Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

Dear Sir,
I bought nokia N 72 from Mumbai on 17/08/2007.I notice with in a hell a lot of problems in my phone since the day i purchased. there is a very poor customer service. i therefore request the concerned people to looking through the matter.it hangs after sometime automatically and even on switching it on and off it fails to work.Please give Gujarat nokia customer care no. & Address in Mumbai up to Kalyan

i like to tell you that my cell phone model nokia 6275 of imei number:- [protected] purchased on 21 september 2008 is having a problem of getting heated up on its own while working the handsfree for some time and when it is removed the battery keeps on heating up.and gets discharged soon.this is a repeat complaint from my side, first time i gave for repair to nokia care or R J TRADELINKS, mahajan market, below orange city hotel sitabuldi nagpur.on 18/11/08 job sheet number 1112 manually made.we recieved the handset on 6/12/08 after the complete duration.But still the problem remains.

Is mob set ki complaint 6th nov 2008 ko li gayi thi aur kaha tha local jaipur main mob sahi ho jayega to 1 din aur gurgaon gaya to 7 days lagenge. main nokia center par 10 days baad gaya wahan gaya to vahan bola gaya ki 5 din aur langege . aisa 3-4 bar ho gaya lekin abhi mob thik nahi hua hai.abhi bhi vah bolate hai ki parts available nahi hai. to ab main kya karu pls suggest...
recently i got nokia N73-1 but i don't know it is music edition or not..how to define it music edition or not.my phone model no:NOKIA N71-1...
I have the same unsatisfactory experience with Nokia Care here in the Philippines(SM-MOA) last Nov. 22, 2008 when I submitted my Nokia E90 communicator for repair. It was originally estimated at P1, 800 for repair to replace the damage LCD and was promise 3-5 working days. On the 5th day (Nov. 27), I went to pick-up the phone on the assumption that it was already fix but was only told the it was still undergoing observation (observation for 5-days!. I am not stupid to agree with that). So I went home and was promised they will give me a call around 6 pm to update me but nothing happened. Since I havent receive an update, I personally gave them a call and was told that other parts need to be replace and they want my approval which now cost P 3, 500 and so I agree.

The next day the 28th of Nov. 2008, they inform me that my unit is ready for pick-up so I went again for the 3rd time (imagine my house is 20kms to their place and considering the traffic here in Manila plus the gasoline and parking fee). I got my unit back but the following day Nov. 29 the LCD lights went flickering so I went back again to Nokia Care for the 4th time. This time I requested that I talked to their manager and I complain everything and was promise that she will assign their head technician to do the repair.

And so on December 1, 2008. The head technician called me that they saw another part that needs replacement and were asking for my approval to shoulder another cost. This time I said "The unit was yours the whole time and I paid in cash, you release it giving me the impression that you've done everything to repair it and now you will tell me there were parts that you miss to replace!" How good are these people to think that consumers are stupid? But anyway, I got my unit back and its working good I hope!

My comments with these Nokia Care people is that:
1. They dont know how to listen.
2. They dont know how to communicate: update customer on repair, cost involve, etc.
3. They are not professional and suitable to carry the name of "Nokia"
4. They are not fit for the job.
5. they think working for a company "Nokia" bears with them proud name. Shame on them! as they make more damaging and contribute to its bad image.
6. They dont know how "commitment" in all aspects should be in practice and its importance to customers.
7. They dont know how to prioritize.
8. They limit themselves with only limited technicians.
9. I dont know about this one but "repair cost is so expensive" and its more appropriate to buy a new one rather than having it repair but of another brand will be appropriate.
10. lastly. I lost trust with Nokia mobile products especially with the kind of problems on the unit and its after-sales service.

I hope Nokia will pay attention to all complaining consumers and do something about it otherwise I myself will be a testament to this bad experience and extensive inconvenience.

Hi, I bought very basic model of Nokia i.e. 1200 from The Mobile Store on 23rd November 2008. I was told by the store that this is a sturdy model and will not give any problems. On 2nd December the phone was dead for no reason. On 3rd I went to Mobile store where I purchased the phone who directed me to Nokia care Centre at Aundh. They said there is a software problem. I shared a fact with them that this phone is not even 10 days old and also asked them to check with other battery. The phone was working fine with other battery, but care centre so called technicians told that they will reload the software and the handset will be fine. After reloading the software the handset was returned and again the phone was dead on 16th December. Now the funny part is...in todays world where each minute of time is very important, the care centre told me that they will need atleast 12 days to replace a battery. They told me that the battery will be sent to company and the company procedure will take 12 days to complete and replace the battery. In city like Pune !!! On requesting to give replacement battery the answer was no such policy to give replacement battery. Isnt it ridiculas ???
I feel Nokia is flooded with good business and therefore no time for support of sold handsets. Particularly basic models.
My free and humble request to people intending to buy new handsets...please do not buy NOKIA.

I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems.The phone also hangs regularly, problem is not go in side the menu after pressing the ok button and not work the call button also, so i take that phone to nokia service center at MountRoad Chennai, that person do the restore factory settings at that time but the problem is not yet to solve so far, if the set is hang i switch off that phone and reboot the phone then only the work, the hang daily atleast one time, Since I am purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted. please replace the phone as soon as possible

And i thought i was the only one unhappy with the nokia care centre service quality and the so perfectly trained and qualified customer care executives who have an excellent communication skill that is more than enough to assure you of a fast and express repair / replacement service but does that really happen ?

Hasnt yet with me !

I bought a nokia 6233 handset with its striking body and respectable storage capacity which unfortunately is not for my use even though i paid Rs 7200 /- ONLY ! for it.

One fine morning, my phone stopped responding completely and after a nervous attempt to make it work, i switched off the handset and tried to switch it on again.. but did that happen ? NO !

I rushed to the nearest nokia care centre immediately and waited for 2 HOURS for my turn after which i had to shove aside several desperate shoulders anxiously awaiting their turn.The executive there responded with a bored voice and noted down my complaint without trying to listen a single word apart from what she wanted to hear! you believe that ? but i was already worried and tired with all the waiting so i quietly listened to her and gave in my phone for repair with a promise that it was a minor software fault and would be fixed in 2 days.I went back to collect my phone after 2 days and was said that the internal HARD DRIVE has crashed and will take 10 days to repair the phone and install it with a new hard drive.I waited for 10 days and then was said that it will take another 10 days for the part to arrive from Delhi.That makes it 22 days in total now.Theres more to it... Please bear with me.

After 22 days, i was said that it cannot be repaired and will have to be sent to delhi for replacement.Allright! Allright ! i asked how long will it take ? 15 days sir...

that makes it 37 days now.. I waited for another 15 days and called the care centre with my JOB ID NO and asked them if the phone has arrived.Nope! they said will take another 10 days... okay...

47 days now..

Finally the phone arrived and i inserted my sim and battery in the new swapped handset and my pleasure lasted for say 3 minutes... maybe 4... POWER DOESN'T SWITCH ON AND RING TONE ISSUE.

The care centre had shifted to a new place which happens to be 14 kms from my residence and the old centre with which i was dealing till now were not taking any new handsets.So i was sent away to the new centre with the faulty swapped handset and that was the next day.That makes it 48 days now...

I waited for another 1.5 hours for my turn and when it finally came, i rushed in with my handset and there again i was sitting telling them my 48 days story to which they had just one single awswer!

" Sir it cannot be repaired here, we will have it sent to the high priority L3 nokia care centre in pune "

Allright! and how long will it take ? we cannot say sir but please leave your contact number and we will get in touch with you as soon as we have any updates on your handset.Fine ! but how long could it take possibly ? sir atleast 1 month.Okay.. please do it. ( didnt have much of a choice there )

and that makes it 1 months and 15 days.

Today i went in to collect my handset after the one month time duration they have promised within which my handset would be ready.

But was i so lucky ?

NOPE !


Another 1 month from today ! so if its in nokia's will, i might just be so lucky to get my handset back by november 30th.If no then maybe i'd get to use it in my grave for communication with God! heh !

I hope i wasnt a bother and i thankyou very much for your patience in reading but believe me it was more of a pain typing for me :)

I certainly hope for some help here...
