    I had purchased one New Mobile of Nokia Lumia 620 and got an offer with the purchase "Free Internet usage of 3g data for 2 months for reliance customer" I was tryi g to activate the offer from last one month with Nokia and reliance team but nothing is happening. Every tiume reponse is that it will be resolved at the earliest. NOw I am getting calls from reliance to make the payment for my unbilled amount.

    I would like to activate my data pack and to adjust my internet usage time with Data pack as the activation delay is from Nokia and Reliance side. Please suggest me the way forward or resolve my issue at the earliest.

      I bought Nokia lumia 720 from a registered dealer on 18th May 2013. Behind the Phone box there was a offer which gives the user 2GB of 3G internet free for two months. I am using a idea number in my lumia 720. My internet pack is still not activated. I have called both idea and nokia customer care. Its been a week I bought the phone.

          Today my cell phone was stolen when i was in the market to purchase vegetables.
          The handset is Nokia e63,

          I have filed an FIR with the local police.
          But they sid if the handset is used in other state than MAharashtra then they cant find it. but I think if IMEI is unique in our country then it can be traced atleast anywhere in INDIA.

            hi sir,
            i bought a Nokia lumia 720 mobile from mobile store in district centre , janakpuri, delhi.

            they promised me as per scheme on the box of nokie lumia 720. i will get 2gb of 3g data each month for next 2months. but its been three days now. i haven't received any such data.
            i have tried calling idea customer service, complaint number, mobile store people and nokia people.
            but no one is ready to help me.

            also help me in getting ma offer 2gb 3g data plan.
            these people are cheating and giving a really tough time to the customers. they just wanna sell there product. they should be fined for doing so.

              Dear Siror madam,
              I have submitted my nokia mobile phone model no.5250 for the repair
              of LCD to Sween Communication Jagraon (Punjab) on may 14 2013. They
              give me time for next day at 12'o clock when i reached there at given
              time they said to come after 1 hour.
              But to my surprise these lame excuses continue for two days .When I
              asked them to dont harass me n waste my precious time, I felt shocked
              as they misbehaved with me and be ready for dare consequences if I do
              complaint anywhere.
              Sorry to say that it is not care point ,it is harass point. I
              insist that you take action for the sake of justice.If I dont get any
              response from you also then I will go to the media and consumer court
              or forum.

                I, Yogendra Kumar Patidar had purchased a Nokia Battery (Part Name-670565-BL-4CT) from ASTEL SYSTEM, Shop No. C-7, Gandhi Nagar Mod, Tonk Road, Jaipur on date[protected] having invoice No. 6170.
                The battery was defective from the first day of its use for which I delivered it to your Nokia CARE CENTER, A-17, Krishna Nagar 1st, Gandhi Nagar Mod, Tonk Road, Jaipur- 302015 as on[protected].
                the Care Center assured me to deliver the replaced new battery in 7-10 of business days. but yet I have not received the same.Due to which I have to suffer. Some cost and mental harassment as your staff at the service center misguides me at the times of my visit to the center.
                I request you to file my complaint regarding the same and provide me with the replaced new battery as soon as possible.

                Nokia Battery — Non-delivery of battery

                I have received an envelop to return the old battery, where as New battery which is suppose to be there is not available.
                So, should I send the old battery without getting the new one?

                Nokia/battery — Non-receipt of battery

                I owned a nokia N-73M mobile. Its battery started malfuntioning just after the 5 months from my purchase date.Battery had a warranty of 6 months.So i immediately deposited it to nearest nokia care centre which is in Ballabragh (Faridabad), for the replacement. I deposited it on 22 April 2009 and my job sheet no is[protected]/090422/26. I was assured that battery was returned to me within maximum of 10 or 15 days. The target delivery date was of 5 may. But i still not receive my battery even after the 1 month from target delivery date. I went to care centre many times and each time they assured to wait for 3 or 4 days. I also called them at regular interval. But there is no sign of my battery replacement. You are kindly requested to look forward to my complaint and give me the feedback as soon as possible

                  wt is the identification of orignal Nokia handset, i purchase many nokia expensive handset like nokia 6270, N81, N72, X6 etc. bt these expensive phones satisfy me only for 1 yr. after 1 or half year these phones got problem like software, charging, hang, display, network failure etc. my Nokia X6 is now in Solan (HP) customer care due to software problem. bcz i have no Nokia care facility in my distt. Due to these huge problems, I observe that these phones r not orignal product of Nokia. may be these r duplicate phones or the using meterial in these phones is 3rd grade. this is the lose of Nokia & customers too. I have no handset in current time, i want to buy a Nokia branded orignal phone so pls reply me that wt is the right way to perchase & identify the orignal Nokia handset. thanxxx its urgent or necessary for every customer of our country.

                    I have a nokia E 5 purchased last year. Its within warranty. from last some months, its giving strange battery problems. Even after full charging , battery will come to power saving mode in a couple of hours ( standby), or 15-20 minutes of talking.
                    Then any time phone will get switched off. But when I switch it on again, it will start showing full battery . AND THIS CYCLE REPEATS.
                    I went to Nokia Lajpat Nagar store, and they told me to just restore factory settings . i did same ad also updated reinstalled handset software through Nokia suite. It worked for one two days and the again same problem reappeared.
                    I am a hard core nokia user and have bought all phones since 3315 followed by 8250,6600, N 72,N 73, E 52 and the E5 one after another. And this is the first time some nokia handset has been troubling me. I have seen peoples queries being resolved here

                    My name is sandeep seharawat i have baught a new nokia-5300. But i think i have wasted my money b'cause from the first day of purchase it is totally a box for me , it losts it's power quickly . Battery have no back up more than 3 hours , i submit this to nokia care centre (job sheet no. [protected]) . After few days they returned my phone and said "Enjoy ur phone is OK now". But same problem. I call to nokia helpline ,they replied "Change ur battery". I have done it, But same problem. I again call to helpline ,they replied "Submit ur phone again to NOKIA CARE ". I have done , but i think they r making me fool, they r wasting my time . I want to back my money & money which i spent for repairing my phone. I want to fine them to wasting my precoius time . plzzz help
                    my BL5C_A batary not back up for my mobile, batary backup time is 1hrs 35min.plz help us.
                    I purchased my set on 21 NOV 2008 model 3600-Slide from Govind Enterprises S.R.E . After some time i found that my battery is not working properly.I went to your service centre RAJA TRACER UG 24-25 PARSVNATH PLAZA, COURT ROAD SAHARANPUR. On 13/4/09 they receive the battery and gave me a job sheet NO.[protected]/090413/28 . On the job sheet target delivery date was 28/4/09 .This time was to much but they told me that it will take maximum 15 days. When i went on 28/4/2009 batery was not available and he said that it will take one week more. Now today i go to service center they told me that battery is out of stok in the company.

                    Now i request you if the battery is not in your stock under guarranty kindly change my set OR refund my money.
                    I had purchased Nokia 5130 in Dec 2009. There was problem and cell used to go off even after charging completely. I approached Nokia care in Dilshad Garden Delhi they said it would take 1 to two months to replace and even refused to give me a spare battery. I did not have any alternative.

                    we bought a nokia mob set with model no 7210c supernova on 18 oct 2009. Now we are facing a problem regarding its battery, its not getting charged at all. We took it to the nokia care center

                    We were not given any logical and satisfactorily solution for the problem. We will be thankful if the case is taken seriously and we get a useful solution.                     Nokia E5 — Battery faulty

                    I have bought Nokia E5 before 4.5 months, which is now not working due to faulty battery. I am suffering since last 5 days and not getting any solution. Nokia Care at Dandia Bazar says that Battery no. should be written on bill , which is not written on bill. Further when I contacted Planet M ( from where I bought this mobile) , they say it is not required.

                    This is quite frustartating and I m feel , I should have not bought Nokia handset.

                    last 2 year i use Nokia E5, its very poor quality. first 1 year i get free service(sector 5, saltlake, service cenbter.) . but they don't provide me any paper for repair. i am from kolkata. now i am facing display problem and battery charging problem. what can i do?

                        I was purchase a new mobile X2-02 of nokia company.. from march 13 it was not working properly, i submitted my cell to nokia care for repair, after repair problem was still exist then again i was given my cell for repairing, that time they take more then 20 days for repair, for that duration i purchased a new cell of rs. 1600/- for my working. After 20 days when i got the cell problem was still as it is, then i called to nokia company & lodge the complaint, my complaint no. is 1-[protected], they people take my 9-10 days to reply me properly, i called almost daily to customer care but always they refused to solve my problem. today i got a letter from nokia care for collect the sale with in 7 days, they will not responsible after 7 days.

                        I do not wants that cell again, which i was given 4 times for repairing to care centre.

                          I own a Nokia N8 handset and have been using it for the great 12 mega-pixel captures it has been giving me.

                          I have always been a Nokia loyal from my first 8250 in the year 2000 to the N8 now. Even though all my friends have been slowly switching to other brands of phones, I have held on to the Nokia label.

                          Recently, as my N8 mobilephone suffered a fall, the bottom plastic casing was damaged and needs quick replacing. I dropped in at the Nokia Care centre at Dadar East and after inspection of my phone, I was told that the part is unavailable and I will have to wait for a good 10 to 15 days before the part is sourced. What was also appalling was that I was informed that I would have to make a payment immediately for the repairing that would happen more than two weeks later!

                          Is this the customer support that Nokia offers? Would I have to move around with a damaged phone till the repair happens?

                          I really think that it is befitting that other brands are being chosen instead of Nokia in the market... I thought I would be a loyalist till the end. But this recent development has forced me to look at other mobilephone brands.

                            I had placed a purchase order for ASHA310 with nokia customer care on phone. They gave me a special 8% discount on the cost of the product and said i need to pay INR.5118.00 for the same product. My purchase order number was [protected].
                            Surprisingly when courier person came to my house for delivery asked for INR.5387.00 i said to him i can pay only the agreed amount. This person took the parcel back. I immediately registered a complaint in nokia customer care and informed them whatever happened. They assured and gave commitment that same product will be delivered in same price and for it i was provided a complaint no.41792. And also they said they will call me and confirmed the status of same. one by one days passed and they kept giving me assurance that i will be delivered in same price whenever i called.
                            Amazingly i called them today just to know the status of my complaint the customer care representative said that the order has been cancelled. I was totally shocked that how can they cancel the order without letting me know especially when i have already put complaint and almost everyday i am calling them to know the status.

                            In short
                            - They gave me a different price and the courier person asked for higher amount.
                            - They promised me that the same product will be delivered in same price; which will not be now.
                            - They said their senior will call me regarding the complaint; which never happened. Infact there was no communication from their side it was i who all the time called.
                            - They are not honest with customers and genuine in their process to resolve the problems at the earliest.

                            Please let me know what can be done in this regards.

                              This is to inform you that i have purchased a new Nokia Lumia 620 from Sec-18,Noida through "Electro World Communication Solution" with bill No. 1100 Dated[protected].

                              From the very first day the phone started getting HEAT within 5 Minutes, It is tough to talk even 5 minutes continually. I inform my dealer the same problem, He told me that Lumia has a Slight HEATING PROBLEM and advice me not to worry. But the problem resist. On 2nd, May i went to my dealer and show my phone they checked my phone and show the inner body was getting BLACK due to HEAT and advice me go to NOKIA CARE.

                              I went to NOKIA CARE(Sector-2, Noida) on 3rd May 2013 and got my phone checked. After analysis they told me to leave the phone for there and they will let us know what time it will take or it will go Nokia Head Office( if not possible by them) and if any major faults lies Nokia will decide what to do and what time will consume i submitted my phone there, i inform the same to my parents and they advice me to talk at your customer care number and get it solved in alternate manner. I lodge a complain No for the same and he told that he will get the problem solved in your favor and there team bill make a call and help for the same and provided me My Complain No:- 1-[protected]

                              We do have the following points :-
                              1) Had Nokia Sold my moblie phone without going to QC.
                              2) Had Nokia sold used product to me in name of New.
                              3) How my complain is closed without informing me or resolving my problem,
                              4) Is Nokia mentally harshing there customer.


                              So, I request you to kindly refund my money as i don't want to be a part of a company who don't care for there customer and mentally harshed them for paying a huge amunt for there product.

                                  I purchased new Nokia lumia 720. I was supposed to get 2GB free 3G data per month for two months after making my first call.
                                  But it has not activated yet.
                                  On the box it has written that I should call Idea care 12345. I called but they didnt helped too. They said offers dont come with phone they come with sim and asked me to go to my sim card vendor. I have baught this sim card 3 years back and now I dont even remember that shop. and why should I go to sim card vendor? what he can do with it?

                                    I can give you my complaint ID its been over 20 days but its still under process.
                                    I bought new Nokia Lumia 720. I bought a new idea sim as-well to avail the offer which says 2GB of 3G internet free for two months. I searched on Nokia website which says offer will be activated within 48-72 hours after making the first call from the new phone. But still it is not activated by idea.

                                      I had bought a new mobile handset nokia C5 on 30/05/2011. From the very first week i am facing problem of hanging. The nokia care people had several times updated the software and now they say that there is a major hardware problem and will have to send the set outsation for 15 -30 days.
                                      I am not at all ready to use a repaired set after spending 8600 for the set.
                                      I have requested for issuing me a new handset but they are not responding.
                                      If they donot do so i will have to go to consumer court.

                                      This is Pradeep from IBM bangalore .... I had a set C5 which was going to hang situation and then switch off state. After that i was not at all able to switch that on. So i had return that to nokia care centre . they repaired hadset twice and replace with other nokia C5. But all sets had the same problem. Because of this faulty hadsets i lost all my contacts and very important information stored in it ... So i fed up with nokia C5 i requested with nokia customer care people. They had opened 2 issues on this with request numbers [protected] and [protected] . They promised me that they will get other new model as replacement. But now if i call them they just put my call onhold for some hours but will not answer to my concern at all .. Customer care people of nokia is so irresponsible that they never call back regarding the issues and they never try to close the issue at all even though issues are 6 months old.

                                      So now i gave up and decided to write a blog on nokia customer service and complain it in consumer court

                                        I have bought nokia lumia 720 on 23/04/13 and from the very first day it has issues while speaking on loud speaker with someone, there is continues disturbance coming while talking.

                                        Have given my phone for repair at nokia care Gurgaon rajeev nagar, job card no-29 dt-30/04 but they are unable to tell me by when it will get repaired.

                                        It is really a bad experience and I will never recommend nokia lumia phones to someone else.
