I am jitendra jain, director of a reputed company using frist time nokia E71 cell, it got lot of problem in last one year , I coudent able to use at list for 6 month, rest of the time it is lying at service center or a my o[censored]n used oly because of hamming sound problem, it got hang some time,
Frist I took this handset at service center at pune ( adinth center ) they tol me that it got problem because of liquide gos in side, i told them while talking a long call sweating gose in side the phone which i cant stope because of it unike desing. service center people open the phone in front of me then they sugest me to change key pad at some value ( it is in warrenty period ) i make them go ahed because i dont have ulternate at the time, but phone was not repaired ??
then they ask me some display problem and they change the same but not sucess, then again they chage the lot of part trial error ( if you see my phone it got badely scrached and lot of dut gose in side the phone ( my unfouchunate ) finaly phone was not repared and i got it back without repair saying the some abnotmal problem was happned ?????
the i took at another service center fro repair hey have charged Rs 2400, as phone was in warrenty period, but again it has lot of hamming sound problem, i contact nokia seniour persion also name is : mr yogest sharma, He again suggest me to put on same sevice center whare I spend Rs. 2400/- i kept phone for a month last week i took the phone on 4-1-2010 but same problem lot of noice hamming sound, people are not comfirtable to talk over this phone.
At present i am using a samsung and black berry ( strom) phone and i am very happay with the performance but when i spend 20000/- on a higher class phone it should be replaced by company or if E71 is faulty the they should up date the same by any other phone

Nokia — my mobile number
I have recieved one sms from nokia saying :your mobile number has won 850, 000.00 euros in the ongoing NOKIA MOBILE PROMO for claim call +[protected] FAX +[protected] & email:[protected]@yahoo.com, my mobile number is [protected], can u tell me about it, true or false?
