Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

I regret to submit that Nokia's service is very very poor.

I bought Nokia 1200 in April, 2008 after four months' I found some problem in set. I submit my set at Green Park Care Centreon 4th August. (Job Sheet No.[protected])

But after one week when I contact Nokia Care Centre they told the set is liquid damaged and has not been repaired. Let come and get back your system.

They are not picking even calls. Your all lines are useless even the Noida Dail number is useless.

In future I would like to inform all my dear and nears once that pl. do not purchase Nokia System.

Nokia and its service support is the worst in India. Unfortunately we in India do not have any legal redressal system. Oh! we have the consumer courts... but do you have the time and money to go after them??? They know this and hence are taking us for granted. Our political system only supports them to the hilt. The ultimate sufferer is the public. God only help us... But the sad thing is that our own country men dole this out to their brothren. We love cheating our own country.

I too had submitted a complaint for the replacement of the battery which has a manf defect and Nokia said that it would be replaced free of cost. Looking at all these mails, I would'nt be surprised that our Indian Nokia Counterpart would have got the batteries, but would have sold them to make money. That is all we do.

Is'nt this the conclusion that one could derive when even after all this the MD of NOKIA India does not have the professionalism to comeout in the open and make a statement. He does not want to do this as his job and salary depends on him NOT DOING THIS.

Till date I have had 3 NOKIA Cells and all have had to be thrown out due to improper service and functioning. I have sworn that I SHALL NOT BUY A NOKIA.

The only way one could get them to change is to boycott them totally. LETS DO THIS...

Sir,

I am also fed up with the services at NOKIA care.My cellphone was in good in condition and suddenly it got switched off, thus i have given my cellphone 5610 Xpress music on 28-07-08, near my home in vaishali ghaziabad at nokia care centre.I have purchased the phone on 17-04-08..thus it is in warranty which is been voided by nokia care and the reason was liquid damage, i am 100% sure no liquid has gone by me, on the other hand there contact number always comes switch off the reason is that water has gone in there office.So, if water in my cellphone was found that is surely by there mistake.
On the other hand when i told the manager there(Mr Aditya) on his cellphone to give my cell back he always refuses and tell me to return it back after a day or two i dont know what`s going on?Even every time i call him up he not receive my call.
Can you please tell me when i will get my cell back, i hope you will take some steps reagarding the same and ill get my cell in on position.

I have purchased a Nokia 5610 xpressmusic 2 months back. For the last 1 month my phone kept on rebooting. and 10 days back there was no display. SO i have given my phone to Nokia Service care (Rocky Agency) at royapettah CHennai.

Its been more than 8 days there is no reply from them. My Jobsheet number is[protected]/080806/76 and when i check their online portal (http://www.namscareonline.com/scripts/JobsheetStatusforuser.aspx) for my job status it says the phone is repaired. But the Nokia care says its still repairing my phone. I had also registered another complaint with Nokia regarding the same with[protected] when there was no response from the service center. the complaint number is 2-39BJ4Z. But there seems to be no use.

Please advice how to take action against these useless technicians. The behaviour of the Nokia care service engineer is very very rude. they do not answer to any queries. All they say is check your phone status after 10 days or 2 weeks. I have paid 12000 for the phone and Nokia is responsible when the phone is under warrenty. They are not doing any kind of social service or a Favor form me by fixing my phone.

I am very much unhappy with the nokia service and would like to take up the issue with consumer court.

Please let me know the procedure so that i would be able to fight against them.

i have purchased Nokia 5310 Xpress edition 6 month back. It is giving me lot of trouble. It is not statring up. when i showed it to nokia care center in Nagpur they told me i have to bear all the expenses of Repair even thouh it is in Warranty period. But the problem is even after 2 monts they have not repaired it and kept it with them. I am fed up of Nokia and their customer service. I vow that in Future i wont purchase any nokia cell and also not allow any of my friends purchase them.

I am very shocked to say you that I have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. Now i got repaired set.How could i found that all the components are original, like it's battery, keypad etc? Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and also that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

I purchased handset on 25th of may 2008 & from the same day i m facing a problem as below:

the call is geting cut automatically while incomig as well as outgoing & at the same time some noise comes from the speaker. the handset will restart with white screen... this happend with brand new handset.. i complaned to shopkeeper regarding this matter, he suggested me to visit nokia care & refused to exchange.i submited it in nokia care on 27th may 2008 but nothing seems good.., again after 10-15 days i submitted it back to them.., . and i got swap(replace) of handset after 1 month period., but the replace handset is someones used, which has a more problems of hanging and its not a brand new.., so i dont know what to do?
its just disgusting and unfare to me. i really got frustated and my Rs12000/- simply gone waste.
i hope you will help me on this matter.

Within one month of purchase on Nokia E51 hand set, dialing swith stopped working. When I handed over this phone set to Nokia care under warranty, I was told that the set has to go to Delhi for repair under warranty. After investing twelve thousand rupee on mobile you are without mobile phone for 3 weeks and I felt very bad about it. I have no feedback till date on whats happening with my set and no repsonce from customer care even after calling the manager. I have given my hand set to Rayrythms nokia care center in Baroda on 30th July 08.

i've given handset for repair at nokia care essel chamber, m.g. road, near jai road, mangalore-1 on 28.7.2008. untill now i didn't get the handset & not response by that service provider.they are saying that they have given it to bangalore for replacement of display. they have given one number for me [protected] for enquiry. but they also does not responding to call.

I have purchased a handset NOKIA 6300 From the Mobile Store in Ludhiana on 2nd June 2008.there is an irremovable mark inside the screen & this mark is at the centre position so i m unable to have the clear view of my screen images etc. i approached to the nearest NOKIA CARE centre fountain chowk ldh.but as there was no any satisfactory response from their side. my handset is falling currently under the warranty period so its being the moral responsibility of them to solve my problem as unsatisfactory response may cause undue loss to the image of your esteemed company. As NOKIA being my first prefrence always but this time i m quite unsatisfied. please do entertain this request as soon as possible.i was thinking to approach the consumer court as i hav all the bills or required documents but i found it neccessary to take this case to ur notice also.
