I brought 3120c about 6months back... but now the pboblem with the cell is it gets hanged very often. the display goes off and it becomes blank... i gave the cell for repair to nokia care in basavanagudi... on 23rd of march... and till todays date they have not repaired it and given... this shows that the nokia care service is so bad... please look into yhe problem... and respond us soon...

i have purchased one nokia 5700 in last year . After few months when talk to some one the body of the phone becomes hot .And in my phone there are too many important contact which is stored in my card .Then i gave it to nokia care after 10 days they gave me a nokia N70 but i want my previous phone because all data are stored in my card . i requested them please give my previous phone but don"t gave me .please help us how can i get my previous phone .please response soon

i gave a phone( nokia 7610 supernova) to hisar ( haryana ) customer care under warranty period in case of problem of display & they tell me that water goes on in ur handset from moisture from ears bt i m totally disagree from this because i always care of handset so i will complaint this to district forum soon to solve the problem regarding to this.

I bought a New Nokia 5310 Phone on 30 June 2008 as my IMEI No: is [protected] from Swetha compuers paradise Secunderabad A.P. But Now the current position is that my Phone is not working properly(Sound clarity and Camera problem) and also I am without a phone for almost a month, which is a basic need for life.I submit the phone to Nokia Care S.S electronics Shop no-22, 23&24, hardy complex, m.g. road secunderabad on 07 April 09 My jobsheet number is [protected]/4 and they promised me to return my handset within 3 days. After that they promised me to return me in another two days, as the consulted persons in above mentioned service centre are Mr. Puneet (Ph: No: [protected], Off: No:[protected] and now they are behaving very rudely with me. Is this the way to behave with the customers?. Due to this I am going through mental stress and lot of inconvenience as I have other liabilities too and important work to do. Due to not availability of my Phone I am unable to Contact anyone and wise versa. Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced, or my amount with the suitable interest rate and compensation, else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services and inconvenience faced due to no availability of my Phone for almost one month. Lastly I Hope that you will do the needful.
