I had purchased a Nokia N 81(with MC) on 12th Jan '09. Just after about 45 days for purchase I had a major Memory Card Issue in the cell. The cell stopped reading the memory card and gave an error of "DISK ERROR - DATA COULD NOT BE RETRIEVED". Also, there was keypad problem and the CANCEL key would remain pressed because of which I was not able to type anything on the cell and battery got drained in few hours.
I contacted the Nokia Care Centre (Rocky Agencies, Royapettah, Chennai) on 12th March '09 and they sent the cell to Delhi for 10 days for repair. After it came back on 20th March ’09, I found that only the keypad issue was resolved and the DISK ERROR still existed. On my complaint they again sent the phone back to Delhi for 10 more days and when it came back on 31st March ’09 they told that there has been a replacement for my cell and they gave me another N 81 cell (swap cell).
On checking the replacement cell, to my horror, I found that this one doesn’t even accept the MC and there was some problem with its MC Slot. When pointed out, they coolly replied that now again this cell has to be sent to Delhi for repair for another 10 days!!!
Because of all this, for the past 22 days, I haven’t be able to contact anyone – family, friends and colleagues in job, boss. I am severed from everyone and worst part is that just after using my brand new cell for a short duration and paying a whooping 14, 000 bucks of my hard-earned money, I am getting a second hand mobile which I could have easily purchased from any vendor outside at a much cheaper price!!! My boss is unable to contact me for past 20 days. Do you take responsibility if this problem spills over to my job?? Moreover, my cell was of black color and they gave me a blue one which I don’t like at all. I bought a black one because I hate mobiles in blue. You can’t even imagine the mental agony I am suffering and the great inconvenience caused because of this negligence.
I would like to know what has happened to my old cell. If it is irreparable, I want a new mobile and not any other second hand swap mobile. This isn’t what I have paid 14000 buck for.

Nokia — Nokia E90 gave for service on Jan 2009 didn't get it till now
Dear Sir,I gave my mobile Nokia E90 for service on Jan 2009 now its April till now i didn't get the mobile back.
the customer care is really poor, when asked whats the status they kept on saying no spare parts.
for past 3 months i was not using my email on the go service and paying for the service center
these people can't handel high-end phones then why they are producing it.
i bought the stupid nokia e90 mobile for Rs 38, 000/-
After waiting for 3 months i came to know these guys won't give the mobile. so i bought a new Blackberry Bold for Rs 34, 000/-
in my lifetime i won't go for nokia again and i'll suggest everyone too.

NOKIA 7310 C — Poor Response from Customer / Nokia Care
I purchase one set NOKIA 7310C on[protected] but with in two month its keypad not working properly. I went to the shopkeeper with the and told him about the problem. He suggested to check with NOKIA CARE as the set is in warranty period. As suggested by shopkeeper I went to the nearby (Baddi - Himachal Pradesh) NOKIA CARE CENTRE and they prepaired a SERVICE JOB SHEET No.[protected]/090321/9 dated[protected]. They advised if problem can be sorted out at their end they will return the set by[protected]. On[protected] they told that the problem is not being sorted out at their end and send the set to their DELHI Office and verbally commited to returned the set within 10-12 days after repaired. After being regular followup with them, they are not clearing the status. I filed the complaint with NOKIA care also on[protected], but still they have not positive response. Again I went to the NOKIA CARE CENTRE (BADDI - H.P.) and ask about status. They told that set has been repaired and expected to reach them by[protected], but today I check with the customer care and surprised to hear that the set did not repaired and it will take another 10 days.Now I fed up with such type of poor service of NOKIA CARE.
