Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic — poor response by customer care

I have purchased a nokia 5800 XpressMusic classic mobile in the month of 17 Jan 2009.After 3 month use I found its blank display some time (technical verification for liquid logged & tampering of handset) were not woprking.So I submitted it to the Mobile care, Hospital Road, nr Lahoti Petrol pump, Sivasagar.There after they didnt provide me any proper feedback.After 7 days they informed me that the defective cell is going to Ght Service Station for repairing.After 10 days call M-[protected].They r told me by a newone within 10 days.But after one month also they didnt take any necessary action.I feel very much inconvinient with the siyuation.I would like to request the respective person to take necessary action to get back my cell as early as possible.

I purchased a new Nokia N79 on 28th April 09 from Planet M (Issardas Tilusing - Shop No. 2, Navsari Building, 240 D.N. Road, Fort Mumbai - 400001. Tel No.[protected]. From day one the phone was hanging every couple of hours. I called the very next day but they said the person in charge (Tanveer) would come in only after 4pm. I went at 7pm and he wasn't available, so I showed the condition to other staff present, just to make a record of the problem. I requested to change the model and they refused. They even refused to give me in writing that the phone was hanging because I said I wanted to go to consumer forum.Even though I had paid for additional 1 year warranty - after paying I was informed that Warranty card was not in stock. They said they'd send it over to my office by next evening - till today (22nd May 09) it has not arrived.
I visited the shop again next day and Tanveer did some setting on the phone after which phone stopped hanging. I used only basic features and few days ago when I checked the manual, I tried to activate a free n-Gage game for which I was provided a code in the user manual - to my horror I discovered that the n-Gage menu was not visible at all. I called Planet M and I was told to go to a Nokia service centre.
Today I went to Nokia Service Centre and they said that the guys at Planet M should have set up the phone for me, and if I wanted Nokia to do it, I would have to leave phone with them for atleast a day. Why should a consumer of a high-end new phone be put through this kind of treatment - I have tried to keep this concise and can provide all details regarding the how much precious time was wasted. I solicit help from the consumer forum in this matter.

i have purchased nokia 2626 imei no. [protected] & (worrenty ref. number GLBINY[protected] on july 2008. but since january 2009 the set is not working due to the problem & always shows INSERT SIM CARD. have sammited this mobile set to the local service center at saharanpur seven time. the set has alreay gone to higher service center Dehli five time, but the problem is still the same. i have spend lot of money and time kindly get in to the matter and respond in positive manner.

Then i am ok to update it.When they slove problem and handover the set to me and i see my contact numbers, the numbers are all earsed.When i asked that person where are my contact numbers, the person said that it is fomatted. My problem is what i am do next ? how can i get my contact number.
Your executive are no commonsence, how talk with the coustmer, even they not tell when software updattion is made, the contact are earsed. They are giving careless answer. They say, our duty is not complousery to explain everyone, the contact are earsed when software updation is made.

As i have misplaced my PC suite CD so i am not able to connect my mobile to my computer. It gives the message when i downloaded drivers for your site that your phone is in UI mode change it to file manager mode from your mobile. But sir i am not able to find out the solution. Kindly help.

I am writing to you with a sense of hope and genuine redress on a continuing issue to educate you further the concerned subject; I shall be elucidating the chain of events that has impeded the basic o[censored]tilization of a mobile phone from Nokia Inc.
The undersigned had purchased a Nokia 6500 Slider serial no: [protected] on 23rd May 08 from Nokia distribution center Margaon. Within four months of purchase the cell phone started having two major problems firstly automatically switch off secondly head speaker voice started cracking due to reoccurrence of the same problem over a period of eight months. The same piece was returned to Nokia Care for repair at least 06 times that to Mumbai twice for receiver change.
The complain receipt number is for your reference:

To facilitate you the continuing numbers will certify the same. Since it has been an issue with in the warranty period I decided to have a piece of replaced. To my utter disappointment the Nokia Care official showed their inability to replace stating with lack of empowerment. They further recommended me to sell the same piece to some one else.
Since the expiry date is over I have been left with no choice now, except your good office to facilitate me with a new piece.
