[Resolved]  Nokia Customer Care Of India — Fade up with the customer care

Dear Sir,
i bought a new nokia handset model no 6088, dt-26/04/08 from your outlet Varsha Tele Communications. No-5-C Meenambal Salai, Kaviarasu Kannadasan Nagar, Kodungaiyur Chennai-600118.
when purchase this phone same day i feel call droop problem &hanging .than i well inform thay take my phone & thay give after 5 days.than same problem .than i well go your nokia care joycell In perambur but thay aer not accpet this set, than i well go raksha impex.20, Prince Tower, Frist Floor puruswawakam, my job sheet no-[protected]/080515/16 Date-15/05/08.they are accept handset & thay call me 6 to 7 time than i well go for collect the handset but i fill same problem till now.Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced, or my amount with the suitable interest rate and compensation, else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services and inconvenience faced due to no availability of my Phone for past 30 days .The customer service person at this nokia care center is so rude also not reposnding if anything is asked, she was always doing her personal job making the customer to wait at Q.

yes i totaly agree with the services provided by nokia is becoming worst, my personal experience is also not good. i bought a new N73 next it got some problem with the sound i rush to store from where i bought it but they unexpectedly resfuses to change the Handsfree, now i totaly dissatisfied with the nokia.
So i recomend to all my friends noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooot to buy NOKIA in future.

what the hell i am reading about NOKIA- who advertises itself as the best customer service in mobile handsets.
you people will bring your GM on TV for telling that we are replacing the faulty batteries.
but, may i get the explanation about the complaints those have been written in this forum.
coz, a consumer like me will check all the possible sources to know about the thing i am going to purchase.
some of the complaints written over her puts up a SHAMEFUL picture about Nokia.

I purchased a N73 music edition in march. Last week my joystick stopped working smoothly and i went to nokia care in Patiala, mobile-tech. They told me to give the handset or else the joystick can break that could cost me rs1200. I deposited my mobile and was told to collect it after 10 days as it will go to Chandigarh for repair. They thoroughly inspected my cell and then handed over the job sheet over which it has been written that my cell is under warranty and there is no physical damage or water logging. Few days later they called me and asked me to come to nokia care. When i went there they told me there was water in my cell and a chip has been damaged when they tried to upload a software and it will cost me 3500 to get it repaired. When I told them that it’s their mistake they told me to pay 2000 and told me that rest 1500 will be deducted from salary of employee who checked my cell. I know that they are cheating me and they have themselves damaged my cell. Now I am left with no option but to take help of consumer forum and media so that i can get justice but I don’t think this will go in favor of image of a company with such a big reputation. Well I understand all your problems...about nokia customer care and nokia company ... I certainly cant do anything, but yes I can secure your expensive phones in case they lost or stolen by somebody in future...for the same I can provide u a software which will send you an sms and inform about the thief...if interested...you can call me and can ask for more details...

This is to inform you that I have taken a mobile from AM Mobile Telecom Pvt Ltd. From CITY CENTRE MALL, Salt Lake, Kolkata 700064 on dated 08/04/2008. The mobile details are given below.

It is regret to say that In between two months I have seen several times the software is hanged and crashed. After seeing the MMI display is totally blanked I have sent this mobile to NOKIA service centre. Now they are taking charges Rs. 3200/- to repair this and also telling that it’s a hardware problem. But as per my assumption this is a software issue.
Please reply as early as possible and take proper action.

I bought a new nokia 3500c from mark telecomunications, manipal branch, udupi dist.karnataka.on 21april, 2008 with bill.
after one month, my cell phone is getting a network problem .
than I complient to a dealer twice, than he told me to check with a nokia care. so I went to nokia care, balaji com'n, kunjibettu, udupi.they accepted it & they gave me a job shet no.08052/57.then returned it on 10/06/08, that time it was working properly, Next day only same problem occured, again i went to dealer asking for replacement of cellphone.he told me that he will keep it for one day & then he will give to nokia care.he gave me job sheet no. 277 dt 11/06/2008.
SO, I HEREBY REQUEST YOU TO GIVE INSTRUCTION TO THE THE DEALER TO REPLACE THE CELL PHONE IMMEDIATELY.

Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. We have sent the mobile your Nokia Care Alwar, Rajasthan for the mobile repairing on 03rd june and 4th june, 08 for same problem but problem not rectified.Then we have again 5th June, 08 Also sent mobile for repairing but again problem not rectified which job card no are 80603/45, and 80605/40.Then We have discussed with Mr. Ravi Jain MD of Nokia Care, Alwar Rajasthan, and he said we have sent mobile Nokia care Delhi for repairing and you take the mobile within 8-9 days but now 1odays ago. but mobile not repaired till date.you ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.We have facing very problem without mobile set.

I have bought a Nokia 6233 mobile on 15/06/08 from Planet-M(Big Bazar), Bhubaneswar, Orissa. I have not found 20 digit number on my battery even there is no option for scarcth. There are oinly a 7 digit number present and also when i switched on to Loudspeaker with a full volume it generates some odd sound, when i told these things to them they told me its ur SIM problem. I have sent a complain to Nokia Care, Bangalore, till now they have not replayed. Otherwise i have to do a consumer case against them, please help me.

I bought a n73-1 on last 31 oct, 2007 and after few months, I started to getting some problems day by day and from last feb, 2008, I am regular visiting nokia care office in jaipur and they just guided me to submit my cell hone, and again they gave it me to back after a 2 months long period, while in this communication fastest world no one can live without mobile phone for one an hour.

Last day, I got my cell phone and I saw that again I have faced that same problem while I have give my cell phone on same repeated job-sheet number 5 time, but in sum, they give me same situation set with some default and when I spoke to care center then they again guide me to submit back while they also behave very badly in ill-tempered manner, and they just did nothing, In spite of giving me mentally harassment, when I asked them for mobile phone then they always give me same reply that we have sent to head office, we don’t have no information, how long will it be take, and yesterday I received my cell phone back then I went to see manger of that care center 5th times but that person said me to submit set and he just told me, submit it, while I asked him to mention that just specified my problem other vise ask nokia to replace my cell phone, but that person fixeed his lip and didn’t reply me nothing.

And i have wasted my lots time for repairing my cell phone in nokia but they didn’t help me, even I tried to contact to Bangalore customer care ( my complained number :- 2-317EER ) and I also got some rude reply with no satisfaction in nokia poor service.
Finally I discussed with some person to send mail to some appropriate person of nokia and parallel i am going to consumer court for legal help on the account of poor services of nokia care.

I am hoping you will reply me as soon as possible in my favor other vise guide me what to do? Other vise now I can not bear same problem for not so long time. Therefore I am sure, I will move for court for my help.
