Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

i have a set name N 1600 which i have bought before past 3 months.Till now it is working well but i am facing a problem in this set.That whenever i am going in Tone Setting after that Ringing tone, when i use to set my ringing tone i.e when i am clicking in ringing tone them my set automatically is switch off and there is no option of setting my ringing tone.So kindly solve my problem as fast asa possible.

Nokia3500c — nokia care does nt care

God forbid don't know what sort of customer care centres have been opened by this MNC NOKIA.
The employees don't have courtesy to interact properly and the services are poor, one has to waste time sitting for their turn to come, real slow centres.However the major issue is the REPLACEMENT issue company fails to replace the set even after they have tried to repair it 6 times mind you 6 times. This is heights of taking customers for granted.
It's simply a frustrating issue when asked for replacement of set, which worked only for 6 months and afterwards i ve been doin rounds of so called nokia customerr care.Incapibilty of the company to repair or replace .
This way NOKIA is definately gonna lose its customers n i being a victim would hereby ask all my near n dear ones not to get carried away by their name alone. NOKIA Care cant keep up with their post sales services inspite of fact they know there is major problem with their handset. BEWARE !!
Not worth ur money !! Moreover the mental agony who's going to calm that NOKIA do you have an answer!
Sir i did purchased nokia 6300 mobile from subhisha in feb, 2007 from faridabad..it's emi no is [protected]. the problem is that it's f.M lead is not working for last two months... Due 2 some critical circumstances i had 2 go to my native place where it fall from my hands and its steel case lock got broken.. and when i went 2 a local nokia service they told me that this is aphysical damage. so it can't be taken in warenty... but F.M lead's problem is not a physical damaged problem... i was not satisfied with their responsse...
My complete family of six members are using nokia brands for many years...and have cno complaints till last month. But with this mobile phone we are totally surprised with this type of poor service.
so please do something so that my trust would be failtful towards nokia in future...
Hope nokia will understsnd my feeling and arrange a better service for my nokia 6300 phone. i'll be very thankful towards nokia . waiting for your reply...

I have purchased nokia 2505 mobile on 3 Nov 08 and due to battery discharge and overheating problem send to nokia care center (Shree communication - Pune ) Job Sheet no[protected]/081103/100 for 20days but till date I have not received my mobile due to technical problem.I want repalcement because without any use this mobile having such problem so please send me repalcement as early as possible.

It was told to me that there is display problem & the same will be done & you will get the set back on the very next morning.

Surprisingly after 5-6 days after enquiring about the set it was told the they had send the set at corporate & minimum 15 days will be there for get it back.

Before sending nothing was asked about the sending of the same. This is simply making the customers fool . I think Nokia is slowly going to close down its market from India.

Such types of care centre must be closed if they do not give quality services. I request to pl. look in to the problem .

With reference to above kindly note that my nokia 6233 mobile was missed during traveling in delhi Metro train.For the seme I have already given application to Metro police, delhi.
