Nokia N97 is really awesome model. It has all features except there is no option for Create and Edit for all office documents and PDF file. Only viewing option is there but simultaneously Create and Edit option must be required which was not incorporated all previous models of Nokia. Before launching globally in Nokia N97 if they incorporate Create and Edit option for word, excel, powerpoint and PDF documents from this model which become easily compete with Blackberry. Beside if Nokia N97 support Lotus Notes there must be facility with Microsoft Exchange Server.

Dear Sir/Madam,
We purchased a Nokia 31110C Intrumant No. [protected].
1. The Display wnt off in January 2009. My Nephew gave it for repair in January 2009 in Nokia care (SR Trading)
2. Even after repair we could use the mobile for hardly 1 week again tehe display went off.
3. We gave it for repair in March 30th 2009 in Nokia care (SR Trading)
4. Te instrument hardly worked for a few days. Again it for repair 30th April 2009 in Nokia care (SR Trading)
5. Iwe could use the Movile for 2 days - As per the instructions of Nokia care (SR Trading) we did not user memory card after receiving the repaired instrument.
6. Tody 9th May we've given for epair to SR Traders. This time they've assured to send it to Nokia H.O @ Gurgaqon.
7. This mobile seems to have a manufacturing defect which Nokia Care people refuse to accept. If the instrument is not repaied permanently, Noka has to provide a replacement instrument.
8. We are filing a case in the Consumer Redressal commission fro defeciency in Service. 9. My Niece was put to lot of hardship when their paqrents were out of staion as should not be contacted over the nobile

I have logged a complaint regarding the non-performance of ringtone on my nokia 9300 communicator on 3rd may 2009 at your new service station located at lower-parel.My jobsheet no is-[protected].
I got the jobsheet on which 6th may 09 was mentioned as job completion date.
I followed on 6th may but there was no response. They kept on saying that they will inform me in a day or two. After two days i again tried & i got the same reply.Then i decided to visit service centre personally. when i met your mr girish he told that you are well educated person then why you are coming here, we will inform you.Till 11th may2009 morning there was no call from the service centre.
then again i went there & enquired about my set, they again told me that we will call you about estimate but i insisted after waiting for 3 hrs that today i need my set.Then they told me to wait for another 1 hr after which they provided the estimate.I cancelled my order & requested them to return my hand set as the estimate was very high, they returned my handset after charging .but later i found that my handset cover is broken & also there is no signal at all .
After waiting for more than one week & spending my precious time & travelling from my place to your servicecentre i got in turn damaged piece. who will bear the loss.
I sincerely request you to kindly look intothe matter & arrange a new handset considering my original handset was not damaged.
Kindly do the needful & oblige.

I bought nokia 5320(blue) from prakash music centre bhopal on October 2009.i bought it by it after spending considerable money.Only because of my trust in the brand nokia and the day of its use it is giving problem to services.i have bought it from a nokia showroom there.since the day of its use it is giving problem of downloading and when i go to the service centre at sameer music centre there HCL( Nokia) one guy named Sachin Rajpoot([protected]) is asking for 1200 rs. And he promise me to gimme new nokia5320 handset(which is in gaurentee period ) in replace of the old one.but after 1 month he is not at all ready to give a new handset and is asking for more money for the old and damaged handset which he is giving to me by making all false commitment. This continued harrrasment by the brand NOKIA was not expected at all. In fact buying the brand NOKIA was to escape the inconveniences we are facing today. kindly help me out of this everyday torture and the great loss of money, as now the prices of the same model has also fallen. we were told that nokia has in warranty, even if not .. can u please help us by responding and telling the true story to save our harrasment. please respond soon.

Dear Sir,
I brought Nokia mobile E71-1 (metallic color) on 01.02.09, IMEI is [protected] under warranty, from Mobile store. But after using the set I was facing the problem that the USB is not getting connected to my laptop (i.e. no USB cable connectivity).
So, I went to my nearest Nokia service station i.e. SKYLINE, SUNDARBAGH BLDG., PCMC LINK ROAD, NEAR DARSHAN HALL, CHINCHWAD. PUNE 410033. They have taken my mobile for analysis and issued me a Service Job Sheet[protected]/090428/60 and sent it to their main service centre and informed me that it will take around 10~15 days. I requested them to provide me a stadyby piece so that my daily activity should not be hanged up because of this problem, after insisting them for 10-15 min. they had given me the standby piece.
After receiving a call from them I went to pick up my mobile on 13.05.09, they gave me a new replaced set but of black color. I told them that my original mobile is of metallic color but in replacement how they can change the color of the mobile which I bought of my choice. Regarding this even I have spoken to the proprietor of the store Mr. Nankani & he rudely told me that they cannot do anything for the replacement piece. Finally I told them how can I accept some other color, when I have payed for metallic piece. They are denieying to replace the piece but told me that they will try..
I request you to please tell me whether I can get the same color of mobile in replacement also? Please suggest what action can be taken against the authorised Service centre if they harras the clients by not providing proper information..

i am unable to use the keypads on upper slide... but the slide with number works well and good, i had no problems for three years and now i am not able to unlock my phone because of the keypad on upper slide, it just hangs up, and i am not able to switch off too, i have to remove my battery each time to switch off...

On April 29th, my mobile automatically got switched off, what I thought was because of no battery backup, hence I charged the mobile for an hour and then I switched on the mobile but it did not turned ON. Mobile is important in my life because my field is marketing field.
I went to Nokia care centre EDGECOM, #86/1 Maruthi Complex 1st main, new thippasandra HAL 3rd Stage, Indiranagar, BANGALORE- 75. Date: 02/May/2009. Job Sheet Number:[protected]/090502/77. After preliminary check from their side (FLASH Testing) they told me, it would take 12 working days since they have to send the mobile to NOKIA service centre at NOIDA. On May 2nd I handed over the set to above mention the address, but still have not got my mobile, I am fully dissatisfied with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced as soon as possible. Past 3 weeks I keep calling the Ashwin of EDGECOM Service center and every time they give a new excuse and a new problem in the phone( hardware problem, mother board issue etc).Still I don’t see any progress in their work.
I had spent considerable amount of money to purchase the mobile and now I don’t have my mobile.
I request you to immediately give instruction to replace the set. Again problem comes I can't wait more than a month.
