    I Vijay Gagpalliwar purchase Nokia 6275 handset bearing Sr. No. RSN RNKMVF566402 from VEDOM Co. Nagpur on 13/03/2009 for Rs. 9500/-
    The said hand set was working properly for some days but after some days there were problems in the operation of the functions and got hanged duringthe operation etc. I approach to the authorised service centre on 07/01/2010
    That on 07/01/2010 service centre request me to wait for half an hour and after that they asked that there are some software problem and it required time to load and upgrade the software requested to come on next day for delivery of the handset vide job sheet no.[protected]/100107/21. (At that time my blue tooth is working) Next day I received the handset but after three days I saw my handset was not working properly and blue tooth is not working.
    I again given the handset to service centre they requested to leave the handset for troubleshooting for two days. After two days service centre replied that the handset sent to Delhi for repairing and its take time fifteen days.
    After ten days when i went to service centre for taking delivery they asked me to wait for half an hour but after near about two hours they not rectifyed the problem and try to return the handset with wrong reason Tampering the handset. I refuse the handset because they given wrong reason.
    Your service centre not rectified the fault so it is manufacturing the defect so please the replace the handset because it is in warranty period.
    Your Service centre is not able to rectify the problem and giving wrong reason that the tampering the handset. This type of reason not expected from NOKIA company.
    Kindly look in to the matter and repaired/ replace the handset immediately.

        Nokia — 3120 classic complaint

        Dear Sir

        I have bought Nokia 3120 CLASSIC phone a month back.Now i m facing flickering problem i screen while making calls.i had showed it to nokia crae in gurgaon, they had just updated the software saying that problem is resolved .but it is still there, when i again went to them they refused to accept the problem..Plz help me n get my phone changed.

        nokia 3120 classic — Defected Handset Sold

        About a month back I bought a Nokia mobile phone [Model:Nokia_3120_classic] from The Mobile Store at Crown Interior mall at Faridabad..

        I am completely disappointed and fedup because your has not performed as it should, since 1 week of purchase.It is very bad and cheap on Nokias part to dispatch such a defected product.

        The phone worked for just about a week and then it completed got worse..The Incoming audio was just not working.. When I took it to Nokia care at Kalkaji, i was told it has a software problem.

        And thats when my ordeal with most unprofessional Nokia Care executive started. then i went back to the shop at the mall from where i bought the mobile and they were the ones who actually,

        guided me correctly and asked me to visit the Nokia care at Faridabad..(MODCAD Communications, Near Nehru Ground)..I left the mobile with them and was asked to come back the next day..(Job Sheet No:[protected]/081229/42, date : 1st week of December)..

        it got repaired and started working normally, but that was just for 2 days and the same problem came back again..I again went back and gv the handset, i also had a discussion with NOkia helpline CCO Mr.Rupesh and Ms. Divya..

        This was what they had to say, when i told them i want the handset to be replaced.: " The handset can be replaced only if Nokia care says that it should be replaced.."..thats when i again left my mobile with them for the second time (Job Sheet NO:[protected]/090121/28, Date: 21 jan'09).

        But, I am not going to listen or be convinced that the phone can be repaired..The problem with the handset is a manufacturing defect and nokia has to replace it.

        The Executives at MODCAD Communications dont even speak proper english, that might not be a problem for nokia,

        but all that I want is and also deserve is my handset be replaced.
        To resolve the problem I would appreciate your quick action and I require either a full refund, or the handset replaced.
        I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem. As im not getting any response from Nokia I am bound to seek help from consumer group.

        nokia 3120 classic — Damage of handset by Customer Service centre

        I had purchased a NOKIA 3120 Classic handset bearing IMEI no - [protected] on last week of July 2009 from Baba Telecom, City Centre, Durgapur, West Bengal. After 4 months I found there was a problem with the memory card which made me take the handset to the NOKIA Service Center at Bhiringi, Durgapur, West Bengal. They confirmed that it was a factory defect and promised to replace. But during opening the battery they damaged my front facial and thereafter denying for replacement and taking charge for the damage. And moreover they are not taking the handset for the previous problem of software defect.
        This is to bring your attention towards a this NOKIA Service Centre at Bhiringi, Durgapur, West Bengal and the employees of the same who are denying their negligence.
        Your support his highly required so that I may get a replacement for my handset.

          DEAR SIR,

          I HAVE PURCHASED NOKIA N81 MOBILE PHONE FROM PLANET M WHICH IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD. MY MOBILE DISPLAY IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY SO I HAD GIVEN THEM FOR SERVICE ON 20/01/2010. THEY HAD GIVEN TO NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE. WHEN I ENQUIRED WITH THE NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE ON 23/02/2010, THEY INFORMED ME THAT PHONE HAS BEEN REPAIRED AND READY FOR DELIVERY. WHEN I VISITED THE STORE, THE STORE MANAGER SAID WE DONT HAVE CASH TO MAKE PAYMENT TO NOKIA COMPANY AND SO YOUR PHONE CAN NOT BE DELIVERED TO YOU. THE STORE MANAGER ALSO SAID THAT WHEN WE WILL GET CASH THEN WE WILL RETURN YOUR PHONE. I DONT KNOW, THAT SUCH A BIG COMPANY LIKE PLANET M MAKING SUCH FALSE PROMISES TO CUSTOMER THEN THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BUYING A PHONE FROM A CHOR BAZAR SHOP OR FROM PLANET M LIKE REPUTETED RETAIL OUTLET.           Nokia N81 — Company not adhering to warranty conditions

          This is regarding my Nokia N81 handset which had a defect with the software and the slider, I had booked it in for repairs under warranty at the service centre at

          They have been giving me excuses that the handset has been sent to delhi then came back could not be repaired the engineers are working on it and then they said tht it was scratched in transit and now they give me excuses that their their manager is out of office so they cannot comment. I have given it for a month now and these guys are just playing mind games.They are not willing to give the handset back repaired even though it is under warranty and there is not physical damage from my side so the warranty is clearly applicable. They tell you that they are gonna call back but never do. They have plenty of customers yelling at them daily with issues.

          PLEASE TAKE THIS COMPLAINT SERIOUSLY AS MANY CUSTOMERS ARE BEEING FOOLED BY NOKIA JUST BECAUSE THY DONT WANT TO PROVIDE SERVICE DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD. I HOPE THIS DOES NOT FALL ON DEAF EARS

          Nokia N81 — damage not covered under warranty

          i have a nokia n81. on 15th june 2009 some problem with the slider slip and the keys stopped functioning.
          i went to the nokia care cetre nearby where i was told that it was a physical damage due to excessive use of the slider.
          though the problem was rectified after replacing the slider slip which is inside the mobile but i was made to pay a sum of 1800 rupees even when the mobile was under waranty.

          i hereby, want that the should be looked into.

            Dear Sir/Mam

            Firstly i must inform you that i have been a user of N73 ME from 3 years which is a fabulous phone and is working properly even today.Getting impressed by the Functioning of N series phones,I bought another N series phone that is N79 on 30/09/09 from a Hotspot dealer at Sector-4,Vaishali,Ghaziabad.
            Details of which are given below.

            This phone later developed a screen problem in which the screen remained black and everything else worked fine. My phone is in warranty. So with hope of repair,I took my phone to Nokia Care,Sector-4,Vaishali. The people at Nokia care dismantled the phone.

            To my surprise instead of repairing my phone the representative told me that "You will have to pay to get my phone repaired as the damage is caused due to moisture".I had seen the dismantled phone myself and found their was nothing as such.This is a simple excuse of denying warranty to the customer and cheating them.

            I know my phone better than anyone does.I know that it has never been dropped nor their has been a water spill.I know the Nokia care guy is lying.He is simply trying to blame the customer for what he has not done and trying to earn money. Instead of this he should be accepting the manufacturing defect and should be repairing the phone.Is this how Nokia treats its Loyal Premium customers? And after doing this does Nokia expect me to buy a Nokia phone ever in future.

            Moreover before Visiting Nokia Care my phone was functioning properly,only the screen was dead.But after Nokia Care dismantled my phone, Many keys are jammed and the phone is not responding to commands.The Care has worsened the condition of my phone.

            The job sheet number is[protected]/100219/12 Now what shall i do? I want justice.This is what i got by wasting Rs 14000.

            To clarify it as a Manufacturing defect I would like to give some more details about the problem.

            1 WEEK BEFORE THE DISPLAY WENT DEAD, THE SCREEN SHOWED SOME PROBLEMS.SOMETIMES WHILE TYPING SMS WHENEVER I PRESSED "THE ERASE KEY". THE SCREEN WOULD START FLICKERING AND FLICKERING WOULD STOP WHEN I PRESSED THE "RED CALL KEY".

            THE DAY ON WHICH THE SCREEN DIED,THE PHONE WAS O.K IN MORNING BUT WHEN I SAW IT IN EVENING THE SCREEN WAS DEAD.

            THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN NOTICED IN MANY NOKIA PHONES LIKE N79,E72,NOKIA 6300,NOKIA 7205 etc. JUST GOOGLE THIS PROBLEM AND SEE. So what Nokia has to say now? I know Nokia is well aware of this problem in many of its devices including N79. I want a repair or REPLACEMENT OR REFUND MY MONEY WHICH I SPENT ON THIS USELESS THING.

            Immediate action is awaited from Nokia side. Please take necessary steps and get my phone repaired,replaced or refund my money.

            i am also a user of n 79 nokia mobile iam also facing the same things regularly when i visit nokia care pattam trivandrum.they just replace some things and for some days it will be ok.then again same problems developed.i agree with you

              I bought my Nokia N79 handset on 28/07/2009 from Bhateja Telecom, Amritsar with bill no 11982 bearing IMEI no [protected]. in month of 14 January 2010 my handset had a problem. Its screen starts flickering and after some hours its completely shut off. On 16th January '10 I submitted my handset in service center at NRI Communication, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. Nokia care update the software and they also told to open the handset to repair electronically. i leave with working mobile set from their service center. But within 2-3 hours same problem occurs again and handset stop working. I discussed the same issue at Amritsar Service Center and they replaid same as delhi sevice center.

              I does not want to open the handset for repair. I want to replace that mobile.

              Hello,
              The N79 is a very buggy phone from the firmware to the hardware. I myself being an N79 customer can tell this. Listen my phone developed a blank screen problem. I took it to Nokia Care, they told me my warranty is void as there is liquid in my device. I was shocked as there has been no water spill to my phone. I took my phone back.

              I sent a notice to Nokia head office about my issue requesting for replacement or i will sue them and will approach media. And after 4 days they replied and told they will replace my phone. The next day i was given a brand new sealed N79 from Nokia care. You can do the same.

                I have buy Nokia E63 on 23/1/10 with offer of Bluetooth headset,
                from authorised NPD of Bhusawal (yawalkar computers).

                but they haven't gave me the bluetooth device and told me that offer is not valid to you,
                but same time offer is available in other NPD's.

                in reply i told to give me yours information in written on official letter pad

                but till now they haven't gave me the letter nor the bluetooth device

                so sir i just want to file a complaints to you for your sympathetic consideration and necessary action please

                otherwise i will sure gonna file the complaints in consumer court against NPD of bhusawal & other head offices of jalgaon.

                    I purchase Nokia 7210supernova on Aug-2009,But i not satisfied with this handset.She not work anytime properly.Five times my local nokia service center repair and three times he send Head office delhi.But no anytime she work proprely and last now he send again on 20/02/2010.

                      nokia 3500c — bad service from nokia care

                      my mobile was not supporting enhancement. i went to nokia care, chinchwad, pune and i told about the problem. they said that the problem is in the handset not in the enhancement and make me to visit office 3 to 4 times. and at last without solving the peroblem they simply replied there was a problem in enhancement only and not in the mobile. it totally waste my time and energy. so plz make enquire about that and ask your agent to give me the solution.

                      Last week ago i went nokia care i ask him to flash my phone because battery doesn't giving packup i have warrnty he ask me to pay money for next time onwards
                      Plz help me
                      nothing enhancment, , without charger only. Help me, , nothing to use headset. And, my 3500c can't use applications (java or others) to internet, but can web.

                        I have purchased Nokia N97 under IMEI number [protected] from one of the reputed Nokia Priority Dealer Based in Guwahati on 27th September 2009 on the very next day the set started giving problem like it was getting restarted and it was getting hang on complaining the same to the dealer from whom the set was being purchased he replied take the set to the nokia care and they will help you with this issue. On giving the same to the nokia care for more the 13 times during two months time for getting it repaired they use to always return the set saying that the problem hasbeen solved it is working properly now but the same did not every time each time the set was kept for three to four days time ,On not getting proper response from the care and the dealer ,the company people Area General Manager based in guwahati was contacted for the same but even he dint behaved well for giving proper support he replied it is your fault that you have purchased a nokia handset of Rs 31400. This is the service which will be provided. On again sending a court notice to the nokia dealer, general manager nokia guwahati branch and the nokia care to the nokia care people has turned up as he was our relative but the company dint supported us in any means but has sold us a defective pics which the nokia care people has accepted. I have give up my set for replacement on 27th december 2009 and till date i have not received the same almost two months have passed away and as a result of which i have to keep my mobile connection of for non availability of the hand set. The company is not taking any initiative for its customers that they get the proper service the company claims to be the world leader in connecting the people but i am very sorry to say that its is the most worst company i have even come through in my life in regard to the service provided to the customers. Almost two months has passed and till date no handset is received by me and every time on calling the company people either they dont pick up the call or some one else pick there cell phone and reply that they are not on the desk.

                        Nokia N97 — Avalability

                        Dear Sir/Madam

                        I have been waiting for the launch of Nokia N97 for a long time. I pre-booked the device as soon as an advertisement was released on the indian newspapers. But all the dealers in Bombay have conveyed to me that the "WHITE" colour model is not yet released in India so it is not avalable. I would like to buy the "WHITE" Nokia N97 as it is uncommon from the black one. Kindly suggest when and where can I solve this issue.

                        I know, how frustrating it is as I myself is waiting for the White model, and despite numerous promises of false release dates, White one is still not coming. Nokia gave me 3 dates (Yesterday was the third one)or White Phone to release in the market, but so far i just g0t dates and false promises.

                        Planet M, CP, Delhi are bunch of liers. They even wanted to cheat money from me. A girl from Planet M Cannaught Palace, New Delhi called on monday saying sir, plaese pay Rs. 5000 and we will get you a white colored nokia N97, but guess what? SHE WAS LYING TO ROB ME OF on behalf of Planet M

                          I had purchased a new battery from Hotspot store in navi Mumbai in the month of Oct 2009 . The problems reappeared within 2 months of purchase. I approached the NOKIA service center at Navi Mumbai and was shocked to learn from the manager that the Battery was Duplicate (not a genuine Nokia product)and was advised to approach Hotspot store in navi Mumbai where the battery was purchased . Finally the store agreed to replace the faulty/Duplicate battery ,but did not give a confirm date when I could get the replacement. After 10 days I approached the store today to learn that it could take some more time and that they cannot give any time frame for the same.

                          I would advice every body to think before buying any thing fm Hot spot.

                            I had purchased Nokia N – 97 Handset (Model Name – NOKIA N 97 IMEI NUMBER– [protected] BATTERY NO.[protected] on 16 Aug. 2009 from PLUS NINE ONE COMMUNICATIONS 15, tawa complex, Bittan Market Near Priydarshani Super Market Bhopla – 16 Phone No.[protected] From the day of purchase, the handset is showing the frequent problem of sudden Hanging off. This handset has been sent for repair more than three times to Nokia service centre (Pluse Nine One Communications) at Bhopal , Madhya Pradesh but the problem still persists. Here I would like to mention that this service centre is around 5 kms from the place where I stay. It’s really problematic and very tiring for me to go to the shop after the regular office work. For my official work I have to travel a lot in different parts of India, where mobile is an absolute necessity to keep a track with the clients and also with office. For this problem with my mobile my work is also getting affected.

                            Due to repetition of this problem, I request you to kindly change the present handset with a new one for your customer satisfaction.

                            I hope this letter will be addressed promptly and my problem will be resolved within 7 days of time span.

                            Please refer to my earlier complaint on[protected]. It is really very sad that your co. has not bothered to go into detail of my problem, and revert back, despite my complaint having been filed on your complaint site.The said set purchased on[protected] has thrice been to Nokia Care Centre, Seven Mobile Sco.No.66, Sector-7, Panchkula, with contact no. [protected] on 30th july-09 again on 14th august & then 22nd Aug-09. Though I was totally against any sort of repair, because of negligience on part of your company for providing any responsible person in Chandigarh, I had no substitute but to approach the above nokia care center, again which could not readdress my grievenance.

                            What was the big idea of purchasing a brand new set from a reputed company like yours if had to suffer so much ? My business has been effected badly, since my work depends a lot on my mobile. Regular breakdown in the said set, has already tortured me mentally and financially.

                            Nokia N-97 — SALE OF FAULTY MOBILE

                            Purchased a cell Nokia N-97 IMEI [protected] white colour dated 11/8/09 costing Rs.32550/ From Tele Junction Madhu vihar I.P Ext. delhi-110092 but billed from tele Junction Shop no1 Shagvi Plaza Vasundhra Enclave Delhi-110096.
                            From the first day it was going off automaticaly after one hour or two hour or any time then i made a complaint to the dealer first of all he and his team said that its a fault of battery charging but after two hour of battery charging in front of them they said its a software problem and finaly next day they took it back for repair and replace and said to give 5-6 days for.
                            By this message i wants to inform to co. that in this type of cases my cell should change emediatly.

                            Recently i also purchased a Nokia N 97 handset from a Nokia Prioirty Dealer in Chennai. Immediately after purchasing the handset, i started facing problems (hanging) with the handsets. I immediately highlighted the problem to the Prioirty Centre from which i bought the handset. First, he gave me some lame excuses, saying that its a settings problem and once the settings are in place, the problem would be resolved. Immediately, I also shoot a mail to Nokia, to which they responded that I shoudl report the problem to Nokia Care and not to Nokia Priority.

                            When i asked for a replacement, the Nokia team responded saying that they cannot immediately replace a handset and that they have to follow certain standard proceedures for that.

                            Now that i have followed all the required proceedures and the problem still unresolved, they are still not ready to replace the handest. Every time i go for collecting the handset and find that the problem is still unresolved, they say that its a software probelm and they'll upgrade the software.

                            Even after upgrading the software for 6-7 times and the problem still unresolved (the handset was even sent to Gurgoan headoffice twice), now i am determined to get it resolved.

                            I have even asked them to give me in writing that they will not replace the handest with their own fancied reasons, following which i am planning to take legal action against these people.

                            Please advice what action can be initiated from our side.

                            Nokia N - 97 — defective product

                            I had bought this mobile handset nokia N-97 from B.R.Electronics,Ghaziabad, in july 2009. worth Rs32,000.
                            just after 2 months,the phones stopped getting charged.i showed it to Nokia Care at Lajpat Nagar,O-Block.
                            there,they firstly said it will take a week to rectify and would cost around Rs 11,000.i got ready for that even.waited for 7 days and then went there.they returned me the handset just like that saying it can't be repaired,its a little tempered from inside, and to get it done from outside i.e.from a non-nokia local mobile mechanic or the motherboard would be needed to change woth Rs.18,000.i asked them to give the same in written but they again refused to write anything .then i showed it to some local shop,there the person said that it was too much tempered within and nothing can be done.i again went to nokia care and but got no response.so i had to but a new battery worth Rs2000 everytime just to get my data out of the phone.its been almost 2 years now that the phone is not working and nokia is not taking any responsibility for it.
                            i am amazed how can it be tempered within 2 months of time and that too from within.i get no air why i hv been sold this defective piece of phone.please, guide me for the porcedure.

                              I had purchased a nokia 5800 express music on 11th jan 2009, n i had lots of problems during the warranty period itself. my cell phone has been to the head quarters thrice..n they finally replaced the set..u have changed the body colour and given it back.i had given a red colour body and received a blue colour body.why has this happened??and i havent got any extended warranty.why so??
                              but all the more now also i m having problems relating to text messaging and my cell display is also not that good. whenever i lock the phone the display appears to b damaged and i have to wait for half an hour for the proper display to appear..

                              now i am giving this cell phone for repair in the nokia care centre but i will not pay any bill because i deserve an extended warranty..

                              i am a regular costumer of nokia phones, & recently i purchased a new NOKIA 5800 EXPRESS MUSIC.
                              The phone's camera is not upto mark, & not atleast at par with Nokia N73, and the worst part is the video.& I don't want to visit nokia care, as they take 1-2 mnth to return the handset.Is this the problem with my handset, or with this model.Now tell me what to do next, but whatever, the mobile fails to qualify for the norms, which i had earlier for nokia.

                              I am Chetan Choudhary from Sagar MP India. Being a regular user of Nokia products, I have purchased a Nokia 5800 handset on 27th april 2009.
                              From the third month I was experiencing 'screen damaging problem'. Regularly after on screen's lock , my cell's screen loking like wash out painting this is a big problem experiance,where is no key pad than how can i dial numbers and how can i know who is calling me.'.
                              I took it to Nokia Care, where they told me your screen is damaged,after feq day i will change it,but i was went so many time but the commitment of your care fail.

                                    I had taken my Nokia Phone 6303C which had stopped working within 10 days of purchase of the Phone on JAN 2, 2010 to NOKIA CARE RT NAGAR. First of all I was surprised when I was showed the phone, that there was water entry in the phone, even though I was sure that it had not happened from my end. Anyway I had to accept it, since I did not have any proof, and asked them to repair the same.

                                    Well after 2 days I was called and told that it will cost me Rs. 2500/- for the repair for changing the circuit board. Around the 30th of month I got a call from the NOKIA CARE saying that the Phone was ready, and I could come and pick it up. SInce I was out of town, I could not go down. Thus on 12th FEB I came early from Office to make sure that I collect the phone.

                                    Surprisingly after waiting for 15 mins at the NCC, I was told the phone was not repaired and it will cost Rs. 2500/- for changing the circuit board. Well I did not know what to do, laugh or cry. For 45 days the phone was lying with them and after calling me up atleast 4 times, to tell me that the phone was ready, I come and find that no work has been done on the phone.

                                    I was very upset, and Mr. Gowda ( Store Manager) said that he would get back to me the next day. I rcved a call from Mr. Ramesh after I left the NCC telling me that he would get back to me on MONDAY.

                                    Well today is Friday, and I have not rcved any call, mail from the NCC.

                                    Isnt it a case o[censored]tmost unproffesional handling of customers. I cannot expect a company like NOKIA to be so irresponsible on handling a customer.
