I have taken cell of model n72, after taking this mobile i am getting lot of problems. My cell does not charge when plugged. Its three month ago I took it to nokia care and they charged me Rs. 600/- as some chip was damaged and its warranty was over. Now the same problem arrised, I took it to my nearest nokia care, , , I am sorry to say that the service provided by nokia is unsatisfactory and they dont value for there customer. I went to nokia care which is located in Supela Bhilai, (cg). I found the employees placed there are irresponsible. I was waiting for get my cell serviced more than 2.5hrs on counter, but no one collected cell for the service. I excused to them allot but they made me keep waiting, I waited for more than 3 hrs then also no respond. at last i left with my cell phone with out serviced. I request nokia to check the branch and there support to the customer. I belive company is making there customer not to trust there product and services...

i bought my phone at ikeja from mizbeach where i was assured to have one year warranty in october 2008 only to discover in january 2009 that i can`t snap with my camera and transfer with my data through my bluetooth, i decided to take it to nokia care at ikeja which lastd for a month as soon as i recover the phone from, i was able to used it for 6days afterwhich i`m facing the same problem now.what`s the guaranty if take it there it wont develop the same problem.I need your reponse base on this problem. I, Commandant Francis Paul, working for Indian Coast Guard, under Ministry of Defence, am exclusive Nokia user since 1998. I had changed 5-6 sets since then, all Nokia models. 0n 04 Apr 08, I had purchased a Nokia N70 model (IMEI number is [protected]). I had especially chosen this model for the music edition feature, wherein the two piece hands free (model AD-15 or AD 46) was provided. The whole idea of going for this model was to enable connecting the device to a multi media speaker.
The original hands-free (model AD-15 or AD 46) provided had gone bad and was replaced by Mr. Hemant (Cell no. [protected]) at M/s Gulati Communications, M-90, Gol Market, Canaught Place, New Delhi, (Phone[protected] with a HS-23 model hands-free in Jul 08. The replacement piece was collected by my staff, who unknowingly received HS-23 model hands-free instead of the original model. Also the piece initially replaced was not a new piece and had plenty of scratches. The same piece was replaced after about two months repeated persuasion on 04 Oct 08. On subsequent discussions with the firm I was given to understand that the replacement model should not have been accepted at the very first stage and that the same cannot be exchanged at this at this stage.
I later spoke to Customer Care at Bangalore on 22 Oct 08 and I was assured that the HS-43 will be replaced with a hands-free of the original model (model AD-15 or AD 46). However, I would have to re-deposited the HS-43 hands-free with the same firm ie. M/s Gulati Communications and intimate the job order number to Customer Care at Bangalore for suitable replacement with AD-15 or AD-46 model.
I was in constant liaison with Mr. Hemant for four months and was made aware of the discussion with Customer Care, Bangalore. On every occasion either he or his staff kept on avoiding issuance of job order, under the pretext that his shop was under renovation. Finally, when his shop was activated after renovation in the second week of Feb 09, he has conveniently refused to take up the issue, stating that warranty for accessories is only six month and nothing can be done at this stage.
With regards to this case I would still like submit the following with regards to the experiences I had with Mr. Hemant from M/s Gulati Communications:
(a) The firm has been replacing used accessories for customers under warranty.
(b) The staff and proprietor very rude and delayed response over phone and in person
(c) Delaying matters beyond warranty limits, wherein the firm is in a position to call themselves helpless due to expiry of warranty.
(d) Not guiding customers correctly for their betterment.
(e) Refusing to issue a job order despite being appraised of the outcome of my discussions with Customer Care, Bangalore.
(f) Now refusing to entertain any discussion despite in constant liaison with him as well as his staff on regular intervals.
In view of the above, I would like to draw the attention of the concerned responsible personnel, deputed for Personal Relationship and Customer Care to kindly look into the matter appropriately to avoid such hardships to patrons of Nokia products.

This is to your for information that I had purchased Nokia 2680 slide phone from The Mobile store vide their bill No. HAR/02165/00001/4880 dated 22 Dec 2008. The IMEI Number is [protected].
When I kept my phone for charging during the night then I found the display screen of the above phone is blacked. I was not found any scratches on the body of the phone. When, I approached the Shetala Nokia service centre, Super Mart, DLF Ph-IV, Gurgaon for repair of the same under warranty. They have denied to repair the phone under warranty and said to me that it is mechanically broken asked to deposit Rs 110/- for checking of the same.
You are requested to instruct your service centre to repair the above phone under warranty as this is technically fault in the nokia phone as stated above paragraph.

I am also one of the nokia customer facing improper behaviour of nokia care staff. I have purchased a NOKIA 7610 (supernova), s.no- [protected] last month. The cell was no able to hold the charge even if full day no calls were made. battery was getting drained. I made a visit today on 25th of feb 09 to nokia care centre at frazer town. My visit was really upsetting. Two of the staff were busy watching match and chatting on g talk rather than attending customers. When i was at last attended, my problem was not solved saying that the software person will come after 2 o clock. i don understand if the centre doesn has staff then why they keep the centre open . They should open the centre after 2 o clock only. People travel so far to the centre skipping their office still nokia has no consideration for its customers. A simple battery replacement would ahve solved my problem . but???... this was my 10th nokia cell but now i feel ill never suggest anyone to go for nokia.

Nokia — revised complaint
Dear sir,I have not received my mobile till today, 21 days allready taken for service. I called at your srevice center at Indore ( Gayatri communication) and talked to miss Anuradha Jaiswal she told me that some part is not in stock and it will take a week to repair but not sure.
Please reply, otherwise i have no other option. I will go to consumer court.

i have purchased nokia 7610s phone, with in a week started hanging leading to non functionality and finaly dead, , , , , i think this is a flop model they have sold to me ...and after continous mailing and phone contacts, , , visited several time to nokia care center lucknow... still they are not in a position to comment on replacement of the brand new phone...telling me to wait for one month...to repaire the set... why should i take a repaired brand new set which is a manufacturing defect...
