Nokia/6085 — Always goes out of order
sir,i had purchased a nokia mobile set 6085 on 21-03-08, mobile world, sona jagashwer complex, nr. svitry cinema, BEGUSARAI-851101. It's IMEI NO. IS [protected].
Just after purchase on 4 th may its ringer went out of order, which was repaired after 5 days and i had to remain without mobile for those days. once again front display gone out of order which was repaired after great effort and spent of much time.
now once again ringer of my mobile has gone out of order,
i have got fed up with faulty set. i want that my set be replaced with new, otherwise i would be forced to go to consumer court.

My name is jaideep. i am really shocked from the behaviour of such a MNC who have so many offices in India but. I have purchased Nokia E90 Mobile. After few day I came to know that the speaker and the mic. of the phone does not work I launch a complaint in Nokia Service Center, Milk Bar Chowk, Model Town Branch of Nokia at Jalandhar. They ask for my mobile and hold my mobile for 2 month. After this 2 months I receive my phone which worked for 3 days only and I again in the middle of my work I cam to know that its not working. This was the second time I was fored to visit the same showroom again. Yhen again they hold my mobile for 1.5 months. Now that I have received my mobile yesterday It is not working again.
I appeal You to please replace my mobile as soon as possible and stop me for going into a consumer court.

I bought a nokia5310 on 27/06/2008 from a shop, where nokia produts are sold. After using the mobile for more than 10 days i came to know that their is a small hole in my mobile display. Even i have visited nokia priority dealer but i am not satisfied with their reply, representing if it cause any problem then only we can forward your complaints otherwise we cant do anything. I need a mobile in a good condition, hoping that replacement is made possible because nokia never looses its valuable existing customers. Do the needful, thus we have a good relationship with nokia.

Nokia Mobile N -5610 — Sold defective piece and rude staff
Sir/ Madam,I had purchased Nokia N- 5610 Blue music express from RPGCELLUCOM Shop no 24, SHree Ganesh Angan Co-op hsg soc, Thakur Village Mumbai 400101 on 28th Jun 2008 at 8pm.
Cost of Mobile is Rs 11599 .
Mode of Payment - Cash
The very next day the cell hung . I immediately rushed to the shop which is close to my house . Iwas told by the store Manager
that it is a software problem i will have to deal with Nokia Service centre . The cell phone was switched off and on immediately . it started functionting. The store manager and his collegue ( Dinesh) gave me a sales pitch. I asked them to cut it short and told them that if once again happens . I want them to change the handset ( As per Nokia within 48hrs of purchase the handset can be changed). The next of couple of days i don't know whether it was their good luck or mine the cell functioned smoothly for a week.
From 9th Jul onwards the same problem was faced by me .
But unfortunatley i couldn't visit the shop as i was travelling or in
meetings.
To reactive the cell by swtiching it off and after a few minutes i had to swtich it on.
On 22nd jul i faced the same problem . The irony is that as i was busy talking to my collegue the cell phone went blank. Luckily i was only a few meters away from the shop. I immedaitely rushed to the stop.
Mr Dinesh ( that is what he calls himself) and his collegue ( name not known) was present. there was a customer who was having a refill done . I lost my head as he was callous towards my complaint. I was irate and said wished to spk to the store manager ( Mr Rahul Ihope the name is correct). Mr dinesh told me that he can't help as i had dropped the cell ( which is total lie) and his duty is only to cell and not entertain complaints.
The security gaurd of the showroom was more polite than the sales staff . He remembred my complaint on the very next day i purchased . I repeately argued and screamed on top of my voice to get the store managers no. finally he gave me a 9digit no cell no[protected]
I went home and tried calling up but was aghast that once again i was conned.
I immedaitely rushed to the shop asked him for the right no. He hadn't expected me to return. Finally he knew that he was caught offgaurd and gave the no. I insited that he called. He blatantly refused.when i started screaming like a fisherwomen. He said the company doesn't pay for the calls made through his cell . Finally he dialled the no from the shop landline and put him through.
Mr Rahul ( Store Manger ) was more rude than the one in the shop. Told me todo whatever i wish to as they had finished their job doing the sales.
MORAL OF THE STORY:
CON the customer with sweet sales talk and wash your hands off when they return with complaint.( EVEN IF THE MISTAKE IS COMPANY/ PRODUCT)
TO HELL WITH SALES TRAINING (SOFT SKILL/ COMPLAINT HANDLING ETC) CONCENTRATE ON SALES TARGET.
CUSTOMER PAYS MONEY FOR DEFECTIVE PIECE AND I SMILE THE WAY TO THE BANK TO DEPOSIT CASH ( RECD FROM SALES)
I HOPE THAT I SHALL RECEIVE A POSITVE REPLY FROM YOUR END .PL DON'T REVERT WITH AN APOLOGY LETTER BUT WITH A CONCRETE SOLUTION.

i had a nokia 5700 xm emie [protected]..i submitted it to nokia care (xzone, sco no. 824, nac, manimajara, chandigarh.)dated 18th june 2008.my job sheet no is 8947..
its been above a month and i am getting no updates about my phone..additionally the namscareonline.com showing data not available for the job sheet no. i have been calling to them like everyday..now am fed up..
it bagan when i went to the nok care the chd sec-22 center.they asked a seal is missing, i clarified that earlier it got camera problem and repaired at manimajra nokia care..they said take it and submit it at the manimajra nokia care as they ll be having records of previous job sheet. when they assembled it back ..the charging area got cracked..i found it at manimajra nokia care..
so now it got the camera problem for second time and the additional charging problem..dated 18th june jobsheet.
i got my phone on 8th july ..the charging problem was still there .my battery was empty .and nokia care even not had a spare battery..so i could not even check if the camera got repaired or not.they send the phone back on same job sheet no.

After a couple of months of purchase, I started having problem with the instrument. I used to miss several calls, as the ring tone was restricted to a single ring. I approached your service center M/s. Rocky Agencies a few times for the same problem. Every time I had to wait a long time before being attended by any technician. Then the instrument would be handed over back informing that the problem was rectified. No proper response on the reason for such problem was ever provided.
However, the problem persisted- as you could see that I have visited your Agency with the same problem several times. Then suddenly on 28.6.2008, the outer display went blank totally. I would receive a single ring. To see the details of the call, I had to see the inner display and take the call.
Hence, I went to your service center again. They informed that the defect could be rectified only at Delhi. They raised a job card for that purpose (reference above).
Even after 10 days of handing over, when I called your Service agents at Chennai – they were unable to give any proper response. Therefore, I called your Toll – free number. The technician who took the call first claimed that the instrument was not under warranty. I countered that the instrument was surely under warranty. Nothing was said and the line was closed. After a few days, as I still did not know the status, I once again called the toll free number. This time the technician who took the call said the instrument is being returned back to Chennai because of WATER LOGGING.
I have collected my instrument. As I am very confident that I have never let water get into the instrument and the instrument had problem even shortly after its purchase, the remark is not acceptable. There is not even a mention of whether the defect could be rectified or not. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the quality of service. I request you to look into the matter and revert to me on my mobile.

I think, my set is in warranty period than i have this type of problems, when it will out of warranty, what will be done.
