I have a Nokia E5 purchased in January 2011, From Trivandrum, Kerala. For last one month, its showing some strange behaviors. The phone is getting switched off while I use the phone for more than 10minutes, even if the battery is full. When I use the phone for more than 10mints, then any time phone will get switched off. HI, my phone was replaced twice by nokia and the issue has reoccurred.

First time i gave my phone for service was three days after purchase and am still facing issues after 8 months , two replacements and tens of hours spent in nokia care point. I now need a refund of my money or replacement with a higher end model.

I have faith is my country's judiciary system and I hope I get justice....
