I submitted my Nokia 305(Asha) model within warranty period for touchscreen related problem on 03.06.2013. The Warranty reference number- GINY[protected], IMEI No- [protected]. The concerned service centre is Ramdev Telecom, 279 NSC Bose Road, Kolkata- 700047. Job sheet no[protected]/130603/64. They told me that estimated delivery time would be 7-10 days. But as on today it has been 1 month and 6 days, yet they are not delivering the product. They are harassing me every time resulting to wastage of time and money. They are not repairing my product within warranty period and voiding warranty conditions.
I brought the new phone for use but it has been over 36 days the phone is lying with the service centre leading to wastage of money and time. Please help me.

    Sir,

    I had purchased a Nokia Asha 200 (Pink) Mobile Phone for Rs. 3945 online from Flipkart on 5th April 2012.Just 4 Days after the 1 year warranty provided by Nokia, the Mobile Handset malfunctioned.The phone gets automatically switched off each time someone tries to make a call or attend one.I took it to the Service center ( Nokia Care CC 41/4108, F & F1 , 4th Floor, Kurian Towers, Opposite Saritha Theatre, Banerjee Road, Roshan Ln, Ernakulam, Kerala 682018 ?) and despite the ill behaved treatment i got from there,i was told to replace some board in the mobile which would cost me Rs 3000 for which they have to send it to DELHI and was told even if i replace it there is no guarantee to the mobile will work properly.As a result of which i didn't find it feasible to spend 3000rs for something that has doubtful chance of working and that too which only lasted barely an year.
    This mobile was a gift for my mother from my first salary and i am deeply disappointed with it.me and my family had been using Nokia mobiles right from the beginning 3310,3315,2700,6233,N73 and many more some i forgot the names now.Even after being a customer since ages the feedback i got from the Service Center was terrible.I was not even told by the service center about availing the extended warranty or got my mobile fixed.
    I was having health problems till date thats why it took me this much lag in addressing this problem.
    I feel cheated now as i waited for Nokia to do something regarding my complaint till date but was not even called once regarding it.
    I humbly request you to help me out.Either i get the mobile fixed or replaced FOC.

    Nokia — Phone failure

    Dear sir,
    I have bought my 3110c on 2009 December. After that i have updated the phones software 3 times. I have given it to Nokia Care in Alwaye. But the same problem continues within 2 days. The contents in the phone memory are loosing. I have tried different memory cards.

      I purchase mobile handset nokia 700 IMEI [protected] on 20/07/2012 Shop Malhotra communication Ranipur more Haridwar and I regular use this handset. i saw this mobile handset on 03/07/2013 that touch screen is disconnecting from body.I went to nokia service centre (Mastermind services ChandraCharya Chowk Ranipur More,Haridwar) on 05/07/2013 & 06/07/2013 but service centre employe miss shivangi told me "touch screen is not include warrenty period".It is requested that kindly repair this set or provide me a fresh set instead this set.

        I Dinesh Chandra bought a mobile handset from Nokia priority partners cannought place branch dt[protected] for rs 3599, now my mobile display has some problem for the same i visited nokia service centre dt 6-7-2013 at gurudwara road, karol bagh, but they are not ready to look into the matter ,they gave me an excuse that display of set is broken and its not under warenty for the same i have to pay rs 1200, bt in local mkt when i show my mobile they are telling me that a component of display from inside is broken, i want that its a technical fault and it should be under worenty

        Nokia — mobile not repairing

        My mobile is not working(Nokia-5310), I have given two times to Nokia center but still is not working properly, last time I gave this mobile to Nokia service center Noida A-78 Sec-2 (UP) 20301 India before 20 days and job sheet number is [protected], but still they could not return my mobile, they said it will take 1 week every time i go. I faced same problem with my last mbile and I found Nokia mobile gives a lot of problem. For others - do not buy Nokia products if you don't want to have problems after.

        Nokia — Repair of Mobile under warranty

        Dear Sir/Madam

        I have Purchased a Mobile Nokia 5610d-1 in February 2009.
        on 11th October 2009 the Mobile switched off and power does not switching on.
        I visited Nokia Care, Marine Lines, Mumbai for repair on 14th October. They have charged Rs. 165/- and target date also given on same day. But I am visiting every day, now they are telling there is problem with the hand set and it is not comes under warranty and you will be charged Rs. 2,500.00 and we will send this mobile to company. My job sheet number is[protected]/091014/63 and Mobile ESN/IMEI number is [protected].Can any one tell me what to do in this situation. If Nokia care does not care about customers, which is the best forum to nail these people. You might have come across such problems. Can we go to consumer courts

        Nokia — non repair of the mobile under warranty

        I have purchase Nokia 5800 on 13 Sept 2009 vide bill no[protected] with IMEI No.[protected].
        From May 2010, there is some problem in volume of the handset for which I have given it in first week of July 2010 in Nokia customer care in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. They said it is ok and there is no problem and returned me back. Since I know the actual volume, I again went to the shop on 17 July 2010 for the same reason and proved it after compare the volume with other nokia 5800. They agreed and taken my handset for repair and returned the same today i.e. July 22, 2010. But there is no repair being made in the same. When I requested to compare the same with other 5800 mobile they strictly denied and talked in arrogant manner.
        Nokia, being the most famous brand, now started cheating people and their faith by providing cheap services and misbehaving with customers once their mobile sold.
        My mobile is still under warranty and want the solution for the same and therefore want to file complaint against Nokia, the cheaters.

        i purchase new mobile NOKIA 2690 DT.30.09.2010 THEN i am goging to job in rajasthan in barmer jsw plant,and my handset not working i try to change battery but hand set is not working.
        i go to nokiacare in barmer in near station road,palika bazar he told me 1500 charge for repairing dtd.15.10.2010.
        please replace please new one or back my money.

        Dear sir,

        I submitted my nokia phone model-e71-1, serial no. [protected] in NOKIA CARE:- PODDAR TELECOM, C.G. Tower, H.B. Road Plaza Chowk, RANCHI - 834001, JHARKHAND on 16/10/11 only for change power switch job sheet no. 51342 and when i had collected my handset on 24/10/11. I found there are many problem on handset-


        1.screen problem

        2. Mic is not working (so i face problem in calling).

        3. mis handle with phone

        When i told them on receiving they gives many excuses.

        I am really frusted to hear these excuses and i am really sorry say that the service of nokia care is really bad.

        Nokia Mobile — servicing

        I have purchased 3600S Nokia phone. The handset was getting started and I contacted Nokia Service centre at Surat, Adajan on 29.09.11 and submitted the handset for servicing. The details of the job sheet is NCC no is 537_504867. They told me the key pad needs to be replaced and aprx. Expenses is Rs.660/-. I confirmed to replace it. They told me to collect the phone by evening same day. When I went same day, the phone was getting started but it was get off itself. By examine they told me come next day. When contact next day they told the phone is not yet attended. So I told them they should inform me if at all the phone is not ready. By arguing they told me to inform whether they will repair it over there of sends it to other place. Next day they called me and ask me collect the phone because they were unable to repair. They wants to send the handset to next level andTotal expenses will be @4000Rs. I suspect, because I argued with them for valid reasons they took the decision not to repair the phone. My point is I have purchased the phone @ 9000Rs of Nokia brand because I want to avoid such circumstances. First, they have not check the phone first day and called me for delivery. Secondly on second time if phone was not ready they should inform me because I went all the way from 15 KM to collect the phone. After knowing such huge expenses I refused to take delivery of the phone. Now I want to know, after purchasing phone from Nokia brand, shall I deserved the treatment given by them? If at all they were not able to repair at their service centre, and want to send the phone at next level, who will responsible for this? is it their inefficiency to repair the phone at the service centre.The handset is still lying at their service centre and till date there wont be any comunication from their side.

        Nokia — repairing of mobile

        sir, i was repaired a WORLD WIDE BRAND Nokia Mobile model no.NOKIA 5130 xpress music . from MEDIA PLAYER , Near Clock Tower in SAHARANPUR (UTTAR PRADESH).
        My mobile had a headphone jack problem . he repaired it not well even with my phone display and camera is crashed . he do not repair my mobile . i was go so many time to his shop . he was talking not well with me too.         I purchase this snoop and after some time sound from earphone get reduced ; also while calling it was not working properly . I submit theis headset on 13the of Feb and till now no confirmation from Nokia Care theat whetheer problem is resolved or not.

          I am Maneet Aneja. This is regarding My complaint against Nokia/Nokia Service center, by showing irresponsibility on there new launched phone Nokia Lumia 520.
          They are not providing solution for the access heating issue persist in phone from the day one and trying to harass and clearly saying its your wish whether you wish to bring back this phone with the heating issue or not as per them they have compared the phone with another nokia 520 so they declared this issue is in all of the devices
          in this series (ie Nokia Lumia 520).So they cant do anything

          Its been 2 month when i bought this phone and i could not use this phone yet properly. I just wasted 10,000 on it so please help me
          to get out of this hell.

          Here is the detail below :

          I have bought a Nokia Lumia 520 in May 2013.
          With in 5-7 days of buying i realized there is a heating issue with
          the phone when i just use 3G on it for just 5 minutes and in between
          if i use phone for calling i felt a high heating winch is really
          unbearable for a human ears while talking on phone.

          Then i went to Nokia Service center situated at HIG 16 , Vaishali Sector-4
          (Named with Gupta associate). Then they have updated the software and
          said phone is working fine now. Then i started using at home for the
          same day i found the same issue were still there. Few days days later
          i got time to Visit services again they said they don't have the
          solution so cant do anything talk to customer care. then after showing
          them demo and logged a complaint on Nokia customer care number. They
          have given me the insularity that they will contact me soon.

          Then i got call from customer and they asked me to submit the phone to
          same service center i did the same and submitted the phone to service
          center on 15 June and submitted the phone they have given me the date
          > of returning the device back with the solution till 24 June but i
          received the call from them on 28 June and when i went the service
          center they said my phone is swapped and stamped the new IMEI number
          on my original bill. But when i just started configuring my Hotmail to
          sync my contacts using 3G connection found the same heating issue
          within 5 minutes again. Then they said this issue with every Nokiia
          Lumia 520 so you have to suffer with the phone heating too. We can not
          do anything after forcing them that i can not take the phone back in then they said we can only send the phone to service center again now after one week again keeping the phone with them they finally declared, we cant do anything in this phone now so its my wish whether i want to bring back or not. But they are not ready to give me this communication in written.

          Well i don't know till when i have to suffer with the phone. I am feeling like a fooled consumer who cant do anything just wasted money with no arms to fight

            Hi Nokia,
            I recently bought a Nokia Lumia 720 and have been facing a number of issues ever since.
            Firstly, the phone's camera has stopped functioning. Secondly, the landscape mode has also stopped functioning. Additionally, the phone also has display issues. My phone's display goes off when receiving or making a call, barring me from disconnecting a call and using the other necessary functions when on a call.
            Kindly provide some assistance.

              When I called idea they say they don't know about the offer. what does it mean then ? on nokia box it is written that the offer is there and now they(Idea customer care) are saying they dont know about that offer ..... what should i do now ??

                Dear Sir,
                i gave my nokia lumia 710 for repair as it was not starting, at nokia care shastri nagar jaipur. i gave my cell to repair for hanging problem but after using for a short while the problem started again, now i gave the handset again to the same service center and they told that they have to send the set to delhi for curing. the problems with hand set are...
                1. network problem
                2. sound of speakers deteroid.
                3. charging point not working.
                4. keypad not working.
                5. the instrument get hot in a short while.
                i request you to either get the handset cured or get it changed as i had paid rs 15000 for the new one and i have not used it for single month properly.please help me for that.

                Nokia — Problem with the Handset

                Dear sir,

                I have purchased Nokia N81 from Thane within 3 months it gave problems with the upper keypad. I had submitted my mobile twice for the same problem.

                Now again i faced same problem i went to Nokia care (Prudent Telecom) in Thane (Maharashtra), they have provided me a temporary old Upper panel and have told me to wait for a week for a new upper panel.

                Since past 3 weeks i am waiting for the replacement o[censored]pper Panel and yet no proper response from them. They say that we have asked from Nokia company to provide new upper panel.

                Please let me know what should i do in this case.

                  i buy my lumia 720 on 21st june and last night it gone off and it does not start then i go to the shop from were i buy it they said that phone is not charged again i come to home charge the phone for 2 hours but it is not working i go to the shop again i say them to replace the ph and give me new set of lumia 720 but they aa not giving it plzzz help me i realy trust nokia plzzz reply me plzzz

                    Hi, i have bought LUMIA 720 on[protected]. from the day one i had battery problem. i gets over heat soon and battery drains on an average of 30% per hour. i have returned the phone to dealer and they replaced with new battery. service was very poor in priority center, there were scratches on the pannel and on screen gaurd, still i accepted the phone. But the problem persists. Now they are saying that they will change mother board. They are not accepting for phone replacement.

                    Guys tell me how will you feel i[censored] bought a new mobile of cost 18k and u hav'nt used it for 10 days, and facing different problems with phone and they keep on changing the components. what should i do for this?

                      I purchased Lumia 800 in February 2013. It’s just been three months and it has been a horrible experience with the performance of the handset so far.
                      I have been facing minor problems from the start, but i choose to ignore them as i thought it to be a part and parcel of smartphone usage. However, on 4th June 2013, after my battery drained completely, the phone refused to switch on again even after it was sufficiently charged.
                      I deposited my handset with Nokia Care Centre the very next day. The technical executives got my phone started, citing software issues as the reason for the problems. I was however, not convinced with the solution and explained the other issues; over-heating (at times UNBEARABLE), frequent hangs (even when the multiple background processes were switched off) and sudden vibration at times, which I faced throughout the usage. The executives expressed the need of sending the phone to their technicians to sort out the issues, for which they told, would require 9-10 days.
                      I received a call on 6th June 2013 from your customer care centre, MENTIONING THAT THE ISSUES RAISED BY ME WERE GENUINE AS EVEN THEY EXPERIENCED SIMILAR ISSUES DURING THEIR PRELIMINARY TESTING PROCESS.

                      I simply won’t be satisfied with the repaired piece as it’s just been three months. THE ISSUES THAT I HAVE FACED OVER THE PERIOD ARE FAR TOO CRITICAL TO BE SURFACING OVER THIS SHORT TERM AND HENCE CANNOT BE IGNORED. I strongly feel that any amount of repairs won’t make it function as a first-hand new piece and I am quite sure that more problems would crop up going forward. I expect a new handset in replacement and not a refurbished one, as such kinds of issues makes me feel that I was handed over a fundamentally faulty piece to start with. Please kindly address my concerns, considering the seriousness of the issue.

                      Its been more than a fortnight now that no action has been taken so far. The call center executives are busy passing on the case to each other and have been giving me makeshift reasons to avoid the replacement. Rather they ask me to try out the repaired piece and come back to the center if i face similar issues.

                      Its been a ridiculously horrible experience so far and i am highly disappointed with the customer addresal process. Adding on, I deeply regret my decision to stick with and be loyal to nokia. I would consider this as a lesson learned and would not recommend anyone to go with Lumia 800.

                          Nokia — Phone Does not Work

                          Hello,

                          I bought this phone, couple of months back and it hasnt been

                          working right since day one. The problem is that during an

                          active call the phone stops and you hear a buzzing sound and

                          then it restarts again. This activity takes place for 20 odd

                          seconds and is very annoying as it is prevailing for every

                          third call i make. There is no pattern as to when the phone

                          gets stuck, it just ends for long calls as well as for short

                          calls.

                          Unfortunately after buying the phone, i had to go out of

                          station for about a week and i was not able to report it to my

                          Nokia Priority Dealer untill about a week, he refused

                          replacement. He asked me to give the phone to him for couple of

                          days to use. After that he said there is no problem, but when i

                          took it back home, the same problem persists. I have contacted

                          Nokia Priority Center twice and they also took for couple of

                          days and reformatted the system but to no use.

                          They all Claim that the phone does not hang ( as if i am a mad

                          guy or liar trying to create issues with them). I cant sit with

                          them all the time and show them when it hangs. Please help me

                          out.

                          Nokia — Problematic New Phone

                          I purchased this Nokia 5800 Express Music phone(IMEI-[protected]) on 16-3-09. I registered first complaint with in a week for which Noida Care, Sec. 2, Noida deleted complete data saying it needed software updates.
                          Then I reported that the phone is not accepting my SIM. I was told it was because of card problem as the phone is a High End phone. I got my SIM replaced through Vodafone twice.
                          The problem persisted. When I went the third time(within 15 days of buying), now the Service Centre is saying a part is damaged because of insertion of card. So:
                          - Since this was not reported first time, something happened from Centre's end
                          - Error reported second time was same as the third one
                          - No warranty is provided by centre now and repair estimate is rediculusly high (6000/-).

                          Now, is there a way by which I can complaint same to Nokia without taking the legal path?

                          Now from last three months I am really fad up from your handset problems so that I visited one of your repairing center that is situated in borivali (w).mumbai

On 11.11.2010 my cell phone's display not working properly i.e. blank display then i am approaching NOKIA Care Service Centre, M/s.R.S.Telecom Hindmata Branch they told me that your cell phone have a liquid damage so you are payable whatever service provide by us, after 5 days they given my repaired cell phone with Rs.350/- for service charges and said, the cell phone is not working due to software problem and they are updated latest version software in my cell phone.                           I bought the nokia 2730 Classic from Bohra Communication, Nokia dealer vide invoice CR-07842 dated November 03, 2010, with warranty of 12 month but, the cell phone.

                          When I approached to Nokia care due to battery was getting heated, same time the Maps installed in place of Life tools by Nokia care center. When i am clicking the maps, automatic folder are getting created in my memory card and consuming my memory card's memory unusually.

                          I again was approached to same Nokia care, they replied this will happens generally but they are not convince me how this is happens and they blamed that “you might have repaired phone some where else

                          I had been regular user of nokia for the last 10 years,recently i have purchased nokia E-6 on 29/08/11,but after 15-20 days phone's mass memory got erased itself and was unavailable. after that phone was submitted to nokia care saharanpur (U.P)on 21/09/11 and phone was sent to company.
                          after that phone was given to me on 29/09/11 with motherboard swaped by company,since then also the phone was not working properly and was again submitted to nokia care on 11/10/11 and nokia care told me to again sent the phone to company.
                          I had been regular user of nokia for the last 10 years, recently i have purchased nokia C-2 on 05/10/11, but after 15-20 days phone system applications are very very slowly opened and in this duel Sim card facility is no use because only one network getting signal another one is not getting coverage.
                          I have been a Nokia phone user for the last 12 years. I recently bought the Nokia N8 in February 2011 it’s within its warranty. The phone started giving me trouble after 7 months of me using it. I recently went to the Nokia Service center in Borivali and spoke to them about the faults .i.e. the phone restarts, Hangs, Network issues. . They first did a software re flash thinking that would solve the issue that did not. Then they told me that they need to keep my phone to check what the problem was they took my phone for 2 days rather than 1. After which they then said that there are faults with the phone and they need to send it to the Head Office in Delhi. The phone was there for another 15 -17 days. Apparently they replaced the mother board in the phone. I just got it from them. Switched the phone on and started using it. Guess what same issues. In a span of 2 days my phone has restarted 4 times. Still missing calls as told by others as they can’t get through my number because of Network Issues and during a call the phone still restarts.

                          Please Help I Don’t know what to do .Before my phone goes out f warranty. Please advice.

                          I am Rounak Thakkar, i have purchased Nokia C6-00 handset in the month of jan 2011. From the time i purchased my phone there is always been issue regarding memory, when ever i used to serf net it use to show me error memory full close some application, even though my phone memory was free and memory card was also 1.8 GB free. Earlier i use to ignore this and i was not even able to open my image gallery there also same error use to show. I went to nokia care for more then 22 time and every time they use to update my software but aft every few days same issue, i even formatted my data. My set was send to factory more then 3 times, last time i got a call from head office and i was told that if further there is any problem in ur handset we will replace ur and set. the very next day same issue occur. My phone is again send to nokia care my job sheet no:[protected]/120120/30 my handset is not replaced even after confirmation from head office. Its been very frustrating that every time i am facing the same issue, they made false promise of replacement.
                          Please look into the matter, i have faced huge problem without my handset even no proper back up handset was giving to me. Every time they take my cell for 10-15 working days, its very difficult to manage without my phone for such a long period. even my battery is not working more then 4 hours and the battery issue is not yet solved.

                              I have a Nokia E5 purchased in January 2011, From Trivandrum, Kerala. For last one month, its showing some strange behaviors. The phone is getting switched off while I use the phone for more than 10minutes, even if the battery is full. When I use the phone for more than 10mints, then any time phone will get switched off. But when I switch it on, it is getting on and off for 3-4 times.
                              I went to NokiaCare (Beacon group) at Muvattupuzha, and they told it is a software problem, and they solved it with a charge of 250Rs. It worked for 2 days and then started showing the same behavior again. I went to the same Nokia Care 3 times in last one month for the same problem. Each time they will give it back to me after updating the software and tells me that the problem is solved , but still the problem exist.

                              I am a hard core nokia user for last 8 years starting with Nokia 1108, then 6600, then E63, C5, X3 etc. This is the first time, I am getting fed up with a handset.

                              The whole problem started from May 2013.
                              2 weeks back I gave it for repair for the fifth time, and then I got call from NOKIA team and told they will repair it for sure.

                              Now... I got a call from NOKIA last week, informing me that NOKIA team was analysing the issue with my device and they found that My Nokia E5 is irreparable. They told me that I can collect it from the NOKIA CARE .. But I want to know what can be done in lieu of this?
                              I am facing this problem for last 6 months and NOKIA is saying now that it cannot be repaired.


                              I bought this phone 3 yrs back form Trivandrum, and NOKIA is responsible for repairing the device, If it is irrepairable means, NOKIA has to take responsibility of that. Right? I am not asking for a new device, but there has to be some solution provided by NOKIA right>?
                              I could see many similar complaints in many sites for the same device E5 from NOKIA that means that device itself was not good.

                              When I asked for contact numbers to speak to the high level persons, the guy in the support team was rude to me, and he told he cannot give the contact numbers, for such SILLY matters. Is this such a silly matter for him? I dont know.

                              I am planning to go to Consumer court for the same, but before that I want to speak to some manager or some other responsible person, from NOKIA. Could you please give some contact numbers?


                              I am really fed up with my Nokia E5, and also with the poor customer care by NOKIA team.

                                  HI, my phone was replaced twice by nokia and the issue has reoccurred.

                                  First time i gave my phone for service was three days after purchase and am still facing issues after 8 months , two replacements and tens of hours spent in nokia care point. I now need a refund of my money or replacement with a higher end model.

                                  I have faith is my country's judiciary system and I hope I get justice.

                                    sir i am purchasing nokia 200 from dhanbad my mobile sortware has been corrupted and when i visited

                                    i visited there on 14/06/2013 the customer said that your set has a installed software version 12.2 instead of 11.8 we are sorry we cant help u i am contacting nokia care executive he says we regret for this i am telling please help me to provide ur head contact no of nokia care he says we are unable to provide u
                                    what i do thats why i am filling this form no action has been taken from nokia in repairing my set i am running from five days

                                    Nokia — my mobile software installed s wrong

                                    Hi im kiran ,I took A 5800 MUSIC XPRESS theme of blue colour 1year before , i gave for first software update then changed my blue software to red when i asked the customer care persons told which the company gives we will update tht even i kept quite from that time im getting many problems on my set and its become very slow, then recently one of my friend guided me that no u should put blue software itself so only ur faceing problem.Now my mobile is become to slow so i want suggestion for these and do the needfull fo me.I hope nokia people will do or else i have to launch a written complaint to the hede office.

                                      I, Aayush Aashish Bilala, own a Nokia C5-03 handset since August 2011(in Extended Warranty). Due to low internal phone memory, my phone started to hang from 10th May 2013. I gave my handset to Nokia Care Akola(Midas Computer & Computer) on 16th May 2013 and got the phone back after formatting. Since that day the display of the phone became improper and black lines used to come on the screen. Also the audio (both input and output) was giving problem and I could not talk on the phone and the keypad was also not functioning properly. I went to Nokia Care again and after sitting there for nearly One and Half hours he came to a conclusion and kept my handset saying that it would be sent to the company and will take 15 days to repair the handset. (I asked them for a temporary handset, but they weren't having any). After 7 days, the Nokia Care representatives called me and said that my handset was repaired. I took the handset in the afternoon and went to Mumbai in the evening due to some work. The very next day, the handset stopped responding. I returned to Akola on 31 May 2013 from Mumbai and gave the handset back to Nokia Care Akola. He again said that the handset needs to be sent to the company for repairing. I reminded the manager that the phone was repaired just 4 days back in the company. Then he confessed that the handset was repaired in the city (Akola) only and it was not sent to the company and now it is necessary to send it to the company. I again gave the handset on trust (since the Manager – Mr. Ajay Taori is my father's classmate). He said that it would take 12 days for the phone to get repaired. Till now (18 days have passed), I have visited Nokia Care 3 times, called him 4 times and he just gives me assurance that the phone is in transit and will come tomorrow and we'll call you. But he's just trying to overcome the situation and make me fool because the handset is still not repaired. I am in urgent need for my cell phone because at present I don't have any contacts as they can be restored on that phone only as I am using an old samsung handset of my friend. Please Help Me as soon as possible

                                      Samsung — Delay in repairing mobile phone.(15 days passed)

                                      I have given my mobile phone for repair on[protected] vide Work order no.WA[protected] at agra service centre. But uptill now it has not been repaired.Every time false promises are being made for 2-3 days.

                                      Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

                                      My work is suffering a lot in absence of the mobile phone.

                                      i have given my headset to the nokia care branch (bikaner, rajsthan ) on the date of 5 june 2008. they said that your phone repaired in 10 to 15 days . i have checked my job sheet status on the authorised site of nokia care. site shows that my phone repaired and ready for collection . then i go to nokia care and asked about my phone . but they said your phone send to the company and not repaired yet . i also said that i had check the site and it shows repaired . the employee of custmer care was so ruff and crazzy . he battled with me and said site will not shows data properly and i am giving the write answer .
                                      so what can i do to collect my mobile ?

                                      I am one amongst your many harassed consumers.
                                      I had submitted my Samsung Corby mobile at your Sadar center in Nagpur.
                                      I am told it is the only center in such a big city. The rush there was simply unexplainable.
                                      Even after 15 days, the company executives failed to correct the problem. Infact, now my cellphone is behaving even more erratically than it did before.
                                      The phone hangs everytime a caller calls my number.
                                      When my wife visited the center to register her complaint, she was made to wait for over an hour.
                                      The executives do not follow any system and attend to consumers in a haphazard manner.
                                      They even misbehaved with her and refused to lend an ear.
                                      Their apathy is simply unacceptable. Is this what you call customer service?

                                        hei guys ? what should i do if may Nokia X3-O2 contacts did not working anymore , everytime i open my contacts it only appears OPERATION FAILED . but i can access my others features, only in the contacts. in my messages also the name of the contact person does not appear . it only appears number .. what should i do ? thanks

                                        He went to many times in Gee Mobile Care Center, but they delay in Replacment of our mobile
