described above, cropping up at one time or the other during this period. Now its still with Nokia with its torch light and flash not working. Its a faulty product, which Nokia shud not have launched. And to top it up Nokia refuses to acknowledge its shortcomings and refuses to or is plain unable to anything about it. Its an expensive phone and its buyers deserve a better deal from the GIANT NOKIA. The most that Nokia does is give a aggrieved customer a refurbished phone which has been used by who knows and for how long...no one knows. RAW DEAL IS WHAT WE ALL ARE GETTING.

                            NOKIA / E 72 — Small defect in the hinge of Panel

                            Hi

                            Very recently I purchased NOKIA E72 from the NOIKA Priority show room (Fone City) located at Velachery in Chennai (India). I purchased this handset on 12th Sep 2010. After purchase I noticed a small defect in my handset in between the Selection Key and Silver Hinge. There is an opening in between them so the Circuit board is visible because of this and this defect is not very evident which we can see through at the time of purchase. I was able to notice only when I used my phone inside the dark room where keypad backlight was more prominent from that gap which made me to notice the issue. To double check this defect I went ahead and checked the handset of my friends who also owning the same model there it is completely closed and there is no gap likes this.
                            To get this rectified I rushed to the nearest NOKIA Care centre (Vee Tee Communications, Chennai, India) they checked my hand set and said this comes under cosmetic issue and guarantee will not be covered under this and you should have checked the defect at the time of purchase. How come a customer can check these kinds of defects at the time of purchase if something is not very evident this completely doesn’t sounds to be logical? If I dropped the Mobile and if that caused the damage fine I can accept, the defect is there in hand piece from the time of manufacturing so how can the customer be blamed on this.

                            They asked me to call the NOKIA customer care and check with them on this and I did the same. But I never even dreamed that I would have such a worst customer care experience in my life. A person named Kavitha (not sure whether this is her real name or pseudo name) she picked the phone and listened to the issue and after some time she said this will not be covered under warranty since its comes under Cosmetic and the she given me a statement saying “Sorry sir we cannot help you” you can go and check with the NOKIA Care or the NOKIA Priority Showroom from were you purchased. I told her fine let me do that could you please transfer the call to some once who can address this issue or to the higher authority there she first said No and then asked me to wait for some time and put the call on Hold. After some time she resumed the call and said that she checked and it is not a manufacturing defect in few handsets it comes like this. I said fine let me talk to the higher authority please transfer this call for which she literally refused and said No I cannot transfer this call you have to talk to me only. Doesn’t this sound to be very arrogant for you guys??? And she refused to transfer the call and I got info that if I want to do something I can change the panel and I should pay from my pocket to do that. What kind of Justice NOKIA is doing to its customer? handset with defect is sold to the customer and when he comes up with that he is getting nagged in the so called Customer Care for the fault which he is no were related or responsible and asked to pay if that has to be rectified. Please tell me is this Customer Experience you would like to give to me. The customer care executive is so harsh and Arrogant and just talking to me like an answering machine and repeatedly saying the same thing sorry sir we cannot help you. Just talking to me like the answering machine I understand that she cannot help me I just asked her to transfer the call to higher authority for which she refused to do that and told me sorry I cannot help you and I won’t transfer this call. I really got irritated with this sort of a behavior from the customer care executive so I asked her to give me her name and employee code details to lodge the complaint for which she said sorry I cannot give any of my personal details. I hope name and employee code are not the personal details of any individual. To the height of it when I asked her to give the complaint number she said I will not give u the complaint number and will book this problem as a complaint when I keep insisted for the complaint number I got a shocking reply I will give u a number for the sake but it is not the complaint number. I was really taken back by that reply is this the way NOKIA would treat its business class customer?
                            I told her that I won’t drop the call without the complaint number for which again another shocker came to me she said fine sir you can stay on the call it’s your wish. I was waiting in the call for more than 45 minutes without any reply from their end and at last I disconnected the call.

                            This is the worst customer experience one could ever come across in their life and I was under a big impression that NOKIA is the best service provider and they take care of the customer very well but those thoughts got shattered from today and I would never and ever recommend any of my friends or groups to buy NOKIA products and land up in a mess. What harm I did in buying the NOKIA product now for this defect I am being shuttled from one place to another place and when I call customer care for help I am literally humiliated.


                            My questions here are
                            1) Why the customer care team is refusing to give me the complaint number which is the basic thing?
                            2) If its a defect at time of manufacturing why they are not bothered to listen to customer issues and sort this out?
                            3) i have sent a mailer to nokia customer care id but till now there is no reply and not even an acknowlegment mail for the same?
                            4) being a big mobile company we never expected this from NOKIA??????

                            From the start I was facing following 2 major problems in my mobile which could result in something very harmful-
                            1. Mobile vibrates whie recieving calls at least for 40 secs
                            2. While talking to some person on phone, another person can't hear my voice. Voice goes automatically.

                            I sent a formal mail for complaint to nokia care and they said that I need to submit the phone again. I can't submit the phone again as i know again they will provide the temporary solution.

                            I want my phone to be changed and INR 20000/- for mental frustation and life risk due to this phone..

                            I have bought a Nokia E-72 Mobile in November-11-2010 from Gwlior-MP (I have valid bill) and from last one month I am facing lot of problems in my mobile as:

                            1. Hanging during massaging & other work too.
                            2. Very less battery-backup.
                            3. Ringing tone automatically going silent after one ring (Sometimes everyday).
                            4. Keypad is mismatched (many keys are typing wrong symbols).

                            Many times I have visit at Nokia-priority at Indergunj-Gwalior in MP[protected] its number of Nokia priority) but still problems not solved. Ones they have tried to solve it but same problem is still remaining. Before approx 10 days they have promised me to solve it after 2-3 days & personally they will call me for the same but sill I have not received any call.

                            We are requested you to please give me some attention, I am your good customer. Its my 5 Nokia mobile, till date I have not buy any other company’s mobile, but now due to your very poor service and un-attending my complaint, I am planning for other mobile. Also I am requesting you to resolve it at the earliest possible please otherwise I have to go through consumer court.

                            I have been with Nokia for almost 8 years now. I was once very proud of it.
                            After E72 i am extremely ashamed.
                            What a sick, dirty useless piece of has Nokia conned us for a very high price.
                            Nokia care all over sucks. I have tried in Bangalore( Indiranagar, Koramangala etc) its all the same.

                            Guess what they even managed to downgrade my phone version to 41. where as the latest version is 71.
                            Plus the don't repair any other problems.
                            This by far the worst Nokia phone ever.

                            I am moving out to blackberry, at-least it has a good professional smartphone reputation.

                            Moral of the story. LET NOKIA SHUTDOWN FASTER BY NOT BUYING SUCH SICK, FAULTY PRODUCTS.

                            I have always had great respect for Nokia but was very disappointed with the Nokia E72. Since I have had the phone I have had endless problems with the phone flashing on and off. It needs to be switch off for about 20 minutes and then it goes away only to come back again. My other problem was that the charging board was faulty and I then utilised the charging unit via the PC connection only to be disappointed once again as this also decided to give in.

                            The phone only been connected since 15 February 2011 I thought it was time to t send it back to the supplier and what wonderful news I received from them was that the damaged had been caused physically. I do not believe that this is fair as one would not physically damage a phone when you know that this in not covered by any form of insurance. I am totally disgusted, NEEDLESS TO SAY the cost of the repairs is R5400 and to replace the handset R4261.14 - rather strange that repairs cost more than what the phone is worth. Is this not saying something?

                              nokia 3110c is very very bad phone i bought this phone with my 1st salary but it was totally crap ............its a [censored]ing phone....buying this cell is a complete wastage of money......i know i dont have the right to say anything bad or wrong about nokia brand...but after buying this phone i thought nokia is making fool out of people ....its better to buy phone of lg,samsung,lava,geepee, compnymy phone started giving me problems regarding the installation of softwares.....and then suddenly it started restarting again and again.............i have spent 1000 rupees for its repairing................its totally a crap .....

                              I brought a mobile of Nokia 3110c on 22nd may 2009 from the shop – celltel communication, 614, AGK complex, sathy road, coimbatore – 641012.

                              From the first it is not working properly, the voice clarity is very bad, automatic cut the incoming calls, very heat in sort duration also( not more than 2 minutes). After that I came to known that the model is a failure model. Then you are not taking back the systems. The seller is also nothing told to me, his indention is to make money. Is the way to sell your and the shop people.
                              Please do the need full immediately.

                                  I am Zohebkhan Bargir. This is to bring to your notice about the indiscipline and misbehaviour at the NOKIA CARE CENTRE at Shankersheth Road. PUNE. This is about my mobile E71. Inspite of purchasing such a costly mobile the problem arises and on top of that it is not even responded in a gentlemans ways. On 30th of December 2009 I went to the NCC. PUNE. Wasted long four hours and get the handset gtting a answer that the problem is resolved. The Problem still exists. Next day i go again and same procedure starts. Then they collect the handset and say it will be send to Head Office at NODIA. FINE. I request for a stand by if possible. They make sure, they will provide. After some time they reply, it is not possible today come tomorrow. On the every fist day of 2010 I visit NCC again for the standby. They is no branch manager present there. The lady whom i submitted the handset sys smiling that the centre is close for the day in venue of New Year. The holiday is not pre planned but at immediate effects. I come back again. On Monday 4.1.2010 I visit tha NCC again and the same lady ask me to speak to the Branch Manager. Its 11.00 a.m. and the BM has not come to the centre still. FINE. NONE OF MY BUSINESS. trying his mobile for atleast 45 minutes the reply i get is a number buy tone. Nothing Else.{ Mr. Santosh tell me please want you do to your handset that we can get such reply. I will to use the same when i have to Ignore PEOPLE.}. Then the lady answer she cannot help please speak atthe despatch counter. The person replies same. Then I ask for MR. YOAGESH SHARMA's no. They dont provide the same. Then a person interrupts and ask the despatch person t give a standby. The standby comes and the whole procedure of taking acknowleghemnet is completed and after this the mart person hand me a handset with broken back cover and ask me to use it with a rubber band. I straight ask was my receipt back and tell them I dont want their standby favour. Then I ask the person to write cancelled next to the standby stamp. The person writes what god know. I Ask him write it clearly. The person scribble the thing and write something more interesting and answer this the best i canm do. I cannot spell more correctly than this. According to that poor guy the spelling for cancel is CANSENL . If you what the paper still belongs to me.
                                  Please do something guys, the cxompany such a great rapo, does not suit with such un professional service and such un educated and indisplinced executives working for them. A person have to come to you atleaast five times and each time has to wait for 2-3 hours minimum. This is not done. Dont force the crowd to divert their minds from you to somebody else only because to your AFTER SALES SERVICE.

                                    this is a very bad experiance with nokia with doing anything my memory card locked .I don't even put any password on it .i buy my nokia 5130c-2 v06.94 on 24-jan-2010,what should i do now ,where should i complain,i want it to be o k .please do the need full help me at any how please.

                                      I purchased the Nokia 5310 Xpress Music Mobile Handset on 9-9-09. But after discovering a fault in the dedicated side music key, I submitted it to the following nokia care center:
                                      MAA COMMUNICATION
                                      B-36 GURU NANAK PURA RADHU PALACE ROAD
                                      OPP V3S MALL LAXMINAGAR
                                      NEW DELHI
                                      on 7 Dec.09. The tranceiver was taken to repair and I was asked to collect it within 10-15 days. But when I got there to collect my phone on the 16th day, I found that it was still not working properly. I brought the fault into their notice I was asked to collect it after two more days. Even after 2 more days, the phone was not repaired. They keep trying to make a fool of me and asked me to come again and again after some time. Whenever I checked my job sheet status on web, I found that the phone is repaired but its not. I was even told that the phone needs to be send to the factory and I should collect it after 5 days. But when I got there after 5 days, they again said that the phone is not repaired and is needed to be send to the factory again. When I asked them about what happened when it was previously send to the factory, they didn't replied correctly. Whenever I put my job sheet on the delivery counter, the person says that the phone is repaired but when he goes to collect it, he comes after 10-15 minutes and creates a whole new story everytime...
                                      And after so much days, I am still unable to get my phone repaired.

                                      Does it takes so much time just to fix up a key??????

                                      I, therefore request the concerned authorities to navigate through the whole matter so that the reputation of the company should remain on the top.....

                                      sir,
                                      iam having nokia 7710 mobile .and i bought this mobile at hefty price now its not working since one year .and since one i have shown my mobile to different nokia service centre like kanpur, lucknow, mumbai, goa, and last in kochi . everytime they say different things but unable to repair .i ask them then tell me where to repair but they dont give any answer .now u tell me if they sell high end mobile and they unable to repair then where customer will go .now please do something for me.
                                      my nokia 6120 is complainted . in complaint "pa" of network complaint i submit my nokia phone in nokia care manjery kerala in india but not true in mynokia please help me details on valuable service centres in india i will waite for your massage thank you
                                      theems are not appy error unable to open.theems corrupted plz solved my problem

                                        I bought Nokia 7610 Supernova in the Month of November 2008.

                                        The shocking features of the mobile:

                                        Poor batter back up.
                                        No sound clarity.

                                        One year warrenty is there. Can u pls replace me with some other model?

                                        sir please try to understand our problem otherwise we have to complaint against you in the consumer court.
