Nokia E90 — MisConduct of the staff towards me.
On December last year after waiting for atleast around 4-5 months, i finally got my phone i.e. Nokia E90. I bought it for Rs.40000/- . It worked fine for around two months and then started giving problems. The problems like like hanging of the phone, restarting it self, and many other. With the same i went to Prudent Nokia Care in Thane the official nokia service provider. They kept saying that just updating the phone will solve my problem. But even after 10-15 updates the problem still kept persisting. Then on my persisting they forwarded the compliant to Nokia BrightPoint, where my problem got worst. They swapped the mother board of my phone. But yet the problem was not solved. Infact they even did a lot of phisical damage to my phone. With the same i personally went to Brightpoint and showed them the damages. But they just refused to accept and put the blame on prudent service center. In this process the staff at brightpoint was also very rude to me. Now i want the swap for the phone and at the same time i want to even lodge complaint against the staff of brightpoint. Pls help me with my problem. What should i do ? I am very sorry for writing this letter.
I bought a Nolia 6030, type RM-74, in the month of July 2003, It is working in good condition but Few days back the display light was slowly becoming low. I thought the Battart was low, I recharged the battary, day by day it was slowly dicresing and three days back the light was totally off.
I went to your Nokia center in Mehidipatnam branch and shown to them, they said it might be fallen down. they said I used it careless and for the repair you have to pay. who will use the worthy things careless? when you are unable to do the customer why you are spending lot of money on the branches and wasting the companey's money? Your technicians are telling stories when we take the piece for the complaint. If the Piece really fallen down it will not work.
They opened the piece infront of me and didn't find any any thing wrong there. they said a small component just misplaced a pinpoint. I didn't believe the cause what the service center technician told. It's the problme of the piece. They told me that if I keep it there, they will send the phone to the company and what ever the company say we will follow. So kindly consider my case and do the needfull. I am facing lot of problems due to no display light.

& on top of that issued invoice of Rs 111/- ( as T/C), may be Nokia is need of cash & asked Donation, since Rs. 111/- * no of complaints every day * no of days NOKIA can generate a Million $ .
I request you to please send me the report stating that the parts are not available & the detail problems which your Technical team could not resolved in last 19 days.
With the attitude of NOKIA is business model in the service industry is changing & the attitude of people who are in services.
We are also in IT services & we know the kind of support & commitment we maintain with the customers & not as like as NOKIA.
Looking for the summary of the problem & if possible please return Rs. 111/- .

this is to bring to your kind notice, that i purchased a nokia-5310 on 23/05/08, as a token of gift to my daughter, which became a disaster. (batch number[protected])
i came across a problem on 25/05/08. the phone used to hang abruptly and the timing format was not working properly. i lodged a complaint in nokia care centre (revanna nokia care, new kantharaj urs road, mysore, karnataka) on 25/05/08, they told me that the software will be updated and given back to me. i got the cell back on the same day, but again the above mentioned problems started appearing after 2 days. the nokia care centre again asked me to give my phone to them for 1 full day, so that they could update the software again and keep it under observation. even after that, i found that the phone was in the same pathetic condition! the nokia care owner(Mr.Sandesh) assured me of replacing my handset with a new one, if the problem could not be solved by the company also. after 20days, i was told that a new replacement has come, but to my astonishment i found that the handset they are claiming to be a new one is my previous handset with the same problems prevailing!!! when questioned about this, i was treated with great contempt and insult! it seems that people in the service centre are least bothered about customer satisfaction, whereas nokia, being a world leader in manufacturing mobile handsets claims that "NOKIA- CONNETING PEOPLE". what a great tragedy it is!nd the nokia care people ask the customers to compramise with defective handsets! am at large, to understand how nokia can ask the customer to compramise on quality and ver poor customer needs??? a line in reply to my email id(specified above) from a responsible officials of nokia is expected.

My Cell Phone model no.3100 which i have bought 6 months back, now it is getting heated up quickly while i am talking, this will happen within few minutes. I submited the phone to Nokia care, Alambagh, Lucknow u.p. on 10th june 08 but their the handset is not repaired yet. I visited many times to nokia care center But still my mobile is not ready. They are saying it will take 12-15 deays more. Due to this I am going through mental stress and lot of inconvenience as I have other liabilities too and important work to do. . My jobsheet number is 0391 given by Nokia care.IMIE no. of my set is [protected]. Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced, or my amount with the suitable interest rate and compensation, else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services and inconvenience faced due to no availability of my Phone for past 13 days .The customer service person at this nokia care center is so rude also not reposnding if anything is asked, she was always doing her personal job making the customer to wait at Q.

I bought nokia 3110c after considering the fact it is a nokia brand
and the main features of 2 GB expandable memory and many more features . but with in period of one month my cell faced camera problem were in the display was not good.thinking that hence forth no problem would arise i took it to the customer care which got sorted out .the main problem came in to existence after inserting 1GB card for this problem i.e. the restart problem .I visited customer care atleast 5to6 times .now i feel afraid to use my cell thinking that it would come across the same problem.kindly help me out of this .please respond soon.
