Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

This is in regards to my Nokia6110 Navigator black IMEI
number-[protected] from S.R Telecom INC. S.V.Rd Irla, Andheri (W)
I bought the handset on 4/05/08 and started facing issues with the
display within one month.
There is a line in the display of the screen, have given the H/S for
repairs at nokia care centre (S.R Telecom, Irla Mumbai) on 18th June .
Job ID-[protected] and i was informed i am getting a replacement but
with a white colour.I do not want to compromose on the colour as it
looks a different handset when the colour is chnaged.When i said i
wanted new black as replacement i was informed they dont have that in
stock.I have not accepted the handset and i am looking for a new black
handset as replacement i have recieved a new job ID-[protected].
It was a fault with the handset and if it cannot be fixed i
cannot compromise on colour of the handset.
Its already been more than a 1 month and i still havent got any
resolution.I even
called the helpline number and they say i have to talk to the nokia
care centre when i talk to the care centre they say i have to call
customer care.

What i am expecting is a new black Nokia6110 or my money back.
Sir, I have my nokia 3760 hand set. Now i entered one new PUK Code and is lost. Please help me to activate my connection.
I have procured one N72 model phone in June 2007, It has been repaired three times in a year. Now again phone is not working and your customercare at Lajpat Nagar Delhi infomed us that please collect your phone it can not be repaired, Even they charged Rs 300 three days back for repair which does not work for 24 hrs. Your help is required.

Here ashish kapoor from jabalpur (mp) here have some problem in my nokia set my imei no. [protected] and produt code is 0539276 and warrnty ref no APAINY[protected] and my model number N70M and i purchased it on 12/11/07 by few days my cell was creating the problems i went to the nokia care there i gave my set for repairing and for checking out the problem then he asked me to come after 2 days i asked him for whats the problem in set then he said your cell cant be repair i asked him whats the problem he again said that come after 2 days now today i again went there 4/8/08 he said that i already repair it from any other shop he said that my set original parts are not original and i was shocked to see that because since i brought the set i didnt use to go anywhere for repairing so how my set original parts can be exchanged by 8 months there was not anyproblem in my set so this is 1st time cell creating problem so i am sure that from nokia care servises jabalpur LG4 JAIN TOWER RASAL CHOWK JABALPUR (MP) they had stolen my set original parts and now my cell even not working my cell is still there and i am here informing you for this cheap behaviour of nokia care this is my complaint for nokia care jabalpur please take some action on behafe of this i will be very thankfull to you for if as soon as possible you will going to take some action for nokia care servise.jabalpur.i am waiting for your reply i hope you will do something.

sir,
i bought my nokia n72 in november last year, this set is in the warranty period right now.last month there was problem of blank display in my set.i gave it to nearest nokia care, after 20 days they are saying that your set can't repair because it is sent back from company as it was tempered(repaired outside).
sir, believe me i gave it only to nokia care which is just 100 m away from my home.
now they are asking me to pay rs 1200 to repair it.
what should i do?
pLEASE close the Nokia careLESS centres.I have given my N91 for reload of software on 3/7/08 and till date i'm not able to get it back.So Please Please close the Nokia careLESS centres.

dear sir,
i owe a N72 mobile which i bought on 17 jan 2008. i purchased that mobile because of my faith in brand of nokia.

after few months the mobile stopped giving proper sound on my handfree. first i thought that there is some problem in my handfree but later found that it is in my mobile.

on 27 jun 2008 i gave it to nokia care. after spending a considerable time (nearly one month) they gave my mobile on the same status. when i checked it at the time of receiving at the nokia care it was on same status with no improvements. then the center manager said that they will send it again it to noida. today i called them but even after 2months they are not in status of giving any detail of my cellphone.

today i registered my complaint at nokia care help and if it will not be responded very soon i will go with my complaint to consumer forum.

Dear sir, SUB-For the replacement of nokia5200 purchased date 15-feb-2008, job sheet no[protected]/080806/107, esn/imei no-[protected], mob no-[protected], [protected]. I have logged complaint against about this handset many times in nokia care but no response is observed from ur side. this handset is purchased before 7 months but due to regular problm facing in this handset most of time i keep this set to nokia care. kindly replace this handset as soon as possible otherwise i send mails to the other ieading mobile companies cares like lg, samsung, sony ericcson o[censored]r worst nokia care service.My problem is that i keep my mobile for last one n a half month for the replacement of this set in nokia care but the replacement is not done yet. I had purchased a nokia 6233 2 months back, in my phone one side speaker (ringer) is not working since 15 days i went to the service station near to me at Thippasandra Nokia care, the people are not responding properly they are told me to come after 1 week, ok i went after 1 week and they again asked me to come after 2 days and then i went and finally they are telling that no stock and they are telling "we dont know when the stock comes" This is not the way to behave with the customers.

I feel ver sad with the Nokia service centres.
In connection of your email on 24.07.08 at 6:47:56 PM to me, I have been sent the detail of my job sheet with another detail as desired by you through Email on 01.08.08. But no response has been received till date. Although, I am repating my details, which are as below.

I bought a New Nokia 6600Phone in 2006 .

But Now the current position is that my Phone is not working

properly(Display and Rebooting problem) and also I am without a phone from almost two months which is a basic need for life.


I submit the phone to Nokia Care Service Centre, Shivaji nagar, F.C Road, Pune on 25th of may2008.

But their the handset is not repaired.I again submitted the handset on 4th of june as I was told by the service centre that this time it will be send to Mumbai & new parts will be placed .At that time, I was told by the employee to pay Rs673 as charges.I paid that, then again I got a call that I am required to pay 600 more for that i.e Rs 1200 in total. I agreed.Then, when I went to the centre to get my mobile, there they asked me to pay Rs 1200 more instead of Rs600.I refused to pay more than the amt I was told earlier.As the mistake was from the employee side, so, they gave me my handset along with the parts repaired with no extra charges. I appreciated them for that.But the shocking part is that, the very next day the same problem started.This is something disgusting.Had I paid the full amt, I would have become fool.



Due to this I am going through mental stress and lot of inconvenience as I have

other liabilities too and important work to do. Due to not availability of my Phone I am

unable to Contact anyone and wise versa.

I
Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced, or my

amount with the suitable interest rate and compensation, else I will file a complaint with

the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.

I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services

and inconvenience faced due to no availability of my Phone for almost twomonths.
I've given my handsfree for replacment on 21/06/2008 to Shree Communications, Near Mhatre Bridge, Erandwane, Pune.
I have been asked in written to collect the new one on 05/08/2008.
My first concern is why does it take 15 odd days to replace a handsfree?
My second concern is today being 07/08/2008 I've still not received the replacement.
How much more time I will have to wait? Should this be the level of after sales service provided by an International brand like Nokia?

I Had Purchased - Nokia 5700 XpressMusic
from RPG cellucom ([protected])- Located at Dwarka, New Delhi dated 16/3/2008, Invoice No-1432

Mobile is showing problem like - it itself switches off then takes so much time to switch on after repetative efforts to switch on Phone
I asked RPG cellucom -Dwarka center to help me in this case they are telling me to go to Nokia Service center

I request RPG Cellucom Authorities to help me in this matter and do needfull to correct problems in my Mobile so that I dont have to waste my time visiting Nokia Service centers

I am a customer of Nokia .On 7 Aug I purchased a mobile Nokia 6233 from Agrawal traders.com, opposite D.C. Nand Plaza, shahzadi Mandi Agra.After few hours I asked the to exchange the set with Nokia 6300, but he refused to do so. Within 24 hours i requested a couple of times. The result remain nil.
