On 17 Jan 2010 at 9:00pm at Smoke house grill 2, VIPPS Centre, Masjid Moth,Greater Kailash-II i lost my handset.I am really upset and find no means to trace my cell. It was a new handset just 3 months old and the model was Nokis 5130c-2 Red.

I would request u to block my cellphone

I feel through this site i can complaints and get some help.

    i am vishu i have a nokia 5130 mobile phone .i purchased it 3 months back. its imei no is [protected]. my phone gets switched off when i receive any cal. i gave it to nokia care centre at yp enterprises shop no 3 deep complex opposite doaba automobiles, amritsar. they took 11 day to for repairing and then aloso it had the same problem after i got it bback. they have send it to their haed office in delhi. they have reloaded the sofware 3 times but no repair is done till date. again i havegiven to care cente and now they asy that it will take 10 more days as they gonna send it to their head office again.
    i request to see upon the problem and to change the hand set as iits is in warranty. warranty ref number is APAINY[protected]. THANKS YOU.

      nokia 6303 classic — not working camera

      I purchased a new nokia 6303 phone on 29/7/2009. phone demage by water & i give in nokia care in rajkot. but total phone is not work now so what i do. please reply...
      dear nokia care.

      i bought nokia 6303. and i am very disappointed with the camera performance. when i zoom a image the camera take picture in lower resolutions (VGA). i tried all the settings but camera takes images in lower resolutions when i zoom in.

      i checked other phones like 5130 which takes picture in the same resolution even if we zoom in..

      if camera resolution changes than why is stated that nokia 6303 has 8x zoom. which is of no use.
      yes I have also nok.6303 classic i have same problem its clearity in outside is good but in house its pixeles are not good, its so bad i doubt on 3.2 megapixels.other lower versions of nokia phones are taking good pictures at same location.
      please give me solution ..

        I have purchased Nokia 5310 from Rajdhani Communication, Amapara Chowk, Raipur (CG) (Nokia Priority Dealer) Invoice No. 176 Date 09.04.2009. Nokia 5310 X.M Black MD-8 IMEI No.[protected].
        During the month of July 2009 it was seen that the mobile on off switch is not working. I deposited the mobile set at the above shop and after three months they
        povide me a handset of blue border one. The very next day I again compalined about of not charging at the shop. They checked and informed me that the charging point is not woking. They asked me to deposit the set to Nokia service center located at Lalganga complex, Raipur (CG) through the wokman Mr. Vijay. They infomed me that the set would be replaced within 15 days. I was assured by the incharge of service center. After my every queries the incharge as well as the workman has given me poor responses. They simply say no replacement has recieved till date.Today also they gave me the same reply. Now I wish to know what would be my next step to get the replacement from your side.

          My brother in UK presented to me a used Nokia Cellular 3G GSM phone model 6233. I had been using my Nokia Mobile 6233 for some years now with an Airtel SIM card. One fine day it lost network connectivity to Airtel. I tried to insert a Tatadocomo SIM card but it asked for a security code and would not accept 12345, the standard code of Nokia. It has the facility to come on without a SIM card. I gave it to Ream Electronics, Authorised Nokia Care, at Old Sardari Khera, Alambagh, Lucknow - 226005, Phone #[protected] on Jan 9, 2010 as per Job #100109/16 who charged Rs 55 for inspection as per receipt #4457. The next day it was posted online as Job Closed-Repaired. However, on followup on Jan 12, 2010, I was informed that it could not be repaired due to "mechanical problem." I think the only mechanical problem could have been of it not updating on software for India while surely it could update on UK/International software. After all it is still working without SIM card and its manual network search gives Hutch, Idea, Cellone but does not connect to them either. Could somebody please help/guide at gspal at indiatimes.com.

              nokia 6110 navigator — two undefined lines on display

              sir,
              i bought ur nokia 6110 navigator just a month back. today i noticed two identical parallel lines in middle of display with some scratch mark in between these lines. these are running horizontal with respect to screen. the handset still has not fallen on ground so it can be due to some damage due to falling. sir ur care center locator is not working as well so i am not being able to locate care center as well. kindly help me out in this context as soon as possible.

              i Dr.srinivasulu purchased nokia 6110 navigator 5 months back.at the time of purchase only i found black lines on display area they said that nothing will happen but th ose lines increasing now i approched nokia care they are rude and they are saying it wont comes under warranty have to pay 1650 what hav to do please do needful

              NOKIA / Mobile 6110 Navigator — Bad Quality

              I had purchased Nokia 6110 Navigator mobile phone from Nokia authorised dealer at Faridabad(Haryana) on 28.04.08 ( Bill No. 11750 dated 28.04.09 " Easy Connect, G-2, SCO-9, Sector-16 Market , Faridabad" )The manufacturer had given one year guarantee. But my point is that though the guarantee is over by seven months, the quality of such high end phone is not up to the mark. The phone key pad stopped working. When I contacted Dealer from which I purchased phone he advised me to contact Authorised Service Centre on the plea that only customer's complaint are heard in the right spirit. The story does not end here but the part that they told willl be replaced is costing about Rs. 1300/- that too with guarantee of only 20 to 25 days. It is also pointed out that there is no physical damage to the phone and the internal part called Flex ( circuit for dialing pad) is to be changed. As told to me that in the sliding phone this part generally gets damaged. It is very surprising to me that a reputed company of NOKIA is manufacturing such costly phone with the durable for the period of guarantee only which is not expected from NOKIA even in dreams. As I and all my family members are using Nokia mobiles only from last 7 to 8 years and never faced such complaint.Therefore, I would like to say you that please kindly look this matter seriously...... and hope you will solve very soon.....!!!

                As per Nokia Customer care centre in Akola : code :[protected] visited by me on 15th JAn 2010, Nokia care centres don't fix CDMA handsets.They said that it can be taken care only in Mumbai or Nagpur Nokia Care Center.
                My Nokia handset has a problem with display and there should not be any problem for Nokia Care Centrtes to fix it.
                Statememts like CDMA Nokia hansets are not fixed at nokia care centre is ridiculous.

                Please look into the issue and take strict actions as soon as possible.

                    i am vishal gupta in iitg in guwahati. i bought N73 in october 2009 and i am writing this mail at 14 jan 2010.
                    three application r not opning in phone . because of my phone is in warranty so i went to nokia care centre in sidhartha building guwahati. but they delete my these applications and when i say why you do so than they talk irrularity really i feel very bed .this nokia center comes when you go from pan bazar to palton bazar then after crossing bridge and befor vishal megha mart.it open in june 2010. i do not have personal thing i just want to tell they are doing work properly.please tell what i do with my phone.

                      I am very upset to get the poor service from the NOKIA care center .There was the restarting problem in my device. Today I went to NOKIA care center ( Star Communication 4887/7 , Near Nanki Gurudwara, Opp, Kangan Banquet Hall, Dilshand Garden , Delhi-110095). After checking my device, they suggest me that there is software problem. So software will be installed and the charges will be Rs, 350. They issued me a Service Job Sheet in which they have mentioned the Restart Problem and the Total payable amount is 350 . That's is ok. But after 2 hour i got a call from the NOKIA care and they told that there is some other problem , the IC is fault also .So now you will have to pay total amount Rs. 750 . My Job Sheet No is 295. Can i get a positive response from your end? Is it good to treat like that from a reputed brand? Please find herewith the attached Service Job Sheet which NOKIA care center has provided me.

                        Complaint regarding Nokia Care Job Sheet No.[protected]/091214/36 dated 14.12.2009.


                        I am a loyal customer of Nokia since year 1999 had been using different handsets / accessories manufactured by Nokia without any major trouble for more than a decade.

                        I had deposited my defective Bluetooth Handsfree set Nokia BH-106 (purchased on 28.10.2009 from a Nokia Priority Dealer) for replacement on 14.12.2009 at a Nokia Care located at 26/2 Hindustan Park, Kolkata 700029.

                        I was asked to collect the replaced Bluetooth Handsfree set after two weeks i.e. last week of December 2009/ First week of January 2010.

                        When I visited the said Nokia Care, (now relocated at 1, Ekdalia Road, Kolkata) on 06.01.2010, I was told that replacement was not yet possible due to non availibility of Bluetooth Handsfree sets.

                        In this situation I had requested the said Nokia Care to provide me any other model of Bluetooth Handsfree set like BH-105, BH-107, BH-108, BH-212 etc as replacement, if BH-106 is not readily available with them right now.

                        In a return e-mail from [protected]@nokiacareindia.com on 06.01.2010 I was assured that, I'll get some feedback in seven days i.e. by 13.01.2010.

                        My job sheet is lying pending till now without any information from your Nokia Care in spite of my e-mail reminder on 13.01.2010.

                        You are requested to take necessary action in this matter.

                        We both have the same problem about the nokia device, may i ask the nokia why their phones' bluetooth are always not working properly, .when i was on the fifth grade my mom bought me a nokia n70 model in the sm mega mall, manila, philippines' branch but it's bluetooth is not working, even if i have just us it for almost 3 months, .

                        Now i am using nokia 5800 XpressMusic, but still, its not working. We bought this phone on the same nokia branch last december 2010.

                          sir,i have nokia 5310 xpress music set which i purchased DEC 2009 IN LUCKNOW.since last week of nov 2009,my phone went to nokia head office THIRD TIME FOR REPAIR..                             I've Bought New Nokia 5800 Xpress Music on 7th of October,2009 and its awesome but after a month on 9th of November the mobile set has some problem.The mobile set was Switched off Automatically and after when i switched on i can see only white screen.So i go to the Nokia Care Pathankot (Punjab) and they sent the set to the headoffice and told me that we will be back you after 25 days but when i go to the nokia care after 25 days they told me that your mobile set has some physical damage but my mobile was ok and not having any damage because when i was gave to the nokia care pathnankot the set was absolutely in fine condition and now after 3 months they still kept my set and not back give it to me.

                                To whomsoever it may concern

                                I visited the Nokia Care centre at Princess street, Mumbai (near Metro Cinema) on 24Nov09 with a problem on poor outgoing audio quality. I confirmed with the Centre on whether the handset was repaired on 27Nov09 and on their confirmation I collected my handset from the Centre on 27Nov09. I paid a service charge of Rs. 450 (inclusive of tax).The service at the centre was so pathetic that they did not even tell me to check the phone. When I went back to office, I realised the problem was not rectified and I visited their office the next day.

                                Job Sheet number: 0911124/58

                                Sameer Shah from the care centre apologised and told me that the handset was not repaired and was delivered to me erroneously. He assured me that he would get the same repaired and give me a confirmatory call.

                                Though my initial problem regarding poor audio quality was resolved, I realised there was a new problem i.e. the calls from my phone to any other instruments had a disturbing knocking sound all through the call.

                                After repeated calls, I finally collected my handset on 01Dec09. I was informed that in case I have any problem with my handset I should revert within seven working days. Sameer even told me that he had to change five mics to get my phone rectified.

                                After 01Dec09, also I realised that the same problem regarding knocking sound persisted.When I called up Sameer, he told me if I wanted to send the handset to the Nokia Care Centre, I must do so within seven days.

                                I did not return to the Princess Street Nokia Care Centre as it was too time consuming and proving to be a costly affair to visit the Centre from my place of work and their timings.

                                Meanwhile on 01Dec09, I changed my handset panel from a Nokia Priority Showroom at Fountain, Opposite Bombay House for Rs. 2700. The salesman who changed the panel enquired if I had got my cell repaired. When I answered in the positive, he told me the work that was done was very bad and he was skeptical whilst changing the panel as he was afraid that I might blame him if I found any problem with my handset due to the shoddy way of the repair having been done on the phone.

                                On 24Dec09, I finally decided to visit the Nokia Care Centre at Chembur, near ICICI Bank. I spoke to Sandeep and he told me he would not be in a position to repair the handset since I had got the same done at another Centre. He told me the job done on the phone was quite bad. He spoke to Sameer from Nokia Care, Princess Street and told him that my probkem persisted and was not rectified. Hemant, the branch manager of Nokia Care also spoke with Sameer. I was told that the handset would be sent to Princess Street, Nokia Care and they would try to repair the handset.

                                After repeated follow ups, I finally got my hand set on 06Jan10. Job Sheet No. 091223/42 from Wasim. I want not even given a copy of the job sheet which I had originally submitted and duly signed.

                                The phone continues to have the knocking sound whilst I call people.

                                I today called the Nokia Care Centre at Bangalore and spoke with Adal (not sure of the name), who told me my handset was now not under the repair warranty period and hence to do any service to the phone, I would have to pay again!.

                                I am thoroughly disgusted. To summarise:

                                1) The quality of people doing repair service at Nokia Care (they do not look like qualified professionals)
                                2) Misrepresentation about the repair warranty period. I was not aware I could return my phone within 30 days instead of seven days as informed to me.
                                3) Shoddy job done inside my phone (costly phone)
                                4) Even the panel has not been fit properly (incapable of doing a simple thing as this)
                                5) Money paid withount proper service.

                                I would like to get justice for the time, money and effort spent on trying to fix my handset!
                                Even i have faced the same issue with my Nokia 3250 and N72. From than onwards i hav switched to Sony Ericsson and b'lieve is there a lot difference between the two.
                                Although Nokia might be the market leader in cell phones but Nokia can't beat Sony Ericsson at any given point of time.
                                May b in terms of quality of product, Service, and most important of all peace of mind.

                                  Purchase a Nokia 5130c-2 mobile on 20may09 from mobile store ,indore the mobile is in warranty period. mobile was'nt working properly which started giving problem within 3 months. so, i went to mobile store regarding to solve the problem then they forworded the problem to nokia care and there responce was that they will repair it. but, when i went back to nokia to collect my phone they informed it can't be repaired becuse of some dammage in ic which is connected to memor card slot and cannot be replaised .my complaint no.[protected] and it can't be repair. so i request you take strict action against nokia.

                                    dear sir,
                                    i bought nokia 2505 cdma phone on 24 april 2009 from cell world shop klk state hyderabad.within one two days problem is began.the problem is that while we using mobile it automitically switchoff.in one hours 3 to 4 times switchoff.after 3 days i reqeuset replace the handset to above said shop where i purchase it.but they refused to replace and advice me repair it at nokia care centre.
                                    then i approch nokia care center on 29april 2009.they take my hand set and after 15 working days they return hand set.and told me that your mobile is repaired all problems gone. but problem is continue.3 month later second time i approch nokia care center .this time also they 15 working days for repairing .but the problem is not solve now.what i have to do pls suggest me

                                    NOKIA 2505 CDMA — LCD of the phone is not working.

                                    Sir,
                                    I bought my NOKIA 2505 CDMA phone from [protected]@MOTI, kanpur on 28.12.08. Just after 9 months of purchasing it's display is not working, there is nothing on the display.I went to NOKIA centre and they are saying that company will charge Rs.1755 for this display on you.
                                    Please help me.
