Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

I had purchased NOKIA-3110-C mobile phone dtd. 30 Aug -2007. problem arised on
my mobile and I have been contacting number of times to your NOKIA CARE UNIT at
vadodara but they are not able to solve my problem. They told me that mobile was given
to delhi care unit . after coming from delhi I am not satisfied with the job carried on my
hand set. I have checked it but it is not working properly. Again I contacted nokia care
unit dtd. 11 sept. 2008. they again told me that we have been sending it to delhi.
I could not understand what can I do. Being a genuine brand name I have purchased
nokia handset. If you are not able to solve my problem please give me a new hand set. I have given all my details regarding correspomds to rayrhythms nokia care unit at baroda.

I shocked to bring to your knowledge that i have purchased the above-noted set in feb-2008. after workling wel for two months it got out of work. when i go to your customer care center they said that it is due to some software problems. then they repair it and give me in working condition. but after working 1 month the same problem occurs again. then again i go there they again repair it and give it to me. but after that working 9 days in a proper way it again get out of work. then again i go there and requested to repair it in a well manner. they request me to wait for 20 days. on that day the date was[protected].after 25 days when i go there to bring my cell then they said that e have'nt recieve ur cell from our head office please wait for one week. but when after oneweek i go there then they said that till now we have'nt recieve your cell. after getting to much irritation i have take this step. now i am too much irritated. now it's too enough. i am sending this mail to inform you about your customer support executives. but now if i dont get my cell in working condition till saturday then on monday[protected] i'll go to consumer cout too complain for your company. i dont want take that type of step but ur executives force me to do that. also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

Dear sir,
I m from vadodara. I have purchased 5310 Express Music on 28th of march. Then after three months, there got some problem/s in mobile. The mobile sets restarted as per its wish, hanging problem, rapid heating of battery. Ihave given my phone to NOKIA CARE in vadodara near AKSHAR CHOWk. My mobile went there for three times for checking in 2 months. And this is the 4 th time they have sent my mobile. But they r not responding in proper manner. I have asked for relacement of my mobile and they said that for that u have to go for complaint in NOKIA CARELINE abd what nokia careline is telling me that u have to go replacement complaint in nokia care.They are still not able to remove the problem after three times checking.To the criteria for which i have selected to purchase is not fulfilled by you people. Now i m going with mixed feeling inside me where to go. Upto now i have given my precious thhing both money and time. I am totally fed with nokia care.

i have purchased nokia 6085 before 11 months. Now befor 1 month i got problem with display. When i went to customer care (Chinchwad) pune then they said to me that its warrenty is over now because water or liquid is inserted in it. But i am ensuring You that it is wromg..
If we talk then Due to hoty atmosphear it will definiatly get wety or some liquid can born due to hot atmosphear...
So i am very affraid now & please get me proper solution, Because now warrenty time is remain only 15 days.
Otherwise i have to take some legal action...Because i am right from my side...
Please do it as soon as possible...

Dear Sir,

I bought a New Nokia 6500 Phone from Hotspots Retails Limited delhi (invoice NO:[protected] dated 16/07/2008), But Now the current position is that my Phone is not working properly(Display problem), i cant see any display things and also I am without a phone for past 2 days, which is a basic need for life.I submit the phone to Nokia Care, Alwar (Rajasthan) but your maintinance engineer said that "Your display Screen is broken and we cant give you warranty of this problem"

I am sure that my set is not dropped any time how can i beleive that my display screen is break.

Nokia is a Reputed brand in Market but this type of comments not shown your company's status good.

So request you to pls try to solve my problem urgently.

sir. i have nokia 6233 frm almost 2 yrs..till now it didnt give any problem..but recently there is a problem in my set..my inbox is not opening.everytime i try to open it..it says operation failed...its a 40 series set( java series) so no antivirus is there for it.and it can work even if it has got virus..kindly let me know what should i do...for the same...is there any website from where i can download free software..for 6233..?
i'm using 3220 nokia handset.. from one week my battery is not working when.. so i visited ur nokia out-let the persion sad to me that my battery is spoiled.. and he sad to take a new battery.. when i asked that persion what is the cost of 3220 battery he sad me RS 1600/- .. can u tell me exite rate of battery..

We have purchased 1 hand set model Nokia 1660 from Shree Jee Mobile Ghaziabad (UP) vide bill no. 307 dtd 08/09/2008. We used the set only few days than faced problem that set not working properly. So we go to Nokia care Hapur (UP) but he says one month time required for repairing. ASE[protected], Nokia care job sheet no.[protected]. Product code-0547172, IMIE-[protected], Battery-BLFC.
We will not wait for one month so please replace the hand set with new one immediately because that is product fault. Otherwise we don’t want nokia product in future.

Your early action is highly appreciable.

I bought New NOKIA 2600 c, this 17 August 2008 (M/s GROVER INFOCOMM) and found the Penal is loose is just find out within 3 days, due to find out and reported NOKIA CARE (SUSHIL TELECOM) within 10 days and still with them since 29/08/2008. And now the looks like spurious, fake one. Is this the standard of NOKIA India mobiles? Or NOKIA as a whole

My IEMI no. is [protected], which is still under warranty and 10 days old. When I called customer care, they say the penal loose does not cover under warranty same is cosmetic, Who can ask this... they simply say the standard cosmetic does not come under warranty, means they had sold the component not the penal. Will the authorities take trouble to take the same back as gift from my side.
