Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

Keeping assurance with Nokia product & Service, I am using Nokia past from
Decades. I have purchased Nokia E90 at THE MOBILE STORE Sampige Road,
Malleshwaram, Bangalore – with vide Invoice No :KNT/01104/00001/3531 Dated ;
27/06/2008. Amount Paid Rs.34, 699/-.

Product Description[protected] Nokia E90 IMEI: [protected].

But I am facing problem with the product and taken it for service at your Service Centre Accurate Care # 135/2, 1st Floor, Ghatte Plaza, 11th Cross, Malleshwaram, Bangalore – 560 003. Instead of tendering the free service, Charging Rs.8000/- for the service/Repair the set, by giving reason of Liquid damaged. How can it be Liquid damage ? When I am using my set in Car, Office and Home with 100% care ?

I want my set to be replaced with New set. Reply compulsory with in 48 Hours.
Awaiting for your reply for further action.

Dear sir
I have purchased nokia phone dated 03/06/08 from M/S HITECH TELECOM(Nokia Priority dealer)Shop No:202&203, Living Style Mall.Jasola, New Delhi -110025.
MODEL NO :1650.IMEI NO:[protected].
My phone is UNDER WARRANTY.The problem i am facing is that Display of my phone is not proper.
I went to nokia care i.e MICRO SERVICES, E-3, Lower Ground Floor;Main Road, Kalkaji, Delhi-110019.
The experience was WORST.Center Manager MR.SIMARJEET.S. refused to do repair under warranty.
The Center Manager behavior was very RUDE.He told me that This is happen due to EXTERNAL IMPACT & WATER INSIDE.
But i didn't find any impact or water inside my phone.THEY HAVE CHARGE RS 55 FOR INSPECTION
OF MY PHONE.MY QUESTION IS IF MY PHONE IS UNDER WARRANTY WHY THEY HAVE CHARGE.THIS IS PATHATIC.JOB SHEET NO:[protected]/090313/47
And told me that screen need change under payment it will cost RS450.
My self and all my family member are using NOKIA PHONE Last from 08 years.This is first time i experienced WORST.In future i have to think twice to BUY ANY NOKIA PRODUCT.
I have talked in your customer care and they told me that they will check the matter and give ref no:2-3UG34F.
I HOPE YOU WILL SOLVE MY PROBLEM AND DO THE NEEDFUL AND GOING TO TAKE PROPER ACTON AGAINST MICRO SERVICES WHO IS SPOILING YOUR IMAGE IN MARKET.

I had purchased a Nokia-6300 B Silver phone in the month of Feb-2008 in Srinagar.
The IMEI No of the phone is [protected]. Just after two months o[censored]sage multiple problems occurred with the phone which I am listing below:
i) Bluetooth did not work
ii) Rapid discharging of battery
ii) Sudden switching off during the call and switching on automatically afterwards.
I approached the authorized service center of your products at Srinagar namely “Nokia Care” Karanagar Srinagar for his services. He tried his level best but could not repair the phone here at Srinagar and he forwarded the phone to your main service center, which I believe is located at Delhi. When I received the phone back after about two months, I found that the main problem of sudden switching off during the call and switching on automatically afterwards was still there. I approached him again and the phone was again sent to you but of no use again. I must have approached the service center at Srinagar at least five times but of no use. Now the guarantee period of 1 year has expired in making complaints at the service center and after few months getting the phone in the same condition.
Now I earnestly request you to look into the matter and give me the replacement.

Sub: Request for replacement of Nokia N72 with a New Set / Money back – Grievance furnished.



Ref: Product Code: 0548028, IMEI No. [protected], Battery No. 033SB10826139 and Charger No. 30311047.



Referring to the above subject, this is to inform you that I have purchased a new mobile of your company vide Invoice No.1098 dated[protected] from M/s Hiramayee Enterprise, H. G. B. Road, Melarmath, Agartala-799 001, Tripura West, India. In this connection I have spent for an amount of Rs.7, 750/-. Surprisingly it was noticed that within 15 days there is a symbol like a kite was displaced in the mobile. Accordingly, the same was shown to M/s Hiramayee Enterprise, H. G. B. Road, Melarmath, Agartala from where it was actually purchased. They were in the opinion that the set has to be checked by Nokia Service Engineer and suggested to show the set to NOKIA Authorized Service Centre, M/s. Namami Enterprise, 22 Office Lane, Agartala. On the same day after seeing the same at Authorized Service Centre, they suggested me to hand over the set to them so that the problem can be rectified and I have handed over it on the same day i.e.[protected] vide Job Sheet No.[protected]/080808/1 dated 08-08-08. Afterwards I have contacted several times with the Service Centre but no specific date was given for delivery of the mobile. Ultimately after more than 2 months i.e. on[protected], they have given me another set saying that my original set can not be rectified because it was completely dead due to manufacturing defect. I was not agreeing for replacement because by seeing every one can understand that it is not a new set, moreover they were provided me another model. Due to this I demanded for money back (Rs.7, 750/-, the cost price only) but it was in vain and finding no other alternative I have received the set, Model No.N72-5, Product Code: 0515853, IMEI No.[protected]. While using the same it was found that this replaced set also defective. Hence, the same was also returned on the next day i.e. on 21-10-08, vide Job Sheet No.19620 dated[protected] to Nokia Authorized Service Centre, Agartala and they suggested me to contact after few days. Accordingly, I have contacted several times with them but after almost one month i.e. on[protected], I have been provided another set, Model : Nokia N72-5, Product Code: 0531541, IMEI No.[protected] as a replacement of 2nd set because they have also agreed that the replaced set was also defective. It may please be noted that the present set (the last one) was not in a sealed cover but they said it is a new mobile. I am sorry to say that this cell phone was also old one and making lot of noises while making / receiving a call. During the delivery time itself the defect was noticed but your Authorized Service Centre’s officials told me that it is due to connectivity problem which will be eliminated soon. Ultimately by saying lot of technical wordings it was handed over to me on that day. Several times the matter was informed to the servicing centre and every time they are in the same opinion that it is due to tower or connectivity problem. Ultimately I have further handed over the set to your authorized service centre on[protected] about 2 p.m. vide Job Sheet No.24808 dated[protected] where delivery date was fixed on[protected]. However, on the same day about 5.30 p.m. telephonically they informed that Rs.500/- is required as repairing charge. I was not agree to pay any money as it is under warranty and moreover I am facing lot of problem from the date of initial purchase i.e. on[protected]. During the entire period w.e.f.[protected] to till date, I have used three sets supplied from M/s Hiramayee Enterprise, H. G. B. Road, Melarmath, Agartala (1st set purchased) and from M/s. Namami Enterprise, 22 Office Lane, Agartala (Service Centre) (1st one replaced with 2nd and 2nd one replaced with 3rd ) and gathered bitter experience both from your product and officials of Nokia authorized service centre, Agartala. However, I went to the servicing centre on 4th of this month and waited minimum one hour but they have not even properly attended me nor returned / replaced my set till today.

In this situation I would like to inform you that the way your Authorised Service Centre is treating me is not acceptable where an Institute like NOKIA’s name is involved. I am confident you will look into the matter and hope you will take proper initiative so that I can get a new Mobile Set of my choice subject to restriction of money spent by me during my initial purchase or an amount of Rs.7, 750/- spent by me may please be returned. Hope you will take a positive steps from your end at the earliest giving due importance to the fact furnished above. Solicited a positive early action from your end very soon with specific guidelines to your Authorised Service Centre at Agartala.

sir, i purchased nokia 7610 supernova on 8 march 2009 from planet m in canaught palace, new delhi. it was a home delivery, and phone was sealed.on opening the phone i found that its upper slider is shaky n creates pblm while using it. The dealer is not listening to me. i had alreay used other slider phone like 5200, 3600.

This is with regret i have to inform you that my set has developed problems the day it was purchased from, have purchased the cell just 2 days ago on 15.03.09 from a Nokia dealer, but just after very 1 day m facing problem with the set. it first developed problem is not charging at all. After showing full charge battery getting fall down. i have spoken to that Nokia dealer, but i was litterly shocked & very dissapointed, as cause he could not open the back cover of the set & done damaged on my 2 days old set by cracking the back cover of the set, after asking for change the back cover unable to do that. More thing when I am capturing any photo fr the set it automaticaly getting switched off & switch on & back body is getting hot.

I am sure that a faulty set has been given to me and i have lost the trust in the current handset.Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

we were told that nokia has an international warranty, even if not .. can u please help us by responding and telling the true story to save our harrasment. please respond soon.

i purchased a nokia n85 from a nokia priority dealer. everything was fine till i got a feeling that i have been duped bcoz THE WAVESECURE ACCOUNT IS NOT GETTING ACTIVATED DUE TO THE USERNAME OR PINCODE WHICH IT SAYS IS ALREADY THERE. i have purchased nokia 3120 just 3 months before. But now i am facing some problem like my set is not showing any tower signal although i am in a signal region and this problem is occurring when i am going to any place where there is no tower and when i am returning to the tower region still it is not showing any signal. Then i have to switch off my moblile to bring the tower and this is happening each and everytime when i am going beyod reachable zone.
Please try to solve my problem. Hope i will get a positive response from your side.

i have sent my nokia n79 to the nokia customer care. it had a problem of hanging. after the start-up of the mobile, for a minute i was able to work with it. After that the keypad would hang and work itself, i was unable to use and neither it would get switch off. I have received an SMS on my mobile as - Congratulation! Your mobile No. has won 4.2 million euros in Nokia award pro 2009. To claim contact Dr.Samuel Walter & his mobile no. is [protected] & [protected]. I contact him on e-mail I.D. given by him on SMS. E-mail I.D. was [protected]@gmail.com. After few days I got an e-mail demanding my residential proof along with scanned copy of identity proof. I send him all the details he demanded to me as a part of verification
process. Some days latter I get a SMS that you are the winner & choose only your option of currency
to accept my prize. After talking with him personly on his phone he assuered us to send us the details
on E-mail. In that E-mail he demanded Rs. 55, 015.51 INR as courier charges to send the prize or
send an amount of Rs. 42, 486.30 INR in online account in Banko Popular Bank Spain.
Please guide us that the person & the prize are true or any scam.
I have buy a nokia 6300 it's Rs 5500 . After getting this mobile than only i realise that this mobile is getting too hot . While using it's too hot .because of steel body and slim . Dear nokia please give suggestion or make any remedy pls :(.:(.:-):(.?:-(
