I have purchased a nokia navigator 6110 and accidently it got wet. my problem was that camera had gone bad and the network wasn't working .although it works outdoors but it doesnt work indoors.the customer care centre in noida just didnt listen to my complain and were acting rudely.now i want to know the cost for the repair of the network part of the handset.?
sir i have a problem in my mobile model no. 5200 so i take it to nokia care in gorakhpur(UP)on 21 june 2008 they said to return in two days but till date ie. 23 august2008 they havent returned my mobile everytime i go there they used to say me that come next week the courier is not received till yet from the head office and they also talk very rudely.Sir i really need your help in getting my mobile back without it i am facing many problems moreover they say that go and do complain anybody cant harm us sir my job sheet no was earlier[protected]/080621/20 but now they are saying taht it is changed to 621/205 on 24 june 2008, sir please help me

COMPLAINT AGAINST NOKIACARE FIROZABAD Sir, A Nokia 3500C wich was purchesed from M/S OmprakashMaheshChandra Shikohabad, (A auth. dealer of pegoria sels pvt.ltd.Firozabad) on Dt. 08.07.2008 against invoice No.742 After few days the set become defect and created DISPLAYPROBLAM, So it was send to Nokiacare Firozabad on Dt.09.08.2008 in GOOD EXTERNALY CONDITION.They give me a jobcard No.293 filled only display problam. but they given us on Dt.23.08.2008 in the broken condition.I said this set is broken by you, then he write on job card cabinate tooti(in hindi).So Pl. take action and give us a fresh set. WICH IS OUR RIGHT. Thanks
I bought a nokia N73 ME phone from Sector 18 Noida after paying Rs 13500. The set from day 1 had problems with retaining charge. It would discharge in 6-7 hrs with average use. I took it to Nokia care they initially said it was a software problem hence they replaced the software. The problem still persistes. Now they are asking me to submit my mobile and battery to be sent to the company. It hasn't been 10 days that i bought this mobile and now they want to send the mobile to the factory which will take atleast 25-30 days. I regret having bought a NOKIA product. it seems i paid 13500 rs to buy a piece of junk.
Nokia service and Its Customer Care service is the worst service. The Company and its service Centre are fraud establishment in India.They are cheating Indian People. In my views this Company should be banned by Indian Government and heavey penalty should be imposed on them for defrauding the People of India.

I purcahsed Nokia N70 from Mobile Store, Sarita Vihar, Delhi on 22.10.2007. On 2nd August'08 I found that it is not working. I visited nearby Nokia Sevice centre at Lajpat nagar on 14.08.08. There they shown me one small white spot mark and told me that liquid has entered into it and it doesn't cover warranty. Also, they declared that this set is not repairable.
When I tried to convince them it is not possible that any liquid can enter into it, they behaved very rudely.

My name is Jithin and i was using N70 music edition handset. On 23rd july 2008 my phone get switched off and it was not getting switched on even after charging. So on the next day ie 24th july 2008 at 1.15 pm, I went to nokia care centre here at hyderabad, vscommunications ltd, opposite to new kapra bus stand, near ECIL. They took my my phone and said it has some liquid damage. But i was sure that i never used my phone in rain. They said it may happen due to moisture content and it will be repaired after 3 hours. My job sheet no is[protected]/080725/19. So I again went there at 6'o clock. They said u come next day. I went there on on 25th. They said it is still in rapairing condition u come next week. On the next week when i went there they said my phone has sent to chennai. They sent my phone without my permission. I checked the online status on www.namscareonline.com. The status is "closed - repaired" . When i asked about this they said it will be like that only for one month. I already went 12 times to that office. On each time they have some different excuses. Yesterday ( 27th august)I went there and they said On next wednesday (3rd september) you will get your phone back. Its already 36 days. If they tell any excuse on that day I will go for legal action against nokia care for cheating.
the same happens to my set, i have nokia 5610 n now it has totally stops working. i want a replacment of the set but there is no reply from nokia after sending lots of mails and calls to them.
i would like to say that consumer department should take these matter seriously as the quality and services of the product is deteriogating day by day and the lots of people r suffring bec of them.

I went so many time in Bandra (W) Airtel Gallary but didn't get any cooperation by them. hello this is avinash ranjan from salem tamilnadu. i am having nokia 5700, when i bought the handset only i m gettig problem i gave my handset 3 times for service but again and again i m facing same problem. two days back call me for collect the handset but handset back cover was broken then they are saying that u have to wait for 10 days. without handset i m facing lots of problem. so pl try to solve my problem.. my job sheat no is 28123. i[censored] wont solve my problem i will give the complaint in consumer court..
I have lost my new N95 series Nokia mobile handset. there is any possibility to find the device.
I bought a nokia mobile 3250 for a big price... From the very first day the memory card never accepted. Have to remove the battery and the memory card from the phone and reload the same. only then it works for sometime. It got crashed 3 times with in 6 months and I have lost all my contacts and the nokia priority centre executive was able to rectify it after many arguments with him. Its the very worst thing which a customer could expect. Expect the sound nothing else works properly. the data suddenly vanishes from the contacts and other applications. Unable to use any additional features. For anything I did n't get any proper response from the T.nagar nokia priority care and people there are really dumb to my complaints. Don't know what to do further. Can any one help on this issue please.

Have bought nokia 6500s on 11/04/2008 but had a problem after 3 month and have given it to nokia care first of all there is no responsible person to talk with second they told that they will send my handset to head office and don`t the the target delivery date it might take 1 month, 3 month, or six month this is not the way to talk, if not interest to deel with customer close the office instead of giving such answer, buying a mobile worth 13700 and within 3 month if it is of no use then the name " nokia" does not give any assurance of brand anyway still have more bad experience about the name nokia. my jobsheet number was[protected]/080701/33 as on 14/july/2008, i have contected your banglore office as i got very bad response after submitting handset my complain number there was 2/3974JT but did not got satisfactory answer anyhow i received a call after 1 and half month from "expert" nokiacare as on 30/8/2008 and i went to take the handset i saw the handset was totally changed the handset which i submitted was of steel body the one which i saw was of black body and the way i got the response from there was pathetic, all i mean from my experience is there is no sense buying brand like such. sorry for such harsh word but could not describe how your nokia care deel with people. now there is a sincere request to deliver my handset at the earliest. As i don`t have time for such issue.

On 1 Feb 2008 i have brought one brand new nokia6233 from hot spot New Delhi after 2 months headset giving me problem that headset not supported i visit in nearest Nokia care center they said that there is no problem regarding head set after 1 month again same problem occurred since i have visit 4 times in Nokia care center regarding this problem and they refuse to change now when i visit 5th time there in care center then they said u have crossed the warranty period of 6months but The sales person told me that you can claim the 1 year service warranty from the sales bill itself and its 6month 18 days just i request that person he refused and said u have to purchase the new head set.Now what should i do to get rid of this additional cost input. sometimes i found while listening to Music or Fm the connection of Headphone gets disconnected automatically & in Music mode the music starts on speaker mode. some time the Handset hangs up & need to be switch off & restarted.
