Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

on 4/07/08 i take a step ahead to purchase N81 because of the brand loyality power but it can not stand upto my expectations.so many problems occured in my cell phone.
i give a mobile to the nokia care on 29-nov.-2008 with a promice to delevier me on29/dec/2008, but they are unable to do so.i am very disagree with your response.
I HOPE, I WOULD GOT MY MOBILE AS SOON POSSIBLE.

My name is Rajan Varghese and I purchased a Nokia 6275 hand set. After 11 months there was a problem in its mute button. It was not working. I went to Bombay Borivali Nokia service center. They cecked and said water went in side. So you will not warrenty. It will be charge Rs 550/- . But I was sure that there was no water went in side. Till I was ready to repair because I was badly in need of my phone. They received the handset and menstioned that scratch in the pannel. I know that there a scratch in the back side of the pannel. But when I received the hand set there was some scratch in the Display(Screen) which was not there before. When I checked the hand set I find that and asked about it. They asked me to wait. I was there till all the people went out. Then they attened me and said it was there before. I was having some argument with them. Then I said I will not pay for it. There they start to thretening me and said that they will file a complaint in the police. and it will make you more problem. I afried and paid the full money escaped from there. Now I would like to know is this the way your secvice center work. One of my friend said to complaint about this in custmer care. I think I will get justices from your side. The proce of my hand set is Rs12000/- at that time. Is it a waist of money? Or in future I must stop purchasing Nokia hand set? At this time I am having 4 Nokia hand set 6275, 3100 and 2 old black & white hand set. One is using by me 2nd by my wife 3rd by my son and the 4th is using in my home. I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that I have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems

I bought a nokia 3600 handset only before three months on 27.9.2008 from Royal Mobiles 10/127, Malviya Nagar New Delhi 110017 vide invoice No. RM/10876/07/08 for Rs. 9125/-

Suddenly on 22rd Dec 2008 my mobile became defective & got switched off..


Therefore I have logged a compliant regarding the non-performance of my Nokia Cell Phone and on 23rd Dec, 2008 I handed over the my mobile to service center NRI Comunication Lajpat Nagar -II . The Service Centre Staff assured me that the defect will be rectified and your phone would be delivered withing two days .

I went to the service centere on 26th for collection but to my surprise the defect was not rectified and i was told that the defective set would be sent to their head office and it may take about one week. Again on 02 Jan 09 I contacted Service Centre but the set was not ready & I was told that as and when it will be ready we would informe you

The set is hardly 3 months old and people at service center are not able to identify the problem and they are taking more than 12 days to convey the status. It is quite pathetic that a reputed company like Nokia is taking such a long time to address this problem. I request you to immediately give instruction to replace the set. I once again reiterate that I am a Legal person and the handset is quite vital for my profession.

Kindly do the need full at earleast failing which I will be constrained to take legal course of action.

To the manager of nokia if he is listening to people or reading this comment, I had purchased nokia N85 and it was within a month that it reported a hardware issue, I asked for a replacement but the nokia care executive are not at all ready to listen and are proudly saying that we give warranty but not guaranty as they don't have any moral duties towards nokia consumer's. I was really disappointed the way nokia people responded to my issue.
I don't want anything more than a replacement from nokia.
Nokia people can contact me at : [protected] anytime after 3pm.
Hope that nokia tries and listen to people and consider some moral duty towards the consumer's.

i have nokia 5310 express music phone. i have prepaid connection in delhi.
i dont want to attend a particular number so how can i put him/her in reject list.
I have taken a Nokia N-79 almost 15 days back but for the last few days the phone is getting automatically hang it is restarting every now & then ur customer care services are never opened when i leave from my house & always cloed whe i reach home. I really agree with the ablove complant. The nokia service is really hopeless. I always gives advice to other to never to go with nokia mobile.
I purchased a new Nokia 3110C headset with model No 3110C Black 512MB on 03/10/2008, from Nokia priority authorized dealer from M.M associates, BunjaraHills-HYD for a sum of Rs4700/- with a warranty. I lost the mobile please block the my nokia mobile.

i mresidential of abohar punjab, we are facing alot of problems with your nokia care available at abohar.there behavior towards the customers is not satisfactory, so if anybody can listten this should take an action against them.
