Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

NOKIA HANDSET 3600 — POOR QUALITY OF PRODUCT & UN-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

It is very shocked to bring to your notice that I have recently purchased (on the 15 Oct 08) the above-noted set and it has started having technical problems within 10 days o[censored]sage. The mobile crashed. I have picked up this set from the mobile store at Vasant Arcade Market, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi and it is under warranty- period.

As advised by the Mobile store, I personally went to the Nokia service center at S-10 Green Park and it was deposited for repair. The complaint nos: [protected] dated 30 Oct 08.The person attending in the repair section advised to check status after 3-4 days. When I went to collect my mobile I was informed that there was a software problem and it has been repaired. I was handed an absolute bare handset, all its factory loaded software have been removed. On asking for the software to be loaded no-one at the center could help me out. This reflects the carelessness and non-professional approach of the customer care as well as technical people handling repairs, all the factory setting and software needs to be loaded. To top this, the same day after receiving the repaired hand-set it has crashed again.

Since I have purchased the phone recently on the 15 Oct and it is under warranty period, want replacement of the hand-set at the earliest. I do-not want to get into the hassle of running to repair center who have already reflected their un-professional approach by not being able to identify the problem in the hand-set as a result of which it has crashed again.



In view of the above said it would be appreciated that my complaint be attended at the earliest and be given a new hand-set. Please ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

I buy Nokia n95 8gb. first few month it good after some time it cosmetic gone i but in February 2008 after seven month i send it to Nokia care in Mumbai they send back to me without do nothing Nokia care is one they don't care the customer requirements. if they have problem in there electronic they have to clear it. i think normal cell ( cosmetic ) better then this cheap one i spend that time 750 $ this is really expansive cell the quality is really cheap.

I bought nokia N 81 8GB from Doha State of Qatar month of sep-08 .now i am in doha bcs i am working in Doha. month of oct-08 i am leaving in india for vocation then i have to given my mobile my wife now she is facing some problem . i have bought it from a nokia showroom there. since the day of its use it is giving problem of hanging & also dispaly off it fails to work.please suggest to me what i can do.

Nokia N 93 i Mobile Phone — LCD Display Screen of N 93 i

Dear Sir,

I had purchased an N 93 i and its display screen has got damaged & needs to be replaced.
I had enquired at several placed in Delhi, Gol Market for the spare but got variable rates ranging from Rs 2400 to Rs 5000 for the same.
All had refused availability of the same.
Besides non had gauranteed ORIGINAL Disaplay Screen availability.

I need to get this phone repaired soon

Can I get the availability & rates for the Original Nokia N 93 i mobile display screen & can I purchase it directly from authorised dealer.

Currently I am in Gandhidham, Kutch & NOKIA CARE of Gandhidham also refuses availability as well as they dont have the right instruments to carry out the repair job.

They are still working with screw drivers to split open the Display screen from the mobile body.

Appreciate your immediate response wrt purchase details of the N93i mobile Display Screen.

I had parchased a Battery (BP-6M) from dealer of Nokia, Shakarpur, Delhi-110092 and with couple of days stop working.

I deposite the same to Service centre at Krishna Nagar, Delhi-1100092 having e-mail id [protected]@nokiacareindia.com.

Almost 20 days has passed i am yet to get replacement of battery. My hand set is still lying idle.

I bought Nokia N70 only 5 months back.The set was behaving oddly in respect of its Battery syytem.The Battery cannot retain charge even for 24 hrs.At first I thought the problem was with the Battery.So, I got it changed.Still, there was no improvement.I gave the set to Nokia Care at Garia, Kolkata on 14 October.But whenever i enquire with them regarding the status, I get identical answer:the set is lying with their headoffice.They seem to be in dark nabout when I can expect my set back.Such has become the quality of Nokia sets and Nokia service.So, let the buyers beware.

I have purchased Nokia 7500 Prism from Anjalika Information Systems & Technology Pvt Ltd, F-55, Ist Floor, East Delhi Mall, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad.
Its battery downs within 24 hours when it is not used.
Its charging time is 2 hours.
I have contacted Customer acre centre, HCL, C-4, Sector - II, Noida.
They suggested to surrender the mobile for 25 days.
It is not possible to me because I am living at Rath, Hamirpur, UP nearby Jhansi (125 kms) and Kanpur (150 kms).
Kindly suggest what should I do.
