nokia 5130c-2 - Solution for contact service error in nokia 5130c-2


Iam Mr.Singh from Bangalore, India purchased NOKIA 5132c-2 , but now there is a problem in mobile stating an error message “contact service” while switch on the phone itself.


Could you reply what to do to clear the error.

sir
if this is your official workig style or your proffessional cometment that you are not selling your product with supporting system. i purchased the 5130c2 phone but not get the driver CD with it. could i purchased driver CD from the market or it is given by you with the seel packet phone just like other company like sony doing. please let me know if officially you can do without any presure.

NOKIA 5130 C — Worst Service

Dear sir,
Your service centre(NOKIA CARE CENTRE) at Sakchi Jamshedpur is not giving proper service. Always they are returning the customer with one and onother excuse.
Presently I am trying to contact to them on phone (No.[protected]) no body is taking the phone.

Recently( on 22.06.09) I have taken a NOKIA 5130 C set, IMEI No.[protected] from The Mobile Store Ltd,Jamshedpur. The Charger given with the set is not working. I want to replace the same. Kindly do the needful.

On 9/09/2009 9:00pm.I hv Purchased one Nokia Set - 5130 from Limton P Ltd, 13 & 14 BBD Bag ( E ) Kolkata :1, But after purchasing the set I found that - At the time of calling any body it is switching off continuously. I again went to the shop on 11/09/09 and return the same to them. They checked and informed me that this is the DOA SET. They advised us to put it their shop for 1 week as they would sent it Nokia for checking the internal spare and promised me that they will handover me a new set on 18/09/09 and provided me a repairing slip.Bill No 35975. The SET/ EMI # is [protected].

Today I west their shop to collect the new set but they told that there is no problem in the set and said to they will not provide any new set. Then I again checked it but the same problem is happening. They have misbehaved to me. They told that they will not provide any new set. So, I hv not accepted the set and returned with the repairing slip. The Set is lying with their shop.

So, requesting you to take the action against them sothat I can get back the another new set from them.Waiting for ur kind reply.

my phone got switched off and when i tried to on it it is showing to contact service.how can i get information about this.I have taken it from a nokia show room.I have come to know through media about invalid IMEI banning.Is this problem related to it.any one plz suggest me im worried.

    i also have the same problem, i contact idea customer care executives via call, but they tell idea network was not have 3G facility... suddenly i cut my phone call... here idea Advertisement lines was proved..."What an IDEA"...

      I had purchased a Nokia lumia 720 around a month back I was actually very happy to see the vibrant new Nokia but Nokia made sure that my happiness. Is shortlived .suddenly the phones mix , earpiece ,speaker stopped working and also the set started getting switched off on its own. When I bought it to Nokia care they are saying the set needs 15 days to get replaced.i am not just disappointed but also disgusted at the way Nokia is conducting business even when they know that their market precense is diminishing.all I need is a replacement handset asap as I am not able to go about my. Business as usual.i am going to US next week so I need the replaced set immediately. Its a shame that Nokia doesn't care for the customers greivances I am fed up with Nokia and have also contacted my journo friend so that I can go to consumer court and sue Nokia for selling faulty sets.

      Dear Sir,
      I bought a New Nokia 1650 Phone, But Now the current position is that my Phone is not working properly (Network problem) and also I am without a phone for past 4 days, which is a basic need for life.
      I submit the phone to Nokia care, Sector2, Noida on 1st August 2008 but their the handset is not repaired & returend to me on 05 August 2008 that is phone repaired but nothing has been done in the phone I visited many times to nokia care center But still my mobile is not working . Due to this I am going through mental stress and lot of inconvenience as I have other liabilities too and important work to do. Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced, or my amount with the suitable interest rate and compensation, else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services and inconvenience faced due to no availability of my Phone for past 4 days .The customer service person at this nokia care center is so rude also not reposnding if anything is asked, she was always doing her personal job making the customer to wait at Q.

      I have nokia N-73 from april 2008. but in one year i have summited my phone to nokia care 3 times and this time its more than enough.
      I have summited my phone 27 0f march Lajpat nagar N.Delhi. but still not get back my complane no is 2-3Y98GV.
      what wrong going on with Nokia, return my phone as soon as possible, i don't know u will provide me new or my phones. other wise i will go to CONSUMER COURT.

      experiencing a great problem out of my NOKIA LUMIA 720, it has the cheapest quality of SPEAKER in it.. when i make a call i am not able to talk for more than 5 minutes from my NOKIA LUMIA 720, the output voice from its speaker is so bad that my head starts paining, the voice is distorted and it seems like that i am using a china mobile, rest things are good, but what is the use of having a mobile by which one cannot make calls, had mailed the same on the above given email [protected]@ovi.com, Please check the quality of each and every Lumia before releading it in the market...

      I have been using Nokia Lumia 720 for last 6 months.

      Mic is not working again in my phone since yesterday. I had faced the same problem couple of days back but it was gone after updating my phone (phone update in Settings). Again I am facing the same problem with my Lumia 720. I must to use head set if I want to make a call through my phone other wise the people on other side can not hear my voice.

      Please provide a solution for this as soon as possible.

        I have Nokia lumia610 which I received from Nokia 3 months ago in exchange of non repairable Nokia C6 which was under warranty at the time of complaint. But as warranty expired when Lumia610 was given to me; warranty not given for lumia. Within three month mike of the phone stop working. I visited Nokia care centre at Model town Ludhiana . He gave me estimate of Rs.1500. But returned phone next day saying that mike was not available and would call me when it become available. Even after 10 to 12 days part not reached to service centre I called Nokia care and complain was registered. After 3 to 4 days l received call from Nokia care that mike will not supply to Nokia care Ludhiana and I have to send my phone to company and repairing cost will be Rs.7000 approx. This much Cost of mike in phone set of Rs.11 to 12 thousand is to high and it is manufacturing defect as mike stop working within 3 months. Please do needfull.             i have nokia e72 music edition ( white colour ) handset but suddnly the mobile was stop working and became dead so i submitted it at nokia care centre mehsana on date 09-may-2013 .
            after 15th days they replaced my e72 in golden colour body insted of white colour .
            so again i submitted handset for white colour body.

            after 15th days they again replaced e72 in GOLDEN COLOUR and with my surprise the handset is in OUT OF WARRANTY condition so i am not agree to recieve golden colour and warranty ended handset becose my original handset is under warranty and white colour body but with my surpeise they told me white colour body and warranty handset not available in our company and he asked take nokia lumia 710 againts E72 but i don&#039;t want take lumia 710.i want new e72 warranty handset in white colour body and if it will not possible then i want lumia 720 againts E72 otherwise return me 17500/= rs. which is the cost of nokia E72.

            i sent many mail to solve my problem but still they not give me any answer

            Nokia N-72 — INNOVATIVE WAY TO IMPOSE CHARGES

            I am sorry to say that the kind of service that Hutch used to provide is deteriorating now..........
            I have several grudges against for undued charges that are imposed on the customers

            Last year my phone was disconnected without prior information, on charges of account verification.....Account remained dormant for the duration of 3 days including the new year eve......

            Thats not all the services are not provide to customers in roaming when there vodaconnection available in the area........... I am talking to my last months visit to bengal......

            Now again I, Rs 45. has been deducted from my account for caller tune service when I dont need such service.........that too a real absurd, pathetic caller tune. And I need to send sms to deactivate it as well...........

            I am a user of Hutch prepaid connection for about five years now... I always recharge my cell phone by one time recharging...... I think I made a mistake this time....

            Try to be away from the vodaphone connection.......

            They have some of the most innovative ideas to snatch money like the blood sucking leeches........

            I dont understand why promotional calls be send to customers when rarely anyone is interested in them......

            THATS the policy TO EASY PAISA LOOTNA POLICY I guess...........

            Nokia — hello tune charges imposed on me

            hello tune charges imposed on me. Now i want to cancel taht one. They have charged Rs.7/- per week. Right now i want to cancel that one. Please cancel at your end and do the needful.

            Nokia N-72 — Harrased by nokia for last more than

            dear sir,

            I have given my Nokia N72 for minor repair at your service center (Star Mobitel Pvt Ltd., G-26 lower ground floor south extension-1.)
            under the Job Sheet No.[protected]/ 080202 / 26, on 2nd feb 2008.But I have not get my phone back till date.

            In starting service center told me that my phone have a big problem and it is with Head Office, For six months they promised me to
            give my phone back as soon as it came back from head office.
            In about august they had told me the truth that my phone is misplaced by them. They asked me for a substitute and they offered me a used phone i refused this offer because my phone was new.
            Then they offered me a new phone and asked me to pay some money. I was totally shocked, when The guy Tiwari (employee or boss i dont know) asked me to pay 6000 Rs. but the cost of new N72 was only 7800 then. They were ready to adjust just 1800 Rs. only as compensation and as cost of my N72.
            I refused this silly offer then i sent mail to NOKIA CARE.
            My query is in the notice of Nokia authorities for about two months but it is still pending.
            I made calls to Nokia care at the phone no. [protected] and spent about hundreds of rupees in conversations.
            So this is the limit of my patience as i am mentally harassed and also suffered physically as i have visited your service center n number of times. If this is happening at your authorised service center then god may help to other once as this also brings bad name to Nokia also.
            THIS IS MY LAST AND FINAL REQUEST TO nokia.
            IF YOU CAN NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM THEN PLEASE SAY "NO" CLEARLY AND SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM IS, I WANT THE SAME PHONE WITH WARRANTY OR A NEW PHONE.
            As it is a clear case of cheating and customer harassment.
            I am waiting for a positive reply from your side.
            Otherwise i am ready to fight a legal battle also. Because you can not understand my suffering as you know the importance of phone in nowadays.

            I am Purchase nokia mobile model no. 6303c from nokia priority(plus nine one communications)bhopal.purchase date 3-jan.2009.but dt on 5.7.2010 my mobile is henke and keypad is not work .i am going to nearest nokia care ratlam and nokia care employee taken my mobile and told me your mobile software update because your software is henk but i am going to after some time and nokia care executive given to my mobile and told me sir your mobile problem is now solave but sir my mobile problem is as it is.

            I am using nokia n900 between 40-45 days the problem was that the mobile was not turning on so kindly replace my phone and give me a new phone other wise I will complain to court and then face it to nokia my number is [protected]

            Nokia E-72 — email not working

            I purchased Nokia Model E-72 because my business requires me to be updated with e-mails. Then I saw the advertisements of this Mobile E-72 in all the papers as a latest Business Phone. I purchased this in June 2010 but being busy travelling could not use this. In December 2010, once I was a bit easy, I tried to configure the mail in this mobile but it did not work. I went to the Nokia Care Centre in my city and they upgraded the software. Afterwards, the mail ran for 6 to 7 days and then stopped. I went so many times to Nokia Care Center but finally they gave up and said that they can not do any thing more. Then I contacted Nokia Care Center by mail. I received an answer from them asking so many things about my set. I answered all to them. But afterwards, they did not gave any answer to me. Though I sent them some reminders. Finally, I called the Nokia Care Center's phone[protected]. Since last two months, I am calling them almost everyday but they are just not doing any thing.
            Please help me to push Nokia Company to repair or replace or take back my phone.

            I am purchase new mobile phone at 4 sep 2011,which company is NOKIA & my mobile model no is CO-5 02 . Now I have many problems in my mobile phone but the service center employees was saying me we can't do anying.             I brought C-5 02 on 04th Sep 20011 thinking Nokia is the BEST among all the other companies, but I was wrong and now I believe your handsets are not only Dabba, But Nokia Service is also Hopeless.

            Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

Contacted Nokia care matikhere(sanman mobiles, sanman complex yeshwantpur Bangalore-560022) bangaore on advise of dealer as mobile is under one year warranty period. Nokia care protect certificate of coverage was given after payment of Rs.160.                   I am abu zar from bangalore,i have given my hand set e7 to yesvantpur nokia care because it was not taking charge so i have given my hand set to them they told me ur handset battery is bulged but it was nothing like dat, they told me after changing the battery ur hand set will work properly but after changing it was not working same the problem then he asked me dat let him do service after two days when i went over there they told there is a problem in ur charging shocket i have cleaned it up but dont know till what time it gonna work, so i want to know what the use of changing the battery when there was problem in the socket, i have a very strong feeling that they have not changed the battery and they have jst taken 1860,this was not expected from the nokia i sincerely request to seniors to do the need full,i want my money back because they have done nothing because the problem has started again.....

                  Nokia N95 8Gb — change of battery

                  Iam a Army Officer and presently serving nearly 50kms from Shillong Nokia Care Centre. I bought Nokia N95 8GB on 25 Oct 2008 from Bhagwati Eloctronics, New Delhi. Bill No is 1415 and book no 15. On 28Jan 2009 I approched the Shillong Nokia Care Centre related to the problem of my phone battery, and deposited it with the centre forreplacement as my phone was under warrenty period. I was given the assurance that my phone battery shall be replaced/repaired within 20-25 days. I kept on callling the care centre for the same the responce was, "you will get within a week". I travelled thrice to the centre for the same after getting the conformation tnat the new battery has arrived, but all in vain. Morever, the responce from tne two ladies sitting to attend the customers is very pathatic and partial towards the locals residing in Meghallya with outsiders.Iam forced to give such type of complaints, Iam a user of Nokia Handset from years and recently bought the above mentioned set. Its my sincere request to place initiate a strict action against such service centre who create a bad image for Nokia and harrasment for the customers. The only word of regret is 'SORRY' from the care centre to me and the same is from ny side to the company.
                  My nature of job is such that icannot go frequently to the customer care and can not remain without a phone for a longer duration.                     I bought the phone on 13th May 2013 and on 19th May 2013 itself the phone got dead suddenly.

                    The very next day, I went to Customer care who gave it a software update and the phone started working.

                    Post the update, my phone which earlier could stay charged for 1.5 days can now hardly sustain a day.

                    Everyday it needs to be charged despite me not playing any games or keeping any apps alive.

                    Whtsapp suddenly hangs and we would have to restart the phone to get the same working.

                    I have made more calls to customer care then to anyone else.

                      Hi All,

                      In the month of March, I was looking out for Smart Phones. On 13/03/2013, I visited Sangeetha House to look-out for some of smart phones; they recommended for Nokia Luma 620 and made the purchase immediately. In the month of May after 10th, I started facing trouble in audio where other person do not seem to hear my voice. They could hear me only with the Headset. Along with this, the volume controller specially +ve button does not seem to work. This made me really disappointed; I immediately rushed to Sangeetha House to check on this. They refused to help me on this and diverted me to get in touch with Nokia, where as there was Sangeetha Delight Warranty for 6 Months.

                      Still, I reached Nokia Service Center and the technician did not find any problem with the mobile though I was facing real issues. And, ended up telling me there is a physical damaged and the warranty cannot be claimed when there was no such wear and tear sign or visible damage. Phone is brand new and not even two months old; I purchased this phone for the long-term usage and two months impact is making me real disappointed. At this situation, I would demand for either Full Refund or Replacement for Lumia with Double Check on the quality.

                      Nokia — Non replacement of a new defective product

                      I had purchased a Nokia Hand Set Model No.7610, IMEI No.[protected] on 12/08/2009 from Big Bazaar, Arcot Road. Due to a big sale going on that day, the surroundings were very noisy and `low incoming noise’ at that time was explained by the Sales Person as due to high level of surrounding noise. The phone was therefore accepted.
                      On using the phone, I found that the incoming noise level is so low so as to make the phone unusable. I sent the handset to Nokia Care at Anna Nagar after a few days.
                      The service person at the centre stated that this problem could be due to BSNL SIM card and recommended Airtel SIM. Even though this is not a co-branded set and should be usable with any service provider (if the signal strength is adequate). When I again checked the set by changing the SIM, the problem was found to persist. After this, the set was handed over to Radiant Telecom, Anna Nagar, Chennai, who belatedly accepted it in terms of service job sheet no.[protected]/090825/40 of 25/08/09.

                      As the repairs were prolonging and one does not expect major defects needing one week for repairs for a brand new set, I reported the matter to Nokia on Telephone No.[protected], who assigned complaint no.1-[protected]. As I realized immediately after the conversation that no good is going to come out of it, I also reported the matter through e-mail. This has also reached a dead end predictably, with the company using stone-walling tactics to deny legitimate customer complaint. Instead, it has been showering inanities and platitudes, addressing it in a “holistic” manner, recommending enhancing patience. In their view, 7 – 8 days for repairs, that too on a brand new product are not too long and that Nokia customers should be more patient, while waiting for repairs to the defective set sold by company.

                      I do not feel that Nokia would be justified in selling a new defective product and having already been made a request for replacement, I find that the company is using its various interfaces available to the customers to block this justified request.

                      Finally, they informed on 31/08/09 that the phone is ready, but the slider of the phone was found to be damaged on examination. Thus, I have decided that I’ll not take delivery, while Nokia states that I should check the phone for function, and not worry about the aesthetics. The phone continues to lie with their service centre at /Anna Nagar.

                      Since this constitutes deficiency of service, selling a defective product, I request Nokia to replace the product.

                      Nokia — Defect Product

                      I had bought a nokia product (Nokia 5800) few months back. After using sometimes I had found a problem in this Product. The problem is the handset is unable to support the remote function of its earphone. I had given my mobile on 30th of July to Mr. Anil one of the manager of Nokia Care Centre (Harmony Nokia) near Hinduja College, Mumbai. He told me it will take 15 days to rectified this problem as he had to send the product to delhi. On 13th of July I got a call from Mr. Anil saying that your cellphone is ready. But when i went there and saw that the problem is not rectified after taking so much time and since thjen they are making false commitment that it will take a weak more a weak more and so on. Till date i havnt got my cellphone. Please help me out. I had words with the higher level persons but they also havnt help me.

                      10 days Ago (8th April) a Mobile Phone Nokia N97 Mini worth Rs 22000/- was purchased from Univercell Mobile show room whitefield, after purchase the next day itself the Handset starting getting a error message memory full even though there was no data in it, since then the Phone freezes continously, need to switch off and on the phone again and again, works well for few hour again gets freezed, battery back is worst, will not get for a full day even if I charge for more than 4 hours a day.

                      Informed this to the univercell vendor in white field bangalore, but there is no proper response and support, they informed that there is no exchange or refund, need to repair the brand new handset , it was just ridiculous by their way of communcation, a new phone after purchase immediately gets a problem and there is proper solution provided till now from univercell. kindly check and help us to get the refund or exchange with a Good phone since the worth is 22000/-

                      We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have purchased the above-noted set which is resemblesa defective product with technical problems. This is the 3rd time i have submited my hendset for repairing for same problem which i had reported and they took 7-8 working days to repair and they retured but just after 15- 20 day the same problem reported with anothe complains but no one is listening in the noida Nokia care cetre(C-4, Sec-2, Micronas Telecom) . This phone is having multiple problems as follows and this phone is not a worth to its cost (Rs.29750.00) .Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money.

                      Problems:
                      1- Phone Hang
                      2: Application crash
                      3: Battery backup problem (1/2 day to 1 day max)
                      4:Late response to incoming calles
                      5: Network problem( Networks goes out when moving in trains or ntwrk less area but the network didnt came back again in full network area. The phone needs a restsrt.
                      6: Redial -touch screen is not working.

                      i purchased of Nokia mobile C5-00 and also BH-218 Bluetooth on 04/09/11. my first complaints in Nokia care center on 06/09/11
                      when i purchased my mobile that time i check of my piece with Bluetooth, it has cleared to audio of outgoing by Bluetooth.
                      After that i disconnected my Bluetooth device with mobile then i checked it , it was defected product which i purchased from well known mobile manufacturing company in India.

                      Nokia — Replacement of the worn out parts

                      I have purchased a Nokia C6 handset on 06/02/11,from one of the nokia priority partner,and after almost 7-8 months i had started to experince problems in the handset(i.e. touch sensitivity,hanging).
                      So i happened to visit one of the priority centres wherein they had adviced me that the touch pad is not working and needs to be replaced and they are out of stocks,and asked me to contact another centre.
                      When i have visited the other centre and explained them about the problem they said "ITS A SOFTWARE ISSUE AND NEEDS TO BE UPGRADED",inspite of me quoting the suggestion given by the other centre,they handed over the handset with a new software installed.
                      But as usual the problem persisted and now when i get back to them they say the touch pad is damaged due to some water which has entered and it has to be replaced but is not covered under warranty.

                          I HAD PURCHASED NOKIA ASHA 200 MOBILE SET ON 29.9.2013 FROM LUCKNOW. WITHIN A MONTH IT WAS INTIMATED BY NOKIA THAT THIS MODEL WAS HAVING SOME DEFECT AND SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO THEIR CARE CENTRE. WHEN IT WAS TAKEN SOME REPAIR WAS DONE AND RETURNED. BUT WITHIN NEXT WEEK IT'S SCREEN GOT DUSTY AND WAS TAKEN TO NOKIA CARE CENTRE AND THEY CLEANED THE SAME AND RETURNED AFTER AN HOUR;. NO PAPER FOR THIS SERVICE WAS GIVEN TO ME. BUT THIS PROBLEM RE-OCCURED AGAIN AND AGAIN EVERY 10/12 DAYS AND GOT SCREEN CLEANED WITHOUT ISSUING ANY JOB CARD NO. DURING THIS PROCESS THE SIM CARD HOLDER GOT SOME DEFECT AND ON ENQUIRY IT WAS INTIMATED THAT THIS IS A MINOR JOB AND WILL NOT HAVE ANY EFFECT ON THE WORKING OF SET AND WILL BE REPAIRED LATER. LAST VISIT WAS ON 7.5.2013 AT LUCKNOW NOKIA CARE AND WITHIN A WEEK PROBLEL AGAIN CAME UP. IT WAS SHOWN TO ALLAHABAD NOKIA CARE AT CIVIL LINES WHO REFUSED TO ACCEPT IT AND ALSO INTIMATED THAT THIS SET'S SIM HOLDER IS DAMAGED.

                          THE MATTER WAS INTIMATED TO NOKIA COMPLAINT CENTRE THROUGH MAIL ON 13TH MAY 2013 FOR REPLACEMENT OF SET BUT SO FAR WITHOUT ANY PROPER RESPONSE AND THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECT OF SIM CARD HOLDER IS ALSO BEING THROWN ON ME ! THIS REALLY A VERY POOR STATE OF AFFAIR AT NOKIA AS EVEN IN 17 DAYS NO PROPER REPLY HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND ONLY REPLY TO MY MORE THAN 7 E-MAILS MAILS ARE - THE MATTER IS UNDER PROCESS BY BACKEND TEAM AND WILL BE SORTED OUT SHORTLY.                           Dear sirs

                          I had purchased a mobile phone set Nokia 3110 six or seven month back. Before one month back some fault occurred in call receiving button. I met Authorised nokia care in coimbatore, at nanjappa road, the problem is rectified by them and I paid approximately Rs 300/-.

                          On 27.12.2008 some fault occurred in my phone while iam using the phone my voice is not heard by the opposite side. So i went to the same customer care office, they said that some spare get fault and this was replaced by them and I paid Rs 280/- bill no : [protected] dt 27.12.2008. receipt no : 280. But on the same day the same problem occurred. I went to the same office on the next day and I complained orally, they said it will be repaired on 31.12.2008 but it is not done after several remainder on 5.1.2009 the authorized Nokia care representative called me and said that “ they cont rectify the problem and they cont find what fault occurred to my phone:” I don’t know where that phone can repaired. Please consider it and mail back the fate of that phone.

                          i had bought a NOKIA N97 in october 2009 , the phone is having a little problem in the switch used to lock and unlock the phone, i have been calling nokia customer care centre and going to every possible nokia care centres in bangalore, but from past 2 months i haven't got any response from nokia and i need to know whom should i contact for legal actions to be taken against them, because it's already been 2 months since i have been complaning.

                            But when i told to the NOKIA CARE that my mobile was lost and Block that IMEI no for which anybody cant use that phone.

                            Their answer is that who found or take the phone, he/she can use that phone.

                              I was having a problem of in my nokia 5800 express music. I went to nokia care (shreejee nokia care, 1st floor, b-7, raj nagar, RDC, ghaziabad, u.p., INDIA), they kept my phone for a day and told me that Nokia care is unable to solve your problem because your mobile is out of country(made in finland)and it is not supporting our software. Plz go to local shop they can repair your phone.

                              My brother's friend is the owner of a mobile repairing shop and when I went to his shop HE OPENED THE PHONE in front of me AND YOU KNOW WHAT HE SHOWED TO ME " A LOCAL DISPLAY(faulty), NO CHIP FOR BLUETOOTH" in a made in finland phone.

                              Can plz explain, without an IC how bluethooth will work and in a phone(made in finland) a local faulty display?

                              I didn't expect a world known company's customer care can do such cheap work.

                              I have Purchased the Nokia Handset C-6, 1 June 2011 in Spice Hot Spot, Karampura, New Delhi,
                              It is now in warrantee period. But I have faced problem in it. First very Low battery back-up, Bluetooth not connect & Hanging Problem, then now it was completely stopped means it can't battery back-up,
                              So I gave it to Nokia care at A-5/1 Tilak Nagar New Delhi on 30th July, 2011. IMEI number is [protected]. They told me that the mobile is now in change Software, very Low battery back-up, Bluetooth not connect & hanging Problem, & gave its delivery date as 1st Aug, 11. I go there today but they told me that, it will take some 10-15 days more. It is too large period. I have requested them to do in hurry, but they told that they can’t do anything. There are some other people who faced same problem.
                              If this is the situation, then we are not in good service from Nokia Care. Because you know the importance of mobile phones. If you can’t manage it then give me some other handset to use within these days, because I need mobile. No one can contact me so I am in a big trouble.

                              Nokia — Poor service in Nokia Care Borivali (W)

                              I purchased a Nokia handset 4 months back and it suddenly stopped working on Aug 06th 2011. I took the handset to Nokia Care Centre in Borivali (W), Mumbai and was told that there was some internal damage and its not covered under warranty. I was told that I will get a reply from Nokia within 4 days but nobody called me. I called the Nokia toll free number after 14 days to check the status and I was told that the handset is fixed and I need to go to Nokia Centre Borivali(W) to pick it. I went to Nokia Centre in Borivali(W) on Aug 27th 2011 to pick the handset, after lot of searching the service person located my handset and told it can't be fixed here. I told that I was told that its fixed and Nokia was supposed to call me in 4 days but none called me. The support person kept on telling that they sent some mass SMS messages to everyone including me, I told her to shhow me the proof that message was sent but she said it can't be provided. I insisted on seeing her supervisor but got a response that he is not around.
                              This is one of the worst experience that I faced with a customer service that too from a company like Nokia.

                              Nokia Care — Irregular responsibility of Nokia Care center

                              I gave my nokia c5 model mobile to nokia care on 26-aug-2011 for software updation in sact communication at madurai. I got job sheet from them and the number of the sheet is[protected]/110826/24. They asked to wait for 15 mins o[censored]pdating the software, after 10min they called me and told that my phone has a problem of water lock and this service was not covering the warrenty and also they said that if they cleaned the waterlock there is a chance to get dead state. so i threatened and asked them to handover my mobile without doing anything, they said ok and after sometime they called me and said your mobile was went to dead state and we are not responsible for this, i get shocked and argued with them,but they wont accept anything. finally i called the nokia service number they also didnt give any response. this is an unforgettable action on my life. still i didnt get my mobile from nokia care center..

                              Nokia C6 — Poor performance and device hangs

                              Nokia C6 phone that has been purchased 8 months back repititively triggers major problems. Since 10 days of purchase the functioining of the device is poor. The device reached the customer casre center 5 times . Every time they upgrade the software and within a weeks time the device creates lot of discomfort.

                              Blank screens, No response, Vibrating sounds, Poor timely response are the recurring issues. I had asked for a replacement with another model and always I get a vague answer. Infact I have been using Nokia phones since 12 years. This version is the worst experienced one and I need a resolution.

                                Since January 2013 i am facing a lot of problems by this mobile and i have submitted my mobile at the global cell world many time since January and i am facing same problems repeatedly and fed up with the service since January .i have submitted my mobile 8-10 times and Nokia Service Centre is not solving my problem. They are wasting my money and my precious time. i have made several calls to the customer care line they are not responding to my complaint and each time i call them they say the same repeated answer that our backend team will call you in 48hrs, 72hrs , but from them also i did not get any proper response they are saying that it is not in our purview to say anything . they have given me a complaint number 1-[protected] and my present job sheet number is[protected]/130430/50 i said them to replace my mobile. I have bought my mobile for RS 12000/- and if it does not for proper 1 year or 2 years why to launch such mobile which you cant repair at all. now i am having warranty period they will do service at free of cost and after the warranty period they will charge, i have bought mobile if it doesn't work properly for 2 years properly why to launch such defective pieces to the market.every time they repaired my mobile and they handed over me my mobile i was founding the same repeated problems every time i receive my mobile and i was found that the problem was repeating and for my surprise my mobile battery was also getting heat. As i informed you before and also on the mobile that it was the last time i am going to Nokia Care Center for collecting the mobile. I was very disappointed by your repeated failure of the service since from last month that is[protected] i submitted my mobile i was not given the status of my mobile . they are saying that it is not in our purview to say any thing since 6 months i am not having my mobile near me it is there at the Nokia Care Centre .                                 I bought a Nokia handset Model no. 5610 xpress Music Edition 6-7 months ago.Since then it has frequent problems of hanging, failure of features like reminders...
                                it even doesn't have the basic functionality of showing call timing during a ongoing call. It's so annoying. Now it has finally stopped working.

                                  On[protected] purchased x2-02 nokia withe bill no. 1801, switching off automatically whenever the camera is switched on from the month of April 2013, i.e. still under warranty, approached thee authorized service centre "Sri Sri Marketers, Hanamkonda - Authorized Service Centre of Nokia mobiles who took Rs.550/- and repaired, but with out bill, thee next day, i.e.[protected] it started giving thee same problem again, i have approached thee technical manager of thee care centre and
                                  explained thee whole problem who got it rectified vide bill 6829, return thee mobile on 28the, but again on 29the thee same problem recurred and thee care centre couldn't rectify thee problem, thee
                                  manual job sheet no. is 47343 dated[protected]. Earlier thee personnel of thee care centre prepared any job sheet, but upon insisting he has prepared thee online job sheet no.[protected]/130514/6 on[protected] and mentioned thee problem as "Liquid Damage" by showing job warranty as "no", theis has been done intentionally, so that the company will not replace the handset, he did it intentionally since i have questioned him for taking money to repair the handset when still it is under warranty. I have already brought this to the notice of the Nokia Customer Care centre and the complaint no. is1-[protected], but without any proper response. Proper directions may be given either to the company or the shop owner to replace the entire handset and do justice to me.

                                    I had a bad experience with the Nokia Care center , I am having the NOKIA E-72 mobile handset, It was having the issue with the panel and it was getting hang frequently, I have given it to to Nokia care center, and asked them to change the panel, the person who was in charge for this was not available there,I submitted the phone over there with job sheet number[protected]/130525/54. They said they will call me , but they didn't called me, I called up and asked about the status, Do you know what the answer was given to me ,that thy don't have the panel available in the nokia care center|||||. and it would take 5 to 6 days to get that. Is this the service that nokia provide to their customer. As I Can say that Pune is the big place and how thy cannot have the parts i agree if they don't have , then why it should take a week around to get that ,Is this the Service they provide to Customer????

                                        I have purchased 1 NOKIA C6 hand set mobile for Rs.10.600/ from SHANTI MERCHANDISE,SUNNY TOWER,SHOP # 4,SEVOKE ROAD, SILIGURI six moths back, Now my hand set went out of order on 05/04/2013 and I submitted to same shop as it was under warranty but I have visited several times to get back my set till date I have not got my set.Now they are replacing it with NOKIA 603 as it cost only Rs.7600/ without any more feature and this set is not acceptable to me.
                                        I have contacted customer care centre 100 times but I did"nt get positive response from there end and the said service centre is behaving very rudely and they are asking me to go to consumer court.
                                        My humble request to you to help me get my set or refund my money back.
