Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

subject:- Replacement of Nokia 5800 set Colour Red.

I buy new Nokia 5800 phone, n have many complaint abt this phone, The phone hangs, display prob, n more . Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

I have visited Nokia care, Chembur branch way back in Nov., 2008. I was using 6233, they told me thrz a software problm & since thn am facing same problem. Thn Later in Feb., 2009 i got replacement & i got 5310 Music xpress. And now 2nd week i am facing the same Software problem. Plz suggest me something i can do to fix up this SOFTWARE problem. I think Nokia is definatly loosing its customers due its sucking Softwares. Every day there are atleast 40 customers facing Software problem 9Only of Chembur branch, rest all cant even imagine). Pls do something...

The Memory Card datas are vanishing automatically. Then after removing and reputting it, the datas come back. The phone also hangs. Sir, I am Rajesh Rajput from Bhopal, India. I would like to intimate you that i owned 1 Nokia 5300 cellphone which somedays later started troubling me. I contacted M/s. SAMEER MUSIC, E-5/1, Ajay Towers, Opp. Habibganj Police Station, Arera colony, Bhopal, on 14 January, 2009,

Till now i havent yet got my mobile back as i have been regularly in tough with the authorities. i also contacted nokia careline and they also assured me the same as the above franchise did.

either they arrange me a new cell phone because i dont think the old one will be good enough to operate and perform now.

I would further like to state that i want further strict action to be taken because i have had enough and now i cant tolerate anymore its been almost 3 months i have been kept waiting.

i would be left with no other option than to move to the court of Law and find justice.

i hope you take stringent action against the delay.

I m Vikas Rai, i m using your phone N73M. I purchased it last year, after some months its performance is becoming bad. I gave it to ur sevice center, but after repairing after some time same problem is repeating. After some months its keys and joystick not working. I again gave it sevice center, but they solve only the keys. Then its FM Radio, Joystick, network failure, not proper voice during communication, hanging, network drop like problem orrucing in my mobile. I don't understand what they have done. Then i gave again it to service center. I only want that my problem should resolve and my mobile will get in good condition.

I was using Nokia5200 since past 17 months but suddenly in december its display got blank and a blue screen was showing up. I had given this to nokia care, Aundh pune for repairing. I dont know what they did with my mobile but it had caught many problems like key pad not functioning properly, a spot on the screen and above all they have removed all my contacts and SMS from my mobile. When I asked them about the lost data they said that its in our policy that we dont guarantee for data but I read in documents that they can not delete data unless they inform the customer. I was in hurry so I took the mobile and came back but after 8 days that screen display problem again occured but since mobile was at my native so I could not go to nokia care immediately. Last week when I went to them they said this is some different problem than previous one so you will have to pay again 1100 Rs for repairing. Its all and nonsence and they have shown no sense of resposability or accounatability. Is this how noika care deal with nokia customers and if this trend continues then I am afraid that people will stop using noika.

I got some problem in my Nokia N73 Music Edition mobile and I have given it to the New Delhi Nokia Care (Lajpat Nagar ) in the month of May. At first they informed that the problem will get resolved and the mobile will be delivered within 10 days(Maximum). Since then they have been postponing the delivery date, Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
