i am shocked to bring to your knowledge that i purchased the above-noted set on 24/10/07 which is infested with certain technical problems. The Memory Card datas are vanishing automatically. The phone also hangs.since my phone was in warranty period so i went to nokia care center HCL infosystems ltd hyderabad & and they told me that my phone will be replaced.but from last 5 months i am just going to care i geting dates.Since i purchased the phone at a very dear price, i expect full value for my money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

I had purchased new N72 dated[protected], After one month the cell started to give the problem, I had gone to the nokia care at Lajpat Nagar, new Delhi, they have lost my data.I was socked after hearing this bad news that your data has been lost. The cell still not working its about one month in the maintance under nokia care. Nokia care person are really very bad. they dont care about our precious time, money basted on the product. If this will be continue they will loose their business very soon.

We have bought 2 Mobiles Nokia 3110c in March-08 and May-08.
Both o[censored]s are facing problem while using Memory card. The Phone gets reset again & again using memory Card. We have shown this problem to Nokia Care and they suggested to use 512mb Card instead 1GB and we do the same but the problem insist.

Dear Nokia, I purchased Nokia 2626 Mobile set Black having IMEI [protected] on 14th June, 2008 from M/s ESSAR Telecom Retail Ltd, D-154, Fateh nagar, Jail Road, New Delhi-110058 (Tele:[protected] vide tax invoice No. DEL/01579/00001/3756 for Rs.2149 (inclusive of all taxes + vat). I could not put the mobile in use as I was to go abroad immediately nor i allowed my wife to use the set. I returned on 30th June, 2008 to India and immediately with a view to using the set charged, but to my shocking experience the display light does not glow on the screen, to which the vendor cited above advised me to report to the NOKIA Care situated nearby viz., Net-Dot Solutions, Authorised Servicentre, WZ-200, Bajaj Tower, Opp. Rajiv Motors, Near Santoshi Mata Mandir, Jail Road, New Delhi-110058 (Ph:[protected], TIN No.[protected]), who disposed me of stating that the set is irreparable, hence this letter to you. I am constrained to write this mail to you. Please read my earlier correspondence below with Nokia care. Despite reminders
That I require a my Mobile phone in Good condition after Repair on Saturday I have received my New swapped Phone which again has a Problem.
My Voice is not audible to other person and I am able to hear their voice but mine is not audible to others.
It was told by Nokia care that a swapped hand set undergoes Proven Quality check and it is almost a New set with few reengineered parts,
Is this the Quality you provide for t he customer???
Is this the quality check you have???
What the Hell are you doing to the customers by giving a cheap Quality sets and harassing the customers.
Again for this I have to consult the Nokia care and you take the same time to repair the set and again I am sure that it do has the problem.
I am from a quality Background and I know the exact meaning of quality but seeing Nokia products it is really frustrating that you have the worst Quality department.
PSB for my previous mail on the swapped phone concern and the response you gave and now who is responsible for my phone???

I had purchased a Nokia hand set (Model nokia 5300), on evening of 8th may 08 from M/s Gaytari enterprises (7-Z Ashiyana market govind pur). On 22nd of May network problem started. On 23th it was informed to Shop inturn it was advised to me that go to Nokia care centre. On Morning of 24th May I went there & they told me that it will be repaired at Lucknow and I have to wait for 10 days, for the same they took my handset and gave me a jobsheet No. 3088 dated 24.05.08.
After 10 days I went there and they told me to wait and come back after 03 days. After 03 days I went there again but same comment was made by them, so I went there again and again but nothing satisfactory was replied by them. After 25 days they told me that my handset is repaired but I found my handset was in same condition as it was given to them.
On 26th of June a made a complaint to Bangalore and they given me a complaint No. 2-34Z1KX, but no action was made even after 48 Hours, then again on 28th of June a made a re-complaint and they give me same complaint number but nothing satisfactory is done yet.
On 5th of July I talked with Shri Vivek Dixit (Mobile No.-[protected]) who gave me a mobile no. [protected] of Shri Sushil, he told me that he is Head of Nokia Care Centre I talked to him also and told him my problem, then he asked me to give my IMEI No. through message, I did so and he satisfied me that my problem will be solved within half an hour. After that I gave ring on his mobile many times but he did not answered.
I am very much fed up for this kind of attitude from the representative of Nokia & Nokia Care Centre as Nokia is a world wide firm. So being a comsumer what is my fault. Nobody has responded me uptill now. Please solve my problem as quickly as possible otherwise I have to go to Consumer Forum. This take as pre-notice.

When there was problem with key pad, the seller directed me to one of the Nokia service centres in vijayawad. They have replace d some spare related to key pad and charged me Rs.525/- towards keypad spare and Rs.50 as service charge totalling to Rs.575/-.
Now i do not understand what exactly is warranty. Your charged for spare and you also charged for service. Can somebody explain me what is warranty?"

Ipurchased nokia 3500 classic on 25.12.2007. the set is already repaired 3 times. now set is lying with nokia centre from 01.06.2008 but nobody is responding whether I will recieved back my set or not. Nokia 6300 — Dissatisfaction from service(mental Harrasment)
Dear Sir,i had given my nokia handset for repair to Nokia Care Gulati communications gole market connaught place new delhi on 28'th june 2008. They had given me target delivery date 11 july 2008. But when i visited their office on 11 they told me that it can take 12- 15 days more. They failed to tell me right reason and also they don't know theirself the delivery date. they are only making appoximations. they usually do this with all customers. I am feeling mental harrasment. plz help me.

i have nokia 2505 in cdma (Reliance) but from the 1st day i have problem regarding network. 2 days back i was got your Nokia care center for the same problem, one day repairing after the problem have same but a new problem is created the all contact No. was in my cell phone has locked, and i can't understand the what is happening in my cell phone, after that i was got the manager of nokia care, but he also not recognized my problem and any more, n all the worker was nokia care has been very attitude problem.
please advise me for same problem n do needfull.
