yes i totaly agree with the services provided by nokia is becoming worst, my personal experience is also not good. i bought a new N73 next it got some problem with the sound i rush to store from where i bought it but they unexpectedly resfuses to change the Handsfree, now i totaly dissatisfied with the nokia.
So i recomend to all my friends noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooot to buy NOKIA in future.

what the hell i am reading about NOKIA- who advertises itself as the best customer service in mobile handsets.
you people will bring your GM on TV for telling that we are replacing the faulty batteries.
but, may i get the explanation about the complaints those have been written in this forum.

I purchased a N73 music edition in march. Last week my joystick stopped working smoothly and i went to nokia care in Patiala, mobile-tech. They told me to give the handset or else the joystick can break that could cost me rs1200. I deposited my mobile and was told to collect it after 10 days as it will go to Chandigarh for repair. They thoroughly inspected my cell and then handed over the job sheet over which it has been written that my cell is under warranty and there is no physical damage or water logging. Few days later they called me and asked me to come to nokia care. When i went there they told me there was water in my cell and a chip has been damaged when they tried to upload a software and it will cost me 3500 to get it repaired. When I told them that it’s their mistake they told me to pay 2000 and told me that rest 1500 will be deducted from salary of employee who checked my cell. I know that they are cheating me and they have themselves damaged my cell. Now I am left with no option but to take help of consumer forum and media so that i can get justice but I don’t think this will go in favor of image of a company with such a big reputation. Well I understand all your problems...about nokia customer care and nokia company ... I certainly cant do anything, but yes I can secure your expensive phones in case they lost or stolen by somebody in future...for the same I can provide u a software which will send you an sms and inform about the thief...if interested...you can call me and can ask for more details...

I have bought a Nokia 6233 mobile on 15/06/08 from Planet-M(Big Bazar), Bhubaneswar, Orissa. I have not found 20 digit number on my battery even there is no option for scarcth. There are oinly a 7 digit number present and also when i switched on to Loudspeaker with a full volume it generates some odd sound, when i told these things to them they told me its ur SIM problem. I have sent a complain to Nokia Care, Bangalore, till now they have not replayed. Otherwise i have to do a consumer case against them, please help me.

I bought a n73-1 on last 31 oct, 2007 and after few months, I started to getting some problems day by day and from last feb, 2008, I am regular visiting nokia care office in jaipur and they just guided me to submit my cell hone, and again they gave it me to back after a 2 months long period, while in this communication fastest world no one can live without mobile phone for one an hour.
Last day, I got my cell phone and I saw that again I have faced that same problem while I have give my cell phone on same repeated job-sheet number 5 time, but in sum, they give me same situation set with some default and when I spoke to care center then they again guide me to submit back while they also behave very badly in ill-tempered manner, and they just did nothing, In spite of giving me mentally harassment, when I asked them for mobile phone then they always give me same reply that we have sent to head office, we don’t have no information, how long will it be take, and yesterday I received my cell phone back then I went to see manger of that care center 5th times but that person said me to submit set and he just told me, submit it, while I asked him to mention that just specified my problem other vise ask nokia to replace my cell phone, but that person fixeed his lip and didn’t reply me nothing.
And i have wasted my lots time for repairing my cell phone in nokia but they didn’t help me, even I tried to contact to Bangalore customer care ( my complained number :- 2-317EER ) and I also got some rude reply with no satisfaction in nokia poor service.
Finally I discussed with some person to send mail to some appropriate person of nokia and parallel i am going to consumer court for legal help on the account of poor services of nokia care.
I am hoping you will reply me as soon as possible in my favor other vise guide me what to do? Other vise now I can not bear same problem for not so long time. Therefore I am sure, I will move for court for my help.
