I would like to draw your kind attention towards my problem which i am facing from the last 9-10 months.
On 21-aug-2007 i handed over my phone to the nokia care center (Star mobitel pvt ltd. G-26 lower ground floor, south extension part 1 N.D 110049) because my phone was not gettin on but uptill now i have not recieved any status from there side. It is very pathetic that the customer has to visit the customer care center to get the status but even then on all my 5 visits all time the answer was same that IT WILL TAKE SOME MORE TIME and now from the last 5 months i am not able to get the status because the person who picks up the phone no given on the job sheet says that the customer care center is closed and now even i dont know that who is the concern person to contact for this problem.
Looking forward for a quick reply from your side.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE...PROVIDE ME THE SOLUTION OR ELSE GIVE ME THE NO OF THE CONCERN PERSON OR DIRECTLY SAY THAT THE CUSTOMER SHOULD FORGET THE PHONE

I have been a patron for Nokia and have bought and used over 10 Nokia sets so far, all af them had costed me over 12K each. i had so much faith in Nokia till recent events. i had bought Nokia N72 in december'07. in august'08, all of a sudden the display went blank on me and the set started shutting itslef off automatically, so i went to the Nokia care center - SHEETLA COMMUNICATIONS (GURGAON). -there they told me that it'll take about 7 to 12 days for me to get the set back after they repair it, and if they didnt find any spare parts for the same, they'll exchange my set for a new one, this was on 11/08/08. so once the 12 days passed, i tried to contact them on the phone numbers they had mentioned on the job sheet...THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO ANY CALLS, ALL MY CALLS WERE UNANSWERED. i had sat for hours calling them with no one picking up my phone. i finally went to there care center to check on the ststus. they then told me that another job sheet was created by their Delhi head office and that was created on 19/08/08, even though they had sent the set to the head office the very next day and now it'll take about 7 to 15 days for me to get my phone back. i took the number for their Delhi head office from them and called them...what the people at the head office told me, totally shattered my faith on the company NOKIA and anyone working or representing the company. they told me that the phone was sent to them on 19th morning and thats when the new job sheet was created and my phone is with the engineer and he is repairing it and it'll take maximum 7 days for me to get my set back, this was on 21/08/08. i have been without mty phone for almost 22 days now and still there is no response from anyone in NOKIA...well according to me this is PATHETIC and i swear never to buy from NOKIA again and will tell this to everyone i know, or i dont know and who ever i meet. NOKIA SUCKS big TIME. and yes one more thing, my set is still within warranty and i m sure if it was out of warranty, i would have got my set back within 2 days from the day i gave it cause that where i had to pay for the repair and they would do the fastest reapir service when they have to take money from the customer.
I have purchased Nokia 2630 and its a worst mobile set by NOKIA . There are too many problems in this set like network problem in handset, call connects but not indicate, Mobile hang at any time, Battery back-up is not good .I complaint four time at Nokia Dealer But he is not supporting to me so i have lotoff loss in my business.

My N95 stalled suddenly after 3 months of buying.
I deposited the phone at Nokia care at Masoodpur, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi on 18.08.08.and they told me the phone would take long as it has to go to head office.
When I drop in to check the status t'day, Sept 3, 2008 .they hand over a phone to me saying that it has got repaired. Happy, i start looking at the phone and trying to put in the battery. But on closer inspection i found was not mine.
On enquiring about this they told me that the company has 'swapped the phone and given you a replacement'.
I smell a fish here. I refused to take the phone back. I insisted on some kind of proof that my phone has been replaced by the company and the reason for the same. I have been told to come t'rrowwould and get the "swap note' from the company. I wonder why these guys don't have it in the first place. Why they did nit tell me that my phone has been replaced?
My phone was new...just 3 months old and scratchless. The one they were trying to pass on was old. Pl. help and advice. Does Nokia have the policy of replacing defective phones with old phones? Or is the Nokia Care shop taking me for a ride?

I have purchased Nokia 3500C in the month of April'08 and it started will problems like Camera going on Stand by mode, Blue tooth services not accepting any image, clips sent etc.
Nokia needs to strengthen their services as this a serious issue.
Please look into the matter seriously.

I bought nokia 3230 from hisar, this is in warranty period .In this mobile I found some hanging problem and keypad was not working prperly I had contacted nokia care at hisar and told the problem. They took over my phone and sent it to Head Office (Chandigarh) after one month they handed over me new mobile beacuse of my mobile was irrepiarable but after four days I found that mobile was not working and I went to nokia care and they said it is dead and again they took over that mobile and sent it to chandigarh on dated 18/8/8 but it is a very harrassment for me last two moths I have not received neither stand by mobile nor good reponse from your nokia care Hisar Branch they are not cooperating .The Compliant Sr. no. is 4231 dated 18-08-08. Please look the matter seriously.

nokia india/9300i — non replacement of mobile phone
Dear sir,This is in reference to my complain dated 26/6/2008, I had given my phone for repairing under warranty period to nokia care jodhpur.Sir even after almost three months i have not received my phone back, i been always misguided by both nokia care jodhpur and also by online customer care department, i called more than twenty times for follow up on customer care but always i was misguided and got wrong information from the executives.Now i got information that i will recieve some re engineered phone instesd of my original phone.This is very disgusting situation when company like nokia have such a bad customer care services, that to solve customers problem in nearly three months and that even not satisfying the customers.
All this is to inform you that if i will not get my original phone or new nokia 9300i or some new phone of same value, of my choice within a week other wise i have to take some legal action.

I bought a Nokia 6300 mobile phone on March 2008. The Problem with my mobile handset is that the stainless steel casing which is glued with some "Nokia glue" has loosened, more specifically it is no longer glued/attached at all and it falls apart save at a small point where it is still intact. Only 5 months has ellapsed since when I bought the BRAND NEW NOKIA 6300 HANDSET which was manufactured in some part of China.
Now the real problem that I discovered is after I visited a "Nokia Care" center to get my mobile phone repaired. I was informed, by the Center, that the product is no longer covered by the limited "warranty" though it is well in the warranty period. The allegation is : I must have dropped my mobile phone and that is why the glue failed.
Now, I have some question which is troubling me in my mind:
1. Is the "NOKIA GLUE" which was used to glue a STAINLESS STEEL casing to some PLASTIC panel really a "MAGIC GLUE" which doesn't fail if the product is not dropped/thrown?
2. When the stainless steel casing is glued using this "NOKIA GLUE" to the plastic, does it form some kind of a homogenous mixture which makes them permanently bonded like they were of same material and/or casted/moulded together at the same time?
3. Can the Nokia People "GUARANTEE" that their "GLUE" works in all kind of environment, let us say a hot and humid conditions too (which I suspect is my case) ? And if they can, where is their labs and for how many months/years?
4. Did I really dropped my mobile phone somewhere, anywhere? If so when, where, from what height?

I was comtemplating that I should sue the Nokia on this issue.Do I have a case? Does normal wear and tear mean that? Isn't it a manufacturing defect? Because metals and plastic don't expand and contract with the same factor isn't that a design defect by Nokia? The list is not ending...
Please someone advise me I am going crazy..

Till day my mobile has not been repaired & today I visited them to ask the detail they started using obsessive language & also telling do what you feel like we will not repair your mobile & take back the mobile.
It was shocking the way they behaved. As we are paying for the repair charges & not getting the job done for free still they r treating us like road side people this is very sad and SHOCKING.
We buy Nokia Phone because of my trust in the brand nokia and its services but it was disaster the service we got from Nokia Care People.
Hope u look into the matter other wise i will take further.

As this centre was not able to repair, this set was sent to head office at Okhla, Delhi and they gave an estiamte of Rs. 6685/-
Reason given for the mobile used in AC is very surprising as now a days AC environment is very common now a days in car, house and office. If this was the problem, it should be wriiten in the instruction manual not to use the same in AC atmosphere.
Can You please help me for such harrassment?

Sir,I have Purchase Nokia Mobile Phone 5300 from Nokia Priorty, B.S. Enterprises, U-9, glory Plaza, sursadan Xing, MG Road Agra(U.P.)-India. IMEI No : [protected] -b no 105051 -c no 0675605. From Two months, I have problem this set that There is no netwrok shown in my mobile.when i insert same chip to my other mobile set.it shows. I went to Noida Nokia Care Center, they kept my mobile phone set for 15 days.and after that It could not be working well.and after that went to that shop from where I purchased it, they have also spent Onemonth but problem is as it is.
