Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

I purchased Nokia mobile (Model No6233) on 06.07.2008. It has a warranty for one year., the mobile head phone became disfunctional. Then I went to the Nokia Care and told them about the problem. They verified the history of the set in their system and told me that the warranty period is over.

I hope you take action on my problem as soon as possible.

I bought Nokia N95 just 25 days before and early i was using sony erricson P1i and I am really very sorry to say this that nokia stands nowehere is front of sony erricson. I bought N95 because this phone has 5 megapixel camera and music is also gud and other features also. But now when i listen to the music after .30 mins it get automatically restart, and I just saved the music and picture of my friend with the contact number, it was fine for the first few days but now when my friend calls picture doesnt come up name doesnt come up and song which i added with her contact number doesnt work .
And when i ask my another friend who is also using the same phone said its a problem in nokia that after sometime the problem will come with all the contact settings. I dont know what to do now, I sold my P1i and that was my biggest mistake because now sony erricson P1i doesnt come in the market . And that phone is also far much better than nokia 5800 also . And i know this complaint will not gona do anything. But this is how the differnce will come slowly and gradually .

dear sir,
i have bought a nokia 3100 c mobile with IMEI NUMBER [protected] in october 2008. my phone has a problem in charging and discharging. For a full battery my piece has been taking a duration of 3 hours, which is very much time consuming when compared to other pieces of the same 3100 c model. my piece has very poor battery back up.This has become a serious problem .I have been to the nokia care centre 3 times, and they have sent it to L3 service.but then the problem has not been solved yet to date...we are very frustrated with the kind of response we got.

They all are correct and I agree from these complaints because I also face the problems of Nokia phone.
Nokia care service persons are careless and rude and they don't give the answer when I asked about my phone problem. Nokia company is not best they sell the very low quality cell phones at very high rate.
Overall my opinion is this company is fraudy and Dabba. They can sell only the 'katchra'.

I buy a Nokia mobile model no.2630 at Mata telecom at Bangalore on 7/2/08 receipt no. 10277. After 6 months key pad problems arised. I give it to the local Nokia care centre at dindigul on August 2008.They replied it should be sent to head office for further mechanical problems at the time of warrenty period. I agree to sent to head office. After 6 months instrument reach at dindigul Nokia care showroom, they replied this problems is not rectified so it should be waste. Then I watch the IMEI no. in my mobile phone it will be changed. I asked the engineer about that doubt, he doesn"t response me.
At the time of purchasing My IMEI no. starts : [protected] the followed no. in the reciept is not cleared. At the time of getting insturment for Nokia care centre IMEI no. starts : [protected], Job sheet no. 080319/31 L3.
In IMEI no. starts with 3898... they give it me the no starts with 358658...

Please take sever action about the above matter. I wait for your reply.

I am a customer of nokia . I have purchased a set 7310C on 22nd december from nokia priority dealer jain times 1 S.P Mukherjee road kolkata-700025. After using the set for 1 week on 7th jan its keypad becomes hard, when i go to the jain times they send me to nokia care AM MOBILE TELECOM PVT.LTD.

They take my mobile and give me a jobsheet where the delivery date was given 23rd january, but after repeated times i have visited to nokia care but they didn't give me any positive sign from their side . On 2nd february they give me one number 30303838 . After calling on this number they told me that my set is ready for despatch . But till date i didn't get my set. From Delhi they give me a complain number 2-3T0DV5. Day by Day i am getting no support from their side They are giving me no positive answer .

Please look into this matter seriously

I too have had a very bad experience with Nokia.

I had purchased a Nokia N96 from Hotspot in Bangalore. Since the very beginning the phone had been giving problems. It was getting hung every now and then.Constantly I had been communicating the problems to Nokia Helpline. The phone got re-formatted the first time within 2 or 3 days of being purchased. I lost all the complimentary software and was told blandly by Nokia that those can not be recovered.

Again within a fortnight it had to be re-formatted twice. Another quaint problem was with the caller log. The phone stopped registering calls after some time in the call log. The log had to be cleared for it to again start working. On complaining I was given some solutions over the phone which did not work and again I had to go to their Nokia Care Centre, which had now shifted to a place about 10 kms from my home. The phone was given there and I was told to come in the next day at 11:00 AM . Next day, I was made to wait a good forty minutes and then told that the phone was not ready! On showing my displeasure, the phone was given after 10 minutes. That's when the horror started. Before even knowing if the problem was rectified, I found that the handset function on the phone was not working ! On complaining, I was asked again to take the phone to the same Nokia Care Centre. This time they said that it will take 12 days and the phone will be sent to higher Nokia care. Then 12 days was extended to Feb 2nd. On 1st Feb I sent them a mail with a scanned copy of the job sheet saying that I am coming the next day to collect the phone.

The next day I got a call after 11:45 in the morning that the instrument has again been sent back as it has developed another snag and it will take another 6 days! That's when I told them that I shall not accept the defective piece and should either be given a replacement or a refund.

Senior officials at Nokia can either not be contacted or promise to give a call back which they never do. I have never seen such callousness in the attitude of a company which claims to be the market leader but harasses the customer who has spent a fortune on buying their defective mobiles.

Can some one suggest what I should do?

I had given my nokia 7310c phone to the Nokia Care center at

On 2nd Feb’09 with the problems pertaining malfunctioning of keys “7, 8, 9” for the phone which was bought in Nov’08.

The staff at the care center told that it would take 1 week for the part to arrive and post which it will be repaired I had called twice during this time and the response was that the part has not come yet.
I spoke to a lady named Radha at the care center mentioned in the email who was extremely rude and was not answering the query, she has one monotonous answer that “I TOLD YOU PART WILL COME NEXT WEEK”. The lady mentioned that my phone will be given back to me by 2nd March’09. Even if it is ready or not I’ll go ahead and get the useless piece of instrument from nokia back, as I have put my hard earned money into buying the useless item.

Questions to ask you and care team:
1) Why you recruit incompetent to deal with consumers ?
2) If nokia does not have spare why does it make phones, better stick to your old business of toilet paper?
3) Even the site where you claim to have the job sheet status checked www.namscareonline.com does not work. Is nokia starved of cash to maintain it.

I would personally never use nokia in my life again and the phone in question belongs to my wife, once repaired I’ll sell it take up some other brand which is trust worthy and where the customer care is mature enough.

Keeping assurance with Nokia product & Service, I am using Nokia past from
Decades. I have purchased Nokia E90 at THE MOBILE STORE Sampige Road,
Malleshwaram, Bangalore – with vide Invoice No :KNT/01104/00001/3531 Dated ;

Nokia7500 — Spares not supplied

One month ago, I have lost battery and battery lid of my Nokia7500. I immediately requested the local Nokia Care to arrange to supply me the battery and battery lid of Nokia7500. They assured me to supply the requisite spares within 15 days. I visited the Nokia Care a number of times. Every time they asked to give time of 1 or 2 days. I feel they are not doing there duty.
