Nokia Asha 305 — Warranty not used | |||
IMEI : [protected] Model : Nokia Asha 305 Nokia Purchase as well as Extended warranty in place Mobile diplay got blank and there is any scratch or damage to the top panel display. Initially in the Nokia Care center in Anna Nagar they have accepted to replace the display and they provided me the Job sheet to collect the mobile in a day or so . After 3 days of my follow up and they call me mobile is physical damage and it would cost Rs.2000+ to replace the display inside. I bought the mobile in same Nokia care center and also extended the warranty by Nokia Care Protect by paying additional Rs.500. I don't see any damage the care center which is trying to change words and does not bother on warranty. Option 1 : they have to replace the display Option 2 : They have return the Rs.500 which is for additional warranty. Please advise on how to make it happen. Was this information helpful? | |||

Nokia — to change my nokia device
i have buy a nokia 5800 xpressmusic for some month it work proprely but after few month it creat so many problem like mobile heating ,phone restart , battery back up low .i have repair it for 3times but problem was not solve & when i am going to nokia care they scold us &shouting to us&says tuje yahi nokia care milta hai dusre nokia care par ja .The name of care was krati enterprieses in jhabua district .please help me fast if you can my contact no is[protected] Hi, sorry to hear about your experience. I face the same problem on my Nokia 300. When you go to NOKIA care during extended warranty period, they will show you any damn cause that will void the warranty and they will charge you for the servicing. It's NOKIA's new business policy to earn money through extended warranty and then charging twice for the same by voiding the warranty. And you never get any written confirmation from them which will be covered by the extended warranty...they will assure you verbally all the time.

Nokia — Warranty not upgraded
Sir,I have upgraded my Nokia 3110c at Nokia Care center nanded one month ago but they have not updated their system.now I am facing problems while repairing my phone because previous warranty is now over.
