Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

I want to block a number...I had try on call barring service..bt it asks for a password.i.e. 1234..but it is not accepting.please tell me how can I block numbers.

i have submitted my N95 @ nokia care located at sec. 2 Noida on 25.08.2009 with the following problems
1. sets gets hanged up frequently
2. once the set is switched off and after turning on all the dates and time are reset
3. set was showing phone memory full for last 2 weeks and no operations cud be performed.
4. once the headset is connected to set, after removal phone gets mute and no voice can be heard, so either i had to reconnect the headset or had to boot the set to resolve.
5. very often the calls wud get one way, either i'm unable to hear the caller or vice-versa so the set had to be rebooted to resolve.

with the above problems i was given an expected return date of 30.09.2008.
since 28th had been calling the numbers given in the jobsheet ([protected] / [protected] / [protected] & +[protected] but i never got connected as either they are out of coverage area or busy.
i was advised that i will either get a call or an sms about the exact status of my set within 3 days.but till date i dint get any such feedback unless i wrote a mail to [protected]@hcl.in
that too the reply i get from Ms. Mohini Singh is that my set is not repairable and i can collect the same back.
Approx 8 months back also i had gone to same nokia care center for the same problems that time they had just formatted the set and returned, but again for last 1 month same problems started and now that my cell is out of warranty what choice do i have.
i just can throw a cell worth Rs. 34, 000.00
i had so much of faith in Nokia but this incidence has really shattered my faith.

I have purchased a Nokia phone, model-2760 from Planet-m, Bhubaneswar counter on 6th July 2008. Although the set is nice and it has studded with great many opation, yet its FM inputs isn't working at all. Kindly get it replaced or suggest any repairing in any authorised counter in Bhubaneswar at the earliest as it is under waranty coverage.

I bought nokia model 2630 type RM -298 from bolpur westbengal on 16/07/2008.model number is 359822/01/964453/7 code:0549379 we bought it by it after spending considerable money. i have bought it from a nokia showroom there. since the day of its use it is giving problem of hanging. it hangs after sometime automatically and even on swithcing it on and off it fails to work.even taking out and replacing the battery doesnot work.AND NOW THE DISPALY UNIT NOT WORKING . this is very sad and SHOCKING. In fact buying the brand NOKIA was to escape the inconveniences we are facing today. kindly help me out of this everyday torture and the great loss of money, as now the prices of the same model has also fallen.

I have faced a problem with my Nokia 6270 mobile and hence went to my nearest customer care (Koramangala, Bangalore) branch.They have charged Rs. 50/- initially for inspection of the mobile. I was told that a signal chord is damaged and would cost Rs 500/- more for immediate repair. After sometime i received my mobile with the slider panel tampered. I had to take my mobile back as i had no option. My mobile looks very ugly with the tampered panel of the slider. I didn't get the expected service from the company's outlet. Very ridiculous customer care i have ever visited. Please respond to my plea.

Please confirm me the status of my complaint except false promises, the 10 days old hand-set is with your NOKIA CARE since 29/Aug 2008, Care Ref. 2-3E3HEP also failed. How much time do you require to resolve the matter. Either should I take up the matter with CEO to get it repaired or accept gift from my side. Please take your decision at the earliest I have to proceed further, saliencey is not the solution of problums.

But now my phnoe is dead. This is hang & Dispay Blank.
When i go to noke customer care they call it CUP IC (Main IC) Problem & tell this phone cannot repair Go to local market & try to repair. Sir u tell me wht I do when ur not able to repair where we go. I pay free to repair but these tell not repaire.

Plz solve my problem now
