i have nokia 6275 CDMA Relince mobile. this mobile does not have faciltey to play full screen video and not seeking songs and videos. and also not have simple features like call recording.

Nokia — Mobile Handset 6700 Classic Replacement

I have purchased the Mobile Hand Set the details are as under:

The 6700 CLASSIC hand set I have purchased was not working properly from the early stage of purchase (28.11.2009). The defects are as under:
1. Low Battery Backup: Fully churched battery discharged within 12 hour while 15-20 minute talk time.
2. Blue Tooth is not working.
3. Screen was not showing now. In addition to this complaint, Customer Care Center Dehradun had been charged approximately Rs 1800 for replacement of Screen.
4. Mall functioning.

I have register complains 4 to 5 times on NOKIA SERVICE CENTER at DEHRADUN by depositing the Cell Phone for rectification. But unfortunately the complaint was not rectified and cell phone was return back. Since the purchase of cell phone i.e. from 28.11.2009, it was at NOKIA Service Center and I am loosing the money and valuable time around NOKIA CARE CENTER.


Recently I have submitted the Phone at NOKIA SERVICE CENTER, DEHRADUN for rectification again on 08.05.2010 against Job sheet No[protected]/100508/14 till then, three month going to complete, but the complaint is not rectified. And the set is at Service Center. They are also not responding. I have contact them 2-3 times at service center. They are replacing the set with black colure set, while my cell Phone was NOKIA-6700, steel color.

I have requested them to replace the set with the same color (Steel). But they have replied that the steel color are not manufacturing now. So, I can not get steel color set.

So, This NOKIA 6700 CLASSIC is not working since I purchased and having manufacturing defects. The set is still in service center from 08.05.2010.

Therefore, I want the cost of set back/ Replace the set with upgraded Model-E72 by paying extra cost.
An early action will be appreciated.

nokia n97mini — Poor quality of product

I have purchased new handset on 17th June 2010 and from the very first day it was not performing normal.
1) It was showing no connectivity when with the same sim in other mobile set was displaying full strength of connectivity.
2) Many times I had to switch off and switch on handset for connectivity.
3)While using application it use to get switch off automatically.
4)Battery back was less than one hour talk time.

I am very busy person and it took me time to finally trace Nokia care center to hand over the set on 8th July,2010.

New Delhi Malviya Nagar center tried with changing software but the problem remained same.

Later on they have sent for repair twice to Bangalore and now I have been told to collet the hand set with replaced motherboard (IMEI No. Changed).

The phone which was not functioning from the very first day of purchase and it required to replace the mother board with in the first month of purchase.

I am not accepting this repaired hand set and request you to kindly provide me with new handset immediately.

NOKIA N900 — SCREEN FLUCTUATION

nokia 7020 — fade up of screen

Dear sir
I'm Bibek lath from bargarh. Recently i've purchased a mobile from your nokia priority before 1 month but after 5-6 days of my using its screen was totally fade up at late night automatically without my any mistake. In morning i went directly to nokia care and they take it and told me to wait for 10-12 days. After 12 days i went there and took it but suddenly after 2 hours it does the same problem. Again i went to there and said all this but they miss behave me and took it for 15 days. After then, i went there and they backed my mobile. But again the same problem was happened and i am very harresed about it. However, 1st of all i visited to nokia priority and then nokia care they didn't done any thing and just said me to deposit it to nokia care for preparing and taken 10 days of time.

Now you tell me sir what will i do. I've purchased it for my use or only moving here to there.

Therefore i request you to grant my request and replace my mobile and oblige me. And please take necessary step otherwise i've to go to consumer court against you.

Nokia E 72 Business Phone — NON PERFORMANCE

Purchased a Nokia Mobile E- 72 from the Ambience mall nokia outlet in Feb 10. I thereafter activated 3G connection, obtained the GPRS settings and enabled the push mail facility that Nokia was offering. However after using the service for abt two months the mail updating stopped, while I was able to access the Internet. I took the telephone to the Nokia Care in Delhi, they formatted the phone - however after reenabling it did not work. I therafter took it to the place where I bought it, they kept the phone for two days and told me to collect it saying that the issue is resolved. The issue was not resolved and push mail was not happeneing. I am now writing this complaint as I have again in early Jul Taken the phone to another Nokia Care where the result was the same. Therafter I started giving the complaint on the net to the Nokia website - Inspite of atleast 20 mails from Nokia and me it and calls to the Nokia call centre - I am disturbed to note that there has been no movement forward with the complaint other than prompt automated responses. This being the status of aHigh end phone by Nokia- definitely not acceptable. The phone is now just a basic phone as I am not storing anything in it because the first thing that any Nokia Cus Care does is to format the phone resulting in loss of data. Kindly ADVISE.

Nokia Mobile 6600 — BREACH OF PRIVACY

I have been using Nokia handset model 6600 since long, recently my handset has problem with its keypad,
so, i contacted NOKIA CARE CENTRE , they told me that it will take atleast 24 hrs. to get my handset fixed, accordingly i left my handset with them on the evening of 4th july, 2010.
very next day i.e, on 5th of july, 2010 i went to collect my repaired handset, they gave me back my handset without repairs because the estimates would go beyond wht they have said to me, almost double, so took it back as the handset already is old and i dont want to spend thousand bucks on this old mobile,
NOW THE PROBLEM
MY PRIVACY HAS BEEN BREACHED AND COMPROMISED AS SOME GUY OR THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE AS A WHOLE, COPIED ALL OF MY CONTACTS AND MESSAGES FROM THE HANDSET AND MISUSED THE INFORMATION,
EVEN THEY HAVE EXCHANGED SMS WITH SOME OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS AND THE FRIENDS, NOT ONLY THAT THEY GONE TO THE LIMITS AND SENT VULGAR MESSAGES TO SOME OF FEMALES IN THE CONTACTS.
WHEN I SWITCHED ON MY HANDSET , COMPLAINTS STARTED POURING IN THAT LAST NIGHT WE HAVE RECEIVED VULGAR MESSAGES, HOW CAN A STRANGER GOT OUR NUMBERS AND ALL THAT,
THATS AN DIFFERENT ISSUE WHICH I HAVE TO HANDLE, YOU KNOW TO ADDRESS ALL THE QUERIES OF FAMILY AND FRIENDS .
THIS IS VERY SERIOUS MATTER, WHEN I COMPAINED THIS TO CUSTOMERCARE CENTRE INCHARGE ,MR.VIPUL PATEL, HE NEVER TOOK IT SERIOUSLY AND DISCHARED ,

SO I HAVE LODGED MY COMPLAINT AT BANGLORE HEAD QUARTERS, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL TAKE THIS AS JUST CUSTOMER FEEDBACK.
