We are hereby informing you that we have purchase a JCB Machine from JCB India Ltd. 23/7Mathura Road Ballabgarh (Haryana) on dated 30.01.2008. (Which invoice number are [protected]) This machine is defective from starting one. I informed to your local office at Bilaspur more than 25 times regarding the problem but problem persists as still to till now.
I already inform to your service head soni, gyan, vivek at the time of Delivery regarding defective disc & pump than they commitment to change the Defective wheel disc and pump within 15 days. But no parts change to till now.
This machine RPM set by your mechanic at 2200 to 2300 RPM instead of 1600 to 1700 RPM hence machine provide the Average 7Ltr. per hour
We are paid the amount of Rs.1716500/- to purchase the new machine not to defective machine hence requested you to change this machine immediate within 7 days.

i had given my nokia n82 model past 1 month ago for repair of speaker problem, but they havent yet returned to me. i gave that to the nokia care situated in rajajinagar 6th block, bangalore. i am very dissastisfied of your caring towards customers. if this continues, i would be taking serious action towards your side. even i heard that AJIT who is taking care of the store is not been punctuality in his timings. he is not opened the store for 2 days and isnt taking up the phone.

Nokia 5610 — Sold defective Cell phone
I Have purchased Nokia5610 5 days ago, and it got hanged at very next day, i want replacement for this cell because it is the defective piece which Company has sold. I given my handset nokia model 6085 to below addressed NOKIA CARE for speaker problem. After late servicing they changed my set to other customer. They given to me a different IMEI No. set. I found many damages and different IMEI NO. and returned the set to NOKIA care. They told set is changed to other cusotmer and assured to get my set on[protected]Monday). But still I am not getting my set. Today is friday.

i purchased new E-51 on 16/5/2008..after spending good amount within 25 days problems happend. phone was restart in f.m. mode.. so i contact crony customer care at bhavnagar, gujarat. they told me u can pick up ur phone in after 1 month.. my first job sheet no.[protected]/080609/34.
after 1 month i contact crony systems.. but i was shocked my phone was not 'ok'.. it was as it is.. and they gave me another job. sheet no..[protected]/080703/13. n they told me u can take ur cell after 1 month... so i was not satisfied with service.. on 4/7/2008 i contact customer care help line no.[protected] they noted my complaine n my no. was ' 2/35 KOGD' .. next day customer care callback me n told " u can take ur cell in next five days" .. but still now my cell in not given by them. they gave me 5-6 days limit again n again n again... so i was mentally upset... on 16/7/2008 customer care told me"ur cell will b ok on next 5 days..." but today on 21/7/2008.i calld them n today they toled" ur phone will b ok in next 15 days.."
so.. they dont take any actions on my complaine... n i called many times on ur customer care no.[protected] on STD call rate... because of that i damaged financially... otherwise i will go to customer forum..
so, , pls. refund my money or change my handset..

I am ashame to say that your customer care is taking very lethargic manner, not to worry about customer problems. I request you kindly replace the set and provide new one immediately without any further delay.
As I trust NOKIA is the best I spent Rs. 13, 000/- for set and I do not want repaired one and need to be new set.
I do hope you understand customer problem and take action immediately. As I am going to out of Delhi I need the set tomorrow (22.07.2008)
