Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

I have purchased Nokia 6233 model cell phone on Nov.2006. While charging the battery it becomes hot, recently I have opened the cover and found that the battery has swollen and after full charging battery discharges quickly. ( After 2-3 calls)

There for I want to confirm from your side for how many period your warranty stands for battery.

It is a faulty battery So Can you replace the bettery at Nokia Care.
I HAVE PURCHASED NOKIA HAND SET 2760 IMEI NO. [protected] DATED 12/2/2008. MY HAND SET IS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY(AUTOMETICALLY SWITCH OFF WITHIN FEW SECONDS) FOR LAST 15 DAYS. I COMPLAINED NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE " NOKIA CARE " SITAPUR HOSPITAL ROAD GORAKHPUR (UP) ON 23/1/2008. SERVICE ENGINEER CHECKED MY MOBILE AND SAID THAT ESTIMATE OF SERVICE CHARGE IS ABOUT 600.00 RS.HE DENIED TO GIVE THE WARRENTY OF THE SET.PLEASE ARRENGE TO REPAIR /REPLACE MY MOBILE SET OTHERWISE I WILL BE COMPELLED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY.

i had bought a nokia N70 handset (music edition). soon after the warranty period of the hanset was over(i.e. 1year) the display of the handset had gone out of order .also the customer care used to charge very high rates for the LCD display taking into account their commissions. could you please tell me what is the exact rate of the LCD dislay at present.

mental and physical harresment given by yours Nokia Care.I gave my unwarrented handset

At the time of handovering the handset there promised has been made to me that yours
handset will be repaired and they told this is an usual problem of flap handset occured

according to job sheet..And i also told them whatever charge in reparing will come, i will
pay for it they estimated around[protected].
On the given date when as per job sheeet(26.Nov.2008)when i went there to collect
the handset they told me yours handset has been sent to Noida branch for repairing please
do come after two week.Next time when i went there to collect my handset they again told me
handset still in Noida branch they again told me come after few days, After few days a call
been made to me yours handset is repared and please collect it, next day when i went there to
collect my handset when i checked it out my handset i was very surprise to see that it was
totally blank and out of order and even not getting on.I immideate told them about the
problem before handovering the handset it was quite working but now its is totally out of
order, They again told me its a simple problem its not working due to immproper fitting of
handset please again do come after some days, when i reached there after some days now
they are saying yours handset is again sent to Noida for fitting please again come after ten
days.When i again went there after ten days now they are saying yours handset cannot
be made repaired its got major dammage.
Dear sir/Madam here i want an immideate action for this harresment and damage
And also this is to warn you if i dont get a positive response as soon as possible i will suit file
againt yours Nokia care.

This is my bitter experience with nokia N70 music edition, I want to share with you. I bought my nokia handset in Dec/2007. Eversince I bought I have been facing same and repeated
problems. Since it has a warranty period of one year I have sent my nokia mobile to the Chennai nokia care center.

See how reckless the Nokia care people are for their valuable customers. I had to send my mobile to the chennai nokia care center repeatedly for 5 times from Hyderabad. This is mirroring their worst care about their customers. In fact, my mobile should have repaired when I sent it for the first time to the chennai nokia care center. But till now also it was not repaired. My mobile is at chennai nokia care center right now also.

I don’t say that all the handsets are flawless. some pieces may get manufacturing problems. But proper customer care must be taken. I spoke to the Nokia care people many times. They keep talking to the customers in a cool manner but at the end of the day nothing useful things will be found.

Now I want to go for consumer forum. But before that I want to bring this matter into notice of the people who want to buy Nokia handsets where customer service is found worst.

This to inform you that I had submitted my Cell phone as per detail mention below which I have received today on January 28th, 2008 from your office at Som Dutt Plaza,

My cell was infested with certain technical problems. The Memory Card datas are vanishing automatically. Then after removing and reputting it, the datas come back. The phone also hangs.

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set

which is infested with certain technical problems. The keypad was not working.The phone also

hangs. Since i had purchased the phone at a very recently, so i went to the below mentioned

"Authorised Nokia Service Centre" in hyderabad and gave phone for repair on 27/09/2008.Its

been 4 months now, but they are not giving back my phone and delaying it week after

week.According to the bill given to me i was supposed to get back a new handset as replacement

In December’08 I had purchased Nokia 6600 Slide / IMEI No.: [protected] from Kolkata and after 15 days i have problem with hearing sound which is very low.

I had taken to Nokia authorised center in Mumbai and first they refused stating that there is no such problem and then late on special request they took it & so rectified the problem. Now again i had faced the same problem.

As i'm in Mumbai & i purchased it from Kolkata I approached the dealer so he insisted to send it to him in Kolkata. Now the Dealer is saying that there is no problem & if we further check it will take 8-10 days which i don't have as i don't stay in India.

I'm a NOKIA freak and this is the first time i'm facing such harassment.

Have i done such big mistake being a NOKIA freak that i'm harassed so much and my problems are not taken care of? I purchased the mobile and now I’m without any mobile. I have paid full & after almost 2 months also i've not able to use the mobile properly.

The dealer is saying that if required it has to be sent to New Delhi for replacement. Tell me when you buy something & if it needs to be replaced then immediately it is done.

I don’t stay in India and next week on Wednesday I’m traveling back, and the dealer says that it will take min. 10-12 days to conclude, so does it mean that I need to cancel my trip because of this problem ?????

What wrong have i done that i'm harassed so much !!! Really this is so disgusting !! Do i ever get justice ???

I bought a nokia N72 in august 2006.It was already replaced for some problems in 2007.Now I'm facing a huge problem.My speaker sound has lowered than any fm fone.I never thought a Nseries mobile's sound can be very bad.It would be better if I bought a sony ericcsson mob.I never expected to face this problem from "Nokia"---The largest mobile manufacturer in the world"----A big shame!!

This is for your kind attention; I am a Nokia n82 user and really love this phone because of its features. But since the time I have bought this handset I’ve been facing some problems or the other.
Like,
1. Like from day 1 my Ambi Light does not blink neither in Dark nor in Light. I had reported this problem with the Nokia Care Centre, but still did not work and till this date they are trying to convince me that this is not supposed to blink.
2. From day 1 by battery did not used to last for more than 30mins, but it got replaced and I received my handset after 15days.
3. After 2months my Vibrator stopped working, again I submitted my handset to Nokia Care Centre, And then I received my handset after a month. But now my KeyPad was not properly assembled and on asking the technician to set it right, he told me that they cannot do anything about it. But still my Ambi Light was not working, My vibrator was working fine.
4. And now a month after the repairing, again my Vibrator again is not working.

All I want to know is that what am I as a dissatisfied/disappointed/helpless customer supposed to do, because after talking to Nokia helpline for numerous times my problems are still not resolved.
Because I really am very sick and tired of complaining and visiting Nokia Care Centre, this thing is really disturbing, because my work is suffering and so is my peace of mind is disturbed.
It’s like out of the 6months from the date I bought this phone 2months it was with NOKIA only for some problem or the other.
And this is not done, enough is enough, and I want my Handset to be replaced, I am not submitting to the Nokia Care Centre anymore. I did not buy this phone to visit Nokia Care Centre over and over again.

Hope you can understand my problem and what I am going through. Because in today’s time Cellphone is integral part of life.

Nokia Model No.6300 — Harrasment by Nokia Care People

Hi,

This is to bring on your kind notice that i gave my cell for the repair to Nokia Care Centre at Janak Puri Disctrict Centre on 26th Dec 2008. Still I've not got any satisfy answer from them. they are giving my dates on dates. When I visited there they started abusing me and threatened me to beat. When I again asked for my cell then they gave me an old cell of another cust which was on repair as well.

If you can do then kindly take any necessary action against this.
sir, i am not able to open my text messages, from last two days pls send me the solution or where should i contact regarding this problem.i m having nokia N72.
