Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

hi there, i have purchased a N-70 last year on 12 november but this year in july 28 it was hang suddenly n when i went to care center they said it is water damaged, since it might be some software problme the mechanic opened the cell and replied i will try if it may get repaired, but after the 20 days they said it can't be repair and the my cell was further damaged by company or that mechanic himself, now i have tension in my mind how i should get it repair as they replied it can't be neither repaired nor replaced by company, plz get me some solution to this problem. my mobile's original IM EI number is [protected] but it is changed by company or may be at care center. now i want my cell back new or in running condition as it is still in warrenty period. otherwise i m gonna lodge a lawsuit against nokia care center and nokia mobile company...
I am a SBI Card holder since 2 years, Last month i received a scratch card from SBI of AVAMERCHANDISING, after scratching i got Check Mate clock - 1055 thereafter i tried several times to its tollfree no [protected]/[protected] for giving up details to claim the gift & i am also ready to pay the said ammount but as & when i call the toll free no it gets transferred to the concerned person & gets disconnected, i have also sms the details, i have also tried to mail but it bounces back.

My all efforts are in vain, being such a big company SBI should not have tieups with such fraud companies.

SO LET ME TELL THE WHOLE STORY
1. I GAVE MY NOKIA N81 8GB TO NOKIA CARE CENTRE JAIPUR.IN TONK ROAD ON 26/AUG/08 WITH FAULTS IN PHONE
..WASN'T ABLE TO UPGRADE MY NGAGE SOFTWARE
..SLIDER POOR FIT
..INCOMING VOICE IN SPEAKER LOW DURING ATTENDING CALL
i was told to remove all the lamination on the phone and they gave me my phone battry and the sim card


2.THEY TOLD ME THAT YOUR PHONE WILL BE CHECKED IF WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE IT WE WILL FORWARD IT TO NOIDA. MAIN OFICE CALLED SOMEYHING LIKE L3
THEY TOLD ME THET THE WHOLE PROSCESS WILL TAKE 15 TO 17 DAYS.

3.. I CALLED THEM AGAIN THEY WERE JUST AVOIDING THE DATE FINALLY AFTER I MONTH AND SOME DAYS THY RANG ME UP. AND CALLED TO CENTRE TO COLLECT THE PHONE THE DATE WAS 29 SEPTEMBER.

3.. WHEN I VISITED THERE THEY HANDED MY PHONE AND THEY TOLD ME TO SIGN. THE RECEIVING. SO I DID. THE PHONE WAS COVERED WITH BLUE LAMINATION ON SCREEN..THE SLIDER WAS FIT. WHEN I SAW THE BACK SIDE OF MY PHONE IT WAS FULL OF SCRACHS. SO I THOUGHT TO REMOVE THE BLUE LAMINATION.ON SCREEN DURING REMOVING THE UPPER TWO BUTTONS OF NGAGE GAMING CAME OUT WITH IT I WAS TOTALLY SHOCKED.AND AFTER REMOVING FURTHERI SAW THE SCRREN WAS BADLY AFFECTED BY THE SCRACHS . I WASNT ABLE TO SEE THE SCRREN CLEAR. SO I HANDED IT BACK TO THE RECEIVING OFFICER. HE TOLD ME THAT U HAVE REMOVED THE COVER VIGROUSLY..I SAID WHAT ARE U SAYING..
ARE U SEEING THE CONDITION OF MY PHONE . I TOLD HIM TO TAKE ME TO MANAGER NOKIA CARE JAIPUR TONK ROAD.
THEN CAME THE ONOTHER EXECUTIVE NAMELY MR. BUBNESH. HE GAVE ME BACK THE SLIP. AND TOLD ME WE WILL MAKE ITS REPLACEMENT WITHIN 10 DAYS. I WAS VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE STAFF OUT THERE SO I CALLED ON 15 RATHER AFTER 15 DAYS THEY TOLD ME THAT YOUR PHONE IS IN NOIDA AGAIN IT WILL BE DELIVERED IN NEXT WEEK..


IT HAS BEEN NOW IMONTH+20 DAYS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PHONE. . SO U TELL ME WHAT TO DO.. PLEASE..

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Nokia 6085 from M/s Paragon vide Bill. No. 3605 dated 22.06.2007. As it is a flap model after being purchased within…. All of a sudden display on flap disappears. I contacted to Nokia care “Rama telecom” 41-42 opp jmb oswal complex sarang marg suraj pole Udaipur ( Raj.) on 14.11.07. I left my phone at Nokia Care with a job sheet No. 5 got back my phone on 05.12.07 but not in proper working condition. I was surprise to see such a poor service from Nokia care. Very same day i.e on 05.12.07 I have being given another job sheet No. 5 and I have to give my phone back to Nokia Care. Then I got back my mobile phone approx. after 1 ½ months in working condition. The same problem again found in the mobile set on 04.03.08 and given to “ Rama telecom” Udaipur ( Raj.) on 04.03.08 vide service job sheet No. 13 dated 04.03.08 and same was received by us after 1-1/2 month time after repair.

At last sir as my handset is only 15 months old out of which it has been with you and Nokia Care approx 4-5 months and the problem has been delayed just to pass the warranty period because it has very same problem now also. So you are requested to replace my handset with a new one or I have no other option to go to Consumer Court.

i am a user of nokia phone since last 8 years, i am quite satisfy by the nokia phones as well as the service of the nokia phone.

but sorry to say i purchased the nokia N 73 in 22 May 2008, after 5 months the battery get disturbed of the phone, I hand over phone to nokia care Rudrapur on 14 OCTOBER 2008 and they said that I have to leave my battery for 1 week for replacement then I asked him to give me a subsitute for 1 week and he refuse to do the same.
Finally today i decided to mail the company to look up the matter seriously and maintain the customer satisfaction.
Kindly tell me the right procuder.

This is for your kind information that I Mafruza Sultana wish to bring your kind notification regarding this matter. I don’t expect this type of service and behaviour from a renounced company like Nokia. I am giving the matter below:


1. I bought a nokia mobile phone ( NOKIA 3500 CLASSIC, IME NO: [protected]) from MOBILE BAAZAR of BAAZAR KOLKATA (V.I.P. Road, Kolkata) on 01/09/2008 at 12:58:13 pm paying 5470/-.

2. According to the instruction the battery was charged for 10 hours. In the morning on 02/09/2008, I switched on the mobile3 and made a call for 10 minute. The LCD & battery of the phone was getting very hot, which was entirely unexpected from a brand new mobile set of NOKIA (talktime upto 3 hours).


3. On that very day I went to mobile bazaar. They checked and confirmed that there was some problem with that particular handset. But they can’t help me. They asked me to visit NOKIA CARE.

4. I visited nokia care situated at: 83, GHOLAGHATA ROAD, BELOW VIP TOWER COMPLEX, KOLKATA.


5. After a long wait of 2 hour they listened to my problem. They took the handset for software updating. (JOB SHEET NO:[protected]/080902/54).

6. On 03/09/2008 they handed over the phone to me at 6 pm telling that the phone is all right.


7. On coming back home I faced the same problem again and visited nokia care again on 04/09/2008. then they suggested me to ask mobile bazaar to REPLACE my phone with a new one.

8. I went to mobile bazaar, they denied to replace the phone and again referred to NOKIA CARE.


9. I was very busy on that day . I sent one of my friend to nokia care. The nokia care employees denied to talk to him and they behaved very rudely. After a talk over phone with me, they accepted my complain and took my phone to send to the HEAD OFFICE of NOKIA for minimum 15 days. (JOB SHEET NO:[protected]/080904/03 ON 04/09/2008).

10. ON 19/09/2008 (FRIDAY) at about 6pm I got a call from nokia care to take the delivery of my phone on 22/09/2008.


11. On 22/09/2008 they gave me the phone. I checked it and the same problem was existing (IT WAS GETTING HOT).

12. Again they have sent my phone to HEAD OFFICE (JOB SHEET NO:[protected]/080904/03) for ANOTHER 15 DAYS.

13. I talked to the Proprietor MR. RAJESH SINGHANIYA, who told me that the phone is getting hot – it was none of his business, he can’t help, he can only go through the process – that’s all. He also told that I may have to visit not only for 3 weeks, the time may be 3 months as many other customers. I HAVE TO WAIT AND WAIT. He added that per day 3000 to 4000 mobile sets reach there at HEAD OFFICE, it is not possible to check whether the phone is repaired or not, they and their company are not responsible for anything. NOW TELL ME – THEN WHO WILL TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY IF A BRAND NEW PHONE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY? He also added that MOBILE BAAZAR is not an AUTHORISED DEALER of nokia phones.


14. Now I want the JUSTICE & COMPENSATION. I have bought a mobile phone to use, not for going through PROCESSES of NOKIA. I don’t have that much time to visit nokia care again and again. Mobile bazaar is selling handsets in bright daylight with air-conditioned showrooms at many places. How could I know that it is authorized or not??? The company should take steps.

15. I DO HAVE ALL THE LEGAL PAPERS of the phone.

16. I have invested Rs. 5470 on 01/09/2008 for a mobile phone & am not being able to use it till today (24/09/2008). God knows when I’m going to start using the phone.


17. IS NOKIA GOING TO PAY THE INTEREST OF THAT AMOUNT???

18. WHAT ABOUT THE TRAVELLING CHARGES FOR VISITING NOKIA CARE AGAIN & AGAIN??? ARE THEY GOING TO PAY ME BACK???


19. AND HOW THEY WILL COMPENSATE MY HARRASSMENTS???

20. WHAT ABOUT THE LOSS OF TIME. HOW COULD IT WILL BE COMPENSATED???


21. I WANT YOUR AUTHORITY TO GO THROUGH THIS MATTER AND GIVE ME PROPER JUSTICE.

22. NOKIA IS A BIG NAME. I WISH IT WILL NOT SPOIL ITS NAME AND FAME BY HARRASSING AND DISAPPOINTING ITS CUSTOMERS.

I Gagan Anand Airport manager IGI had bought a nokia phone model no E-61 I almost 4 months back from Hot Spot which is in Cannaught place, The density of this complaint is quite high because i am totally dissatisfied this time since i am a regular user of Nokia phones only, God knows what happened all of a sudden to this set after receiving a call it got blank the screen was not featuring any thing in the cell, i immediately reported this matter to hot spot from where i bought this phone and had an reply that we cant do any this its better u speak to nokia people now this is very strange i spent almost 16000 is this set and this is a kind a product you people are selling in the market which does not have any durability.

I would like to you people to have my set replaced or otherwise assist with your officials by whom i can complaint for the same .

i have set 6233 m addition. when i am using internet through mobile on pc i use cable but battery back up is only 2 or 3 hrs & when battery is low i put the phone on charging and continue downloading & surfing. during charging my net connection is lost and my phone connection is disconnect from my pc. why this happen? can u help me to solve th eproblem. plz help me. i will wait for ur response

Nokia N82 — No proper reply from the customer Care and Nokia Care

I have purchased Nokia N82 on May-2008. Head set which i got with the mobile has manufacturing defects. I have submitted the head-set in the Nokia Care branch

Address: Golden plaza, #13, Annaiah reddy Building, Marathahalli, banglore - 560037.

I have submitted on 13/sep/2008, still i haven;t received the head-set yet. I have called the Nokia customer care and raised a complaint, Customer care people are saying that they have delivered the head-set to the Nokia Care center. But the nokia care center people are saying that they have not received head-set.

After few days, we came to know that the facility of Bluetooth was not working, we made complained for the same to the above authorized nokia shop, they refer to the Nokia Service center for the same.

We booked complaint on 26.07.2008 at Rama Telecom, 41-42, First Floor, Opp JMB, Oswal Complex, Sarang Marg, Surajpol, Udaipur (Rajasthan) –, Land Line No.[protected] Contact Person – Mr.Gurpreet) Nokia Service Center, they given Job sheet No. NIL dated 26.07.2008.

Again they given another Job sheet No.[protected]/080729/17 dated 29.07.2008 and its targeted delivery date was 13.08.2008 and informed that they will send this to Jaipur for repair because it was not reparable at there end.

Problem remain the same when we went on 14.08.2008, we asked if the mobile is not repairable then kindly provide us new mobile handset because the condition of our newly purchased mobile was so much worst, not repairable as per nokia service persons, the cover was changed & it was looking like very old mobile .On the same day they given another their Job Sheet No.2720 dated 14.08.2008

This is with continuation to my complaint dated 17.08.2008, the position remain the same, the thing is that 4 days back we had received call from your Udaipue Nokia center that collect your new mobile set, when we callected the same & check the Blutooth then its OK but at home when we check its camera then its not working, again we went to your Udaipur Nokia center & inform regarding camera problem, your technical persons had also checked & try to resolve the problem for 1 & 1/2 hrs but unable to rectify the error & inform that we have to send this hand set to our compnay for repair again.

I can't understand that what is going on with Nokia Mobile, we are suffering since last 4 & 1/2 months & its also creating a problem, tension & our wastage of time & follup with your nokia centers .

Your Udaipur Nokia persons has also told us that we have to write stong mail to the company for this defective Mobile sets & customer dissaticfaction.

Last time i am requesting you that, Kindly arrange to take necessary action to replace the defective mobile with new handset, other wise i will complaint to consumer court for the same.

Recently I bought Nokia 5610 IMEI no [protected], there was problem with the speaker ( viz: Hissing Nose ) & the slider key was not ok, I submitted it to M/S KONARK COMMUNICATION, Osmanpura, Aurangabad, Maharashtra,
They kept it for more than 15 days with them, & added so many problems like Handsfree connection problem, Auto restart problem, & the speaker problem is still persists,
what I guess is, your people working with the service center level1 must be using for private use.can i come to know the exact procedure why they take too much time to repair,
& i just wanted to know whether my handset had been sent to L3 or it is repaired it at L1 itself.

Dear Nokia Team,

Its regarding the service issue of the NOKIA care in Hubli and Nokia Priority Dealer in Dharwad.

I Mr.Vishwas Bhat had purchased Nokia 5610d-1 mobile on 19th January 2008, paying Rs.12500 from Nokia Priority Dealer in Dharwad (Mr Sudhakar), hoping that Nokia is the best brand and provides good services to the customer at all time. I am a committed Nokia customer as, presently I have 3 mobiles of Nokia brand with me, and used almost 20 Nokia hand sets and recommended lots of my friends to purchase Nokia Mobiles. But it is disappointing factor for me, once I have purchased new Nokia 5610d-1. I have used this mobile for almost 7 months. Once the servicing part has come Nokia dealer is not responding properly saying he is taking care of only sales and not services.

Firstly I visited Nokia Care of Hubli ( IT Park Centre) on Aug 16 2008, same day evening they told it has got some serious problem, and you have to give dead approval for us. I had given the approval. 4 days they kept it with them and said that we have to send it to Bangalore to repair and again asked for dead approval. I contacted Nokia Priority Dealer Mr. Sudhakar of Dharwad with whom i had purchased my mobile. He told bring it back and give to me i will get it repaired.I did the same thing and given it to Sudhakar on 22 nd Aug.They kept my mobile for almost 40 days even after reminding several times and returned back saying that it has been repaired properly. But when I used it for one day it showed the same problem along with battery not charging. Again I gave it back to the Mr Sudhakar. After 2 days, I have received the same Handset saying that repaired properly. But I kept with me for a night and faced the same problem along with additional problem(not catching the signals).

If you are not able to repair/replace the Handset locally, then why you open NOKIA care centre every where spending high value. Is it a show-off or any Sales tactics???

Then Sudhakar told that we take care of sales only, and go to Nokia Care Hubli directly, I will speak with Mr. Ganesh who is incharge there. I visited to Nokia Care on 8th October 2008, asked Mr.Ganesh, Incharge of Nokia Care Hubli. He assured me that he will replace the old set with new one within 10 days. When I have reminded him on 12 th day, Mr.Ganesh promised that he will get it by 22 oct 2008. When I visited Nokia care on 22 nd oct 2008, firstly he said its not yet repaired and he told me to wait for half an hour. Afterwards he told your set is replaced with new one and he gave me a set, which was very old and heavily used(What I felt by seeing it). I have not accepted as it is used. When I asked for the clarification he told that "you will get new mobile by Saturday". afterwards he told he will not give me new set, but replace with used set. In addition he told to go to consumer court and told me to speak with anybody regarding this issue. Then I called Customer care number twice, who has not responded correctly. I doubt that you are keeping my mobile with you to expire its warrantee period.

When I paid Rs.12500 cash for new one, with in warrantee period, WHY SHOULD I GET USED/OLD REPLACED SET? For me Rs.12500 is a high amount. I don't know about Nokia Company/officials.

I am Unit Sales Manager in ICICI Lombard GIC Ltd, we are also in Service sector. But we are not aware about these type of service providers.

This is the pain which I got from the NOKIA CARE and Nokia Priority Dealer. I only can understand how badly I suffered because of the Nokia service. My only mistake is trusting Nokia brand and buying the Hand set from Nokia Priority Dealer.

After paying Rs.12500 and not using the handset for more than 2 months will not make any sense. Calling 100 times to your NOKIA care officials and Nokia Dealers and getting worst response has worsen the situation for me. Nobody is bothered to give services and give response correctly.

Now my conclusion regarding NOKIA is Its an branded company with the worst services and worst responded officials/dealers.

And I have every right to ask help from the CONSUMER FORUM regarding this issue.

Dear Nokia Team,

Its regarding the service issue of the NOKIA care in Hubli and Nokia Priority Dealer in Dharwad.

I Mr.Vishwas Bhat had purchased Nokia 5610d-1 mobile on 19th January 2008, paying Rs.12500 from Nokia Priority Dealer in Dharwad (Mr Sudhakar), hoping that Nokia is the best brand and provides good services to the customer at all time. I am a committed Nokia customer as, presently I have 3 mobiles of Nokia brand with me, and used almost 20 Nokia hand sets and recommended lots of my friends to purchase Nokia Mobiles. But it is disappointing factor for me, once I have purchased new Nokia 5610d-1. I have used this mobile for almost 7 months. Once the servicing part has come Nokia dealer is not responding properly saying he is taking care of only sales and not services.

Firstly I visited Nokia Care of Hubli ( IT Park Centre) on Aug 16 2008, same day evening they told it has got some serious problem, and you have to give dead approval for us. I had given the approval. 4 days they kept it with them and said that we have to send it to Bangalore to repair and again asked for dead approval. I contacted Nokia Priority Dealer Mr. Sudhakar of Dharwad with whom i had purchased my mobile. He told bring it back and give to me i will get it repaired.I did the same thing and given it to Sudhakar on 22 nd Aug.They kept my mobile for almost 40 days even after reminding several times and returned back saying that it has been repaired properly. But when I used it for one day it showed the same problem along with battery not charging. Again I gave it back to the Mr Sudhakar. After 2 days, I have received the same Handset saying that repaired properly. But I kept with me for a night and faced the same problem along with additional problem(not catching the signals).

If you are not able to repair/replace the Handset locally, then why you open NOKIA care centre every where spending high value. Is it a show-off or any Sales tactics???

Then Sudhakar told that we take care of sales only, and go to Nokia Care Hubli directly, I will speak with Mr. Ganesh who is incharge there. I visited to Nokia Care on 8th October 2008, asked Mr.Ganesh, Incharge of Nokia Care Hubli. He assured me that he will replace the old set with new one within 10 days. When I have reminded him on 12 th day, Mr.Ganesh promised that he will get it by 22 oct 2008. When I visited Nokia care on 22 nd oct 2008, firstly he said its not yet repaired and he told me to wait for half an hour. Afterwards he told your set is replaced with new one and he gave me a set, which was very old and heavily used(What I felt by seeing it). I have not accepted as it is used. When I asked for the clarification he told that "you will get new mobile by Saturday". afterwards he told he will not give me new set, but replace with used set. In addition he told to go to consumer court and told me to speak with anybody regarding this issue. Then I called Customer care number twice, who has not responded correctly. I doubt that you are keeping my mobile with you to expire its warrantee period.

When I paid Rs.12500 cash for new one, with in warrantee period, WHY SHOULD I GET USED/OLD REPLACED SET? For me Rs.12500 is a high amount. I don't know about Nokia Company/officials.

I am Unit Sales Manager in ICICI Lombard GIC Ltd, we are also in Service sector. But we are not aware about these type of service providers.
