[Resolved]  Nokia Customer Care Of India — Fade up with the customer care

nokia customer care is pathetic, terrible... i dont hv words to show my angryness towards nokia care. i bought a nokia 3230. it uses to hang every time.. now the battery got bulged even i wont keep the mobile for charging more than 40 mins. now i bought a new battery frm nokia delaer. when he gave it to me it doens hv cover also then i made a call to cutstomer care and explained my problem they are telling if the battery had hologram then its nokia only. just by looking at hologram how we will confirm the brand. it is rediculous..very bad..

HI, I lost my Nokia N73 Music Edition cell..Plz help..Can I get my phone back?? I just love my phone..

This is to tell you about my Nokia 3110 which i bought on 28.12.07 on the new year occassion.. but three months later 6th of March i got to know taht suddenlty i could see a minor crack on my outer frame (body) of the phone i took it lighty then day be day it was getting longer and i was anable to locate my bill so that i cantake it to care centre, , , , But from few days back i realise that my ph back up is not showing good results every day i need to chaege it... actually i am working my job is maximum sitting and one more thing this set hang also it's been happen so many times with me and same problem is also happening inthe same set of my cousin ... and need to put my cell on cielent mode ... i don't keepit on vibration as i afraid of getting my cell damaged according to that if i keep it on vibration it will tke just few hours without using to discharge the battary... on thursday i send my guy to get it checked From the online system that you have i m aware of it.. might be you can takeout the battery no. of my set which got replaced by these people.. on Nokia care SCO 2901-2, Near Piccadly Chowk

See into the matter please ... i ve been using nokia but this time it's a very bad experience about this brand... i took this set in 5769 from The moble store Sector-22, Chandigarh but after few days the prices got down fall .

I had taken one mobile Nokia2626 on 20th April 2008.The number got activated on 23rd Apr 2008. After one week of limited use the mobile went under breakdown. I gave the mobile to the local service center located at Kamani Center Jamshedpur where your service support staff told me that its a liquid damage(externally no signs), which in no way mishandled by me.At the time of delivery again the same service staff told me that the chip is out of order: roughly Rs 800 will be charged and again no surity that mobile will be rectified.
I have some complaint about your service and warranty policies: 1st> no water/liquid damage was done from my end.
2nd> if my mobile is not repaaired they charged me Rs 75 for seeing the problem.
3rd> If customer queries are unanswered at the service center(where two non technical ladies were sitting), whom should I contact.
4th> Your customer care line is inoperational and customer care manager's mobile switched off.
5th> If your mobile gets out of order within 7 days and no warranty is given by company(liquid damage is subjective as sweating near ears can also damage the phone) then why so big brand name nokia.

I expect you to take care of your customers>At least in my presence 7-8 customers all were charged of liquid damage and no warrant taken care of by the company.
Your warranty is just for making fool.
And if no further action is taken for my case: be assured that I will start a campaign against your product.

I bought Nokia-N-70 (Music Edition) on dated 03 Feb 2008 from The Mobile Store, District center Janakpuri, New Delhi-58. lodge the report about stealing of my mobile. One group of five six members stolen my mobile inside the Blueline bus Root No. 588, Bus No. DL-1P B3037 at 0940 hrs on dated 26th May, 2008 at Jail road Harinagar (In front of Harinagar Bus depot). Two fellows, standing near the bus conductor on rear gate pushed me in the crowded bus when I was taking the ticket. Then after I realized my mobile has been stolen by someone inside the bus only. I can recognize those fellows who have pushed me. I lodged report to Police on the same day. Please be careful all of you who is reading this mail especially in this root because usually theft incidents happen on this root.
If we have full trust on Nokia then I request to NOKIA group that you help us also in such cases. Please block this mobile. My mobile IMEI No. [protected] and other details are as follows which will be helpful in blocking my mobile. If you require Police report copy I can send you that also.

I bought the Nokia-N73 from the authorise dealer(namely PUNJAB TIME CENTRE, Address is Punjab time centre, Hall Bazar, Amritsar, Punjab, Pin Code is 143001) dated on 14/11/2007 against the cash payment of Rs 12900.The invoice no -7104.Sir i waited 6 years to buy a camera handset of nokia.Everybody was asking me to get camera handset of some other company in cheaper rates.But saved a single single penny from my pocket money to get a nokia handset.And now when i bought that all my desires are fired.As in first week of Janauary it had started creating problem.I showed my handset to Nokia Care & Service centre(Address:-AA Electronics, 106-B Sunrise Plaza, Upstairs Bakewell Bakery, Cooper Road Amritsar.)According to them problem was in software/virus.But i didnt use bluethooth till that day.I asked them to replace it but they refuse it.The jobsheet no As on jan19 was 080119/56..The same problem arises on 28 feb.The jobsheet no was 080306/18.noe this problem again arise on 23may.the jobsheet no is[protected]/080527/57.Please replace my handset with the new handset.Please do the needfull as soon as possible.

I recently purchased a Nokia N-70(Music) from Gurgaon.When I went to home and opened the box, I found that the back cover was not functioning properly(the spring was not functioning properly).I went to the store, they told me that it would be changed within 3-4 days.Without using, I went after 3-4 days again.They kept on fooling me.One fine day they asked me to visit the nokia care in gurgaon.Nokia care was even pathetic.They tell me that the cover is not under warrantee.I asked them to give me a new cover and I would pay for it.It has been more than 4 months now, and still they say that they do not have cover and it is not being supplied to them.This is the case when I'm ready to pay...god save from nokia...

The Nokia Customer care is worst cust care in d world.
But still i dont know why i purchased the N series phone after knowing so many problems in the phones.
And I regret today for that. I started Nokia with 3315. It was the best phone. I took 8250, 2100, 1110, 1100, 6610i, 6600, 3250, N72.
I found problems in 2100, 1110, 6600, and in N72.
Everytime I complaint about anything to nokia with the bills and under warranty period they have only answer that Sir, This is water logging problem. I said i have laminated the phone completely from the very first day how can it be the water logging problem.They said sir water can go from charger port from speaker port. What rubbish. I said that if there could be any water issue atleast I should have knowledge about that and I am sure that I even have not touched the phone with wet hands, How it can be like this? They said sir this is the only reason. And after that the next reply was you need to change keypad which will cost you 950 Rupees 750 rupees or whatever the cost is.
Even with 2100 I replaed the keypad I got the phone from the executive's hand and checked the problem was same, the keys were not working properly. Wow What a great bluff this is. I have been charged 750 Rs for the replacement of keypad. Now the great answer from their side Sir the problem is now with the PCB of the phone means they want to replace the whole circuit of the phone. Another Bluff. Now you are saying that the problem is with this PCB then why did you told me to replace the keypad and charged me for that. I threw the phone there on the floor and it got cracked kicked it towards the door and came out from there. After that I purchased Sony Ericsson. Wow what a great experience it was. There was no complaint in the phone till the time I had that for 1 year time. Again after that I dont know Why I keep going purchasing Nokia phone.
The last and worst incident is with N72. The phone's key were not working properly. pressing 3 was displaying 7. pressing c (cancel) was launching Music player and bla vbla. I report the issue to Nokia and the answer was evergreen the same. And this time it was 950 Rs. I asked to show me how it was water damaged. What they did they deassembled the phone showed mw the keypad and said see there are some water signs on your phone's keypad. I touched them and rubbed and said this is the dust only and having a phone for 9 months period in India can cause some dust inside the phone. They said straight foreward Sir You have to replace it. We can not do anything else. I returned with my phone.I did not give the phone for repair. After that phone stopped working atall. There is only one WHITE SCREEN and nothing to display. and now the phone is in the garbage of my house. I am using Sony P1i now. and I am fully satisfied with the phone.
