Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

I have changed from Nokia 6610 to Nokia 5320 this week. I would like to know whether standard memory is 1GB or is it 8GB item : 002J065. What device is used for connecting bluetooth to computer so that I can transfer Music.

I have purchased a Nokia 1650 handset vide bill no. 125 dated 18/04/08 bearing IMEI no. [protected] from M/s Shiv Mobile Gallery & Gift Palace, Opp. Janta Hospital, Bazar Dogran, Hisar-125001 (Haryana).

Since I have purchased this handset, it is not working properly. This handset is having a hanging problem (i.e. It’s keys stops responding i.e. it hangs and the clock also stops working and it stucks on to the time at which the handset gets hanged) I have tried a number of times to get this handset repaired through Nokia Care Centre, Hisar; but they are not able to solve my problem. After getting repaired also, it hangs again in 1 or 2 days. As a result, the problem persists continuously.

I am totally dis-satisfied from your products and after sale services. I was not expecting such kind of response from a company having so Good Reputation. As obvious from the date of purchase, this has been a Long Period for which I am facing such a problem. I have gone to Nokia Care Centre for the replacement of handset but they said that it is a repair centre and Head office can replace it. They have also said that we can repair it again.

I am a working girl and improper working of my handset and getting it repaired for a number of times has created a lot of inconvenience for me. I can’t bear such an inconvenience any more.

It seems that I should not rely on the products of your company due to such technical problems in the handset that cannot be solved.

So I request you to replace my handset as soon as possible.

Please respond to this letter as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Nokia 6300 phone on 8.2.08 but now the position of my cell is that my phone is not working due to some display or rebooting problem.
I submit my phone with the copy of my purchased bill to Nokia Care, Y.P Enterprises, 40, Court Road, Amritsar on 3.1.09. My job sheet no. is[protected]/090103/35. Whenever I visited there to check the status of my phone they asked me to come after 4-5 days, your cell has been sent to H.O for repairing. Yesterday when I went there to get my phone then i shocked when nokia care executive told me that your cell has returned unrepaired from H.O due to non submission of bill copy even I have submitted my bill copy on 3rd Jan with my phone to Nokia care. Nokia care is the name to suffice the customers problems not to give them irrelevant excuses. Yesterday I have again 2nd time deposited my bill copy and now they ensured me to get my cell repaired and handover to me with in a week.

I am totally dissatisfy from the services of nokia care, I request you to please take necessary action to get my cell repaired at the earliest as I am without phone from last 20 days.

I have bought a Nokia 5310 from Pantaloons(Kolkata) and suffering from disfective charger.I am really getting depressed for not being able to have a good customer care service from Nokia service station in Kolkata(10, Lenin Sarani, Opp.LoretoSchool, Dharmatala, Kol-13). I took news from head office of Kolkatata that the supply came but Nokia service station says they will take more than 12- 15 days and their bhaviour towards customer is too rough and clumsy.It is not only a matter of a charger but also relates to customer harassment.Why they don't like to provide service though head office is ready to provide it. Sometimes I call head office and sometimes I call service station. If you do something I would be highly grateful to you forever.

I brought a Nokia 3250 Before One and half year ago Now it's Bluetooth is not Working. Now Nokia Care of Orissa all centers failed to make it. Please answer me that shall we buy a mobile for one year only or give me its solution.

Sir,
I brought nokia 7610 supernova few days back, and now i have given my mobile for servicing, suddenly all the switch stopped working, even the power switch was not working, so i had to take out the battery, and after that i realised that my phone was dead, before i had nokia NGage which had many compliants and many times i have given it to the service center, even the services are not provided properly and now i have realised that nokia has poor product quality, and even the customer care executives do not respond to the customers query and they accepted it as a buggy product, comparatively nokia has few customers than others and no customer will like to loose(or)risk his/her money buying your product and running after the care centers, this comment is not for the replacement or any other response form your side, it is just public opinion on Nokia.
