Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

The display in my 5300 phone is erratic. Nokia care (Kellys) is asking for atleast 15 days to fix it for want of spares. Poor show Nokia!!!Delay in spares means you lose business. Pls stand up to your name.. Arrange for a fix immediately.

last year i had urchased nokia 3600s form starting it self iam faicing lot of problem like haning low speaker etc now navigation key is not working today i went to nokia care tambram branch they are not ready to repair and asking repair cost money. i want to know when my mobile is under warrenty then why should i pay money ?????... and nokia costomer care is very busy since morning i had called i was on line no body is taking call now i dono whom to tell the problem

I bought nokia 6275(CDMA) on 27/april/2009 and now it is not working properly it is giving me signal problem and it also gets hanged sometimes.I went to nokia dealer but he talked to me very ruedly I told him that I will go to consumer court he said to what ever you can do I will not replace your phone.This type of thing is only harassing me I also gave them a mail on ([protected]@nokia.com) but I recieved to reply from them sir please what ever you can do plaese sir and let me know at my email ID [protected]@yahoo.com please sir

I update my N95 8 GB mobile with internet. Update process is proceed upto 2 stages. At the 3rd stage. Mobile does not recognise by the PC. After that, there is no action in the set. But when we switch on the mobile, the key pad lights are on. There is no reation in the mobile.

I purchased Nokia 3110c phone, from PLANET TELECOM, VIDE BILL NO. 152 / 7595 DT. 13-11-09,
for 2-3 months it worked well and after that had faced many problems abt this phone, The phone hangs, display prob, n more storage prob... the same problem was briefed to your NRI COMMUNICATION, LAJPAT NAGAR, NEW DELHI, vide ASC NO. 111_433527, DT[protected], but all in vain .. not recd. proper responce fom them ... Since i have purchased the phone at a very dear price, I expect full value for my money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

I have just bought Nokia N79 last month. Its a new handset, but already i am facing probelm with the display. I gave it to Nokia Care center, they rectified that but again i have got the probelm with my camera. If this is the service you provide, then it is better that you close your company.If this the service given to the customers then we have to put this forward to the consumer court.
I too have a lot of complaint towarda customer care people i feel they are doing a fake buiseness on the name of nokia care.
I have purchase Nokia 6203 from Sameer Music Bithhan market Bhopal, dated 24.05.2009. but im suprised there bettary backup so pure. please look in the matter, i want to replace replace battery.

After insert MMC Card and we use the handfree the phone ringtone automatically off.
I submitt my phone first time 8 feb 2009 at nokia care, Nexttel vidyalaxmi complex abulane meerut.
and till today. I have submitted my phone about seven time but they din't repair this phone problem. they have sent this phone to L-3 for six time. i am not setecfied by Nokia. I have spent five months my lot of time, lot of money. i want results.

This is to bring into your notice that my N-81 with IMEI no- [protected] only after 2 months o[censored]sage since its purchase, is with nokia care for last 5 months.Four times it has been sent the head office for repairing but result havent proved fruiutful.The engineers say that there is some IC problem...the cell has automatic keypad problem, camerea quality has gone very poor and it hangs.So many times during the period from January 2009 To May 2009 i have asked them to replace the sent but no attention is paid to that.Each time it comes by repairing and doesnt work correctly even more than a week.This is the fourth time i have got the set...with a new problem.They have returned me wiyh entire broken and damaged front cover.I have bought it an amount of 15, 000 and all has gone waste.Can these people help me.Idnt understand why dnt they understand the prblem a customer is facing.Every time for the lat 5 months i am given 15 days time...i always request for its replacement but no heed is given to it.I just need replacement of my set which i have bought after sending my valuable money.

I have purchased NOKIA 3110classic mobile 2 years back and last month have faced booting problem with it where in it was failing to switch on only. Then I approached NOKIA CARE located in malleshwaram, Bangalore. After keeping my mobile for ten days saying that we have sent it to head office, atlast they came out with the concusion that there is a problem with the mother board itself and its better to take a new mobile itself. Then i went for ordinary moblie shop where in i got repaired my mobile within a single day repairing the worn out IC. I am extremely unhappy with the kind of service provided by your costumer care people and even without any repair I lost all my data. So here by i try to bring it into your notice that you please take proper action regarding the same.

nokia 7210 — weak battery and irresponsible behaviour of customer care people

I bought Nokia 7210 in January 2009 in hyderabad.The battery went low and phone was swithched off and took the nearby customer care in khammam as i reside at the station.they told that the battery became weak and boosted it and gave it to me.on the same day same thing repeated.i approached them and they boosted it again and told me to charge it for a long time.i charged it for 10 to 12 hrs.but it didnot work out.as the piece had a guarantee for 1 yr. i submitted the copy of bill and asked the c.care people to replace battery.but they asked me to come after 4 to 5 days as there is no stock of batteries.but the way they responded to my problem is very irresponsible and at the time of my approach i came across such incidents for other customers also.i submitted my bill on 29th may 2009 and when i called them for the result on 2nd june 2009 they answered very irresponsibly and asked me to wait for 10 more days.
i bring to your notice that the customer care people only responding to the problems for which they are paid and not attending to the Guarantee period complaints.Though i was disappointed by the battery, s poor performance within 6 months I was much more disappointed with the response of the customer care service.
