[Resolved]  Nokia Customer Care Of India — Fade up with the customer care

Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

I purchased a NOKIA BLUETOOTH BH-600, on[protected].
The Bluetooth headset started giving problems during the first few months of operations only.

So i submitted it to one of your *esteemed* nokia care centre, who treat people like dogs. The name of centre is
"Dexter's Digital Lab, near M2k Rohini".

The date of submission was 3rd november 2007, I waited for 4 long months for my bluetooth to arrive.



I called the center numerous times and also visited them a number of times, but they always told me that a replacement has yet not arrived from nokia.

I even complained to the nokia care in feb 2008, my complaint number is
2-2TJN49

BUT Till date i have not received a replacement or any feedback from NOKIA or the Care centre.

One more thing i would like to add. Whats the use even if you give me a new replacement now.

first Fiand foremost nokia was not with me, when i needed the headset the nost. I had to buy a New jabber one. Secondly its already been a year and i was not able to use it, when i needed it.
Thirdly electronics have a short life, now there are newer models which are much more cheaper and rich in features

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The Memory Card datas are vanishing automatically. Then after removing and reputting it, the datas come back. The phone also hangs. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

Then they told me you give me I sent to the company. Name of the Nokia Customer Care are: Anand and Co. P-161, V.I.P.Road, Scheme VII M, Kolkata-700054(Nokia Customer Care Ph. No. [protected]), they told me your phone are now Delhi, Bombay, Company, Etc. One day I cannot use the phone.

So, please replace the phone (Nokia 3230 IMEI No. [protected]) or back my money. As soon as possible. Other wise I go to the Police Station or other places.
I think you take the dissection immediate.

Kindly look into this as i dnt expect this customer reponse from Nokia.

I am Abhishek from Lucknow. I purchased my mobile phone Nokia 6233 Music Edition on 4th Jan 2008. I faced a problem with that in next month. The problem occuring is that it is auto-off within 2-3 hours. My IMEI-number is [protected]. It is repeated fourth time in a Nokia Care center ( Aryans Comunication ) Lucknow. They couldn't repair it neither they are replacing it and there attitude is very rude towards customers even they don't make any assurity on the warrenty handset and they use to blame ( L3 ) head office. My complain number is ( 2-2z9fzp ). I have my Jobsheet numbers given bye Nokia care (Aryans Communication) Lucknow 275133, 272249, 270071 and 277798. I am very frustated because i am very unsatified with there service. So kindly note this issue and take some legal actions.

there was problem in my handset nokia 6300 getting restarted.
i gone to the nokia customer care situates at KALYAN.
They give me my handset back with new software installation.
but after a day the same problem occured.
now phone is not getting started..no display n all only sidelights glows.

i had posted a complaint with nokia regarding replacement of battery of dangerous BL-5C series of my mobile in . but till date no action has been taken in this regard. as per the advisory issued by nokia new battery should have been delievered to me but the same has not been done till now.

Nokia, Mobile N73 — Defective mobile given back by Nokia Customer Care, not giving proper solution and taking longer time

Sir I had purchased a Nokia N73 on 11-10-07 and its IMEI No. is [protected]. After some time it gives me a problem of it’s network, the signal shown on the handset fluctuate and it is not provide me a proper network. I face difficulty in conversation. To remove this problem I give it to the customer care which is located in the Amritsar with the name of RS TOWER, HALL BAZAR. They get it and give me a new mobile according to them after one or two month with the IMEI No. [protected]. Which is not new one because after using a week it gives me another problems like automatically switched off when I am talking with my friends and the movement in the joystick is faulty. I give them back to replace or repair it on 8-April-2008 and they give me a date of delivery of my mobile is 6-May-2008. When I call and go to get my mobile at the service center they always say me it will take more time. I am facing very big problem. I am not satisfied with their service. Now I want to get a New Working Mobile Or give me my money back.
