Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

I have purchased nokia 5610d, From the first day it is having auto restart problem, after few days the slide key broken, after few days it was created hang out problem, after some days it's LED flash stopped, then vibration stopped, today the calculator is stopped.
This is the worst model from nokia.
Any nokia mobile is worst, better to go with erricson or LG.
I will never buy or suggest any one about nokia.
It was my biggest mistake in my life that I purchased nokia.

I bought Nokia 6300 on 7th december 08, from Croma thats near rohini M2K. My handset is not workin' properly. Everything is fine but its memory card slot is not working. suggest me something plz. I am a regular user of Nokia. I've a Nokia 1100, 3315, 6600 also. please sir suggest me something. Quick action will be highly appreciated.
I gave my nokia bluetooth(bh101)headset for service on 27.09.2008, untill now i dint get any responce from customercare . I want back my bluetooth headset back.

I have purchased an E-90 Communicator phone, and its been just 4 days I have brought this phone and last 4 days have been nightmare for me. I purchased it for Rs.34, 000. and in this rupees I have only brought mental tension, shame and frustration.
Firstly it was a defective peace sold to me and I complained it to the shopkeeper on the very next day, but he was least interested in helping me and wanted me to pay addition 2000 to buy their own extended warranty for 2 years. Even the Shopkeeper realized that it is a faulty device he has sold me but as long as he is making profit, he was not at all interested in helping me.
Later I have to take an off from my work, and visited your Nokia Care in Pune and they told me that it will take 10 to 15 days to get the phone rectified. In this case can Nokia tell me how do I manage for 10 days, Should I buy a new Cell phone, I think this is new way Nokia is doing their business, First sell a faulty mobile and then keep it for 20 days for servicing it, so that customer will buy another phone and Nokia will make profit.
I had a very bad experience with Nokia, and I will never ever recommend anyone to buy any phone from Nokia, Even if Nokia starts distrusting their phones Free of cost I will never recommend it to take.
You guys are selling faulty mobile phones and in the name of support you are only putting your customers in trouble.
If my problem is not resolved in 15 days I will go to Consumer Court, Press and Media and will show them the real face of Nokia, How this company is cheating people.

Sir,
I am take NOKIA3500c Hand set which battery back up me only one day on this set for normal use. For purpose what can i do?
This is with regards to a new e-71 that bought from from mobile store located in kolkata at 5/1, wood street, kolkata-700016. invoice no:1082260 on the 5th of december..
I took the set home and tried puttin it on.all was well but my memory card was not reading..
Next day i went to that store and told them about the problem.
The peaople in that store told me to visit the nokia customer care at nokia authorised service centre at 10 lenin sarani, kolkata-700013.
The customer care officer at nokia cust.care told me that my memory card is ok but theres something wrong with the set and it is not reading the memory chip. He further asked me if i wanted to repair it..
I said nothing and went back straight to the store that i bought the set from and asked them to exchange it for a new one.
They said that it comes under nokia guarantee and hence only the people at nokia will be able to do something about it.
Today i was told that i will not get a new set but it will be repaired from delhi and will be repaired and sent back..
Is this the kind of service the NOKIA people give to customers..
A brand new set and that too E-71 with problems should have been changed at the first place..
I leave it to you people to take care of this.
I deserve a new set.

i have given my nokia 6500 slider (IMIE NO. [protected]) job sheet number[protected]/081122/22)to ssservices, chunniganj, kanpur for reparing on 22 november 2008. it is said that your phone will be returned yo with in 15 days.
then after calling again and again they was not intertained my any call.finally i have to go there for inquiery but they does not satisfied me. and they does not have information about my phone.
then i call to customer care and report my problem that is(2813LDTS).
i think this is only a formality from your side and no action taken against them. niether i received any call from you . i have visited 8 times for my phone but i did not get that .
please send me any information of my phone or take any action so that i would satisfy you are taken any action for me and my this mail to you.

I Had purchase NOKIYA N-70( IMEI[protected] from Duty free Damascus (Syria) on 10/10/07 just after a year Its started trouble, starting its hang -up operation, and slowly -2 Its display disappeared . Then I contacted to authorized service center on Dt.26/11/08-at Mumbai -The Mobile word-(Shop No.2, Sethi Palace, Opp.Celebrity Hotel, Ambadi Rd. Vasai Road(w)-401202, Tel-+[protected]. ) Fist he replace Display Screen, then problem could not solved, again He change IC, For that I have paid Rs.750/- Now after one month able to use it but still problem is persist . Please guide me, for Correct remedy .

I am highly depressed and unhappy with your technical support. I had received my cell phone on 27th Dec 2008 at 6:45 PM, I checked the voice clarity and outgoing calls and it was working fine, but when I reached home I realized that my mobile phone has developed 3 new problems which were not there when I had given my phone for servicing.

Now the 3 new problems that are given by your technical support teams are:
1) My E-90 phone is getting hanged every 10 minutes whenever I open or close any application.
2) Blue button on the front panel of my E-90 is not working at all, it seems it has been disabled, it makes very difficult for me to operate that phone without that button.
3) There is a major problem with the keyboard inside, alphabet "C" is always pressed, to type alphabet "C" I had to press it really hard which I think is not right way of working.

And all these problems were not there when I had given my phone for servicing.

Secondly I don't know why the Software update was done on my phone which was not at all required, there was a problem with the microphone and it could have been resolved with just a replacement of microphone, but my operating system was reinstalled without any reason. It shows that your technical support does not understand the root cause of the problem and with trial & error they resolve the problem.

I am not at all happy with your service and support and I really feel very cheated after becoming your customer. And if I don't get the final solution within 5 days I will have no option other than approaching Consumer court. I have been taking out leaves from my office just to visit your customer care, and I cannot keep on doing this everyday because of your irresponsible behavior.

Now I do not expect any more empathic email, I want some action to be taken, I have been very nice and cooperative with you to which you have taken me for granted.

All my information about my mobile phone, my previous service tickets and the place of purchase is already there in my past conversation.
Please give me the contact no of customer care, nokia care, kolkata as lost my mobile N70.
Please give kolkata nokia customer care no. as I have lost my nokia cell phone, model N70.

This is not a complaint. My Nokia media master 9460 not working. I showed this a electronic repair shop. His advice is "send this eqpt. to the companythey ony can repair this.His openion is one of its IC is burned off.If is it repairable I appreciate your valuable advice. Is there any chance to repair it from Kerala State?
