[Resolved]  Nokia Customer Care Of India — Fade up with the customer care

Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

This is paul, purchased nokia3500c in yea on[protected].I live in vijayawada(andhra pradesh).Ever since i bought this phone iam facing really some serious problems.First the key pad IC was failed and when i contacted nokia customercare in vijayawada, they said its under warranty and they repaired it after 1month and gave me.Now after ther warranty got expired my mobile phone display is not working and really iam sayng you this problem occured with out any external damage because i use it with meticulous care.
So I contacted your Customer care office again in vijayawada and they after collecting Rs.50/- as minimum servicing charge said that the problem is in board.So instead of repairing it you can buy a new piece and gave my mobile back without doing any repair inspite of my persisteny request to repair it at any cost.The IMEI no of y mobile is:[protected].The job sheet no is:13884 and the code is 0549190.please help me as iam a middle class man who cannot afford to buy anew phone as of now and plaese clarify me that after using it for one year, Is a nokia customer supposed to buy another mobile due to the technical glitches of this sort as my mobile is facing.


So i really hope you will take necessary and appropriate action to ward sthis issue.

Nokia 5800 xpress music — plastic attachment and warranty void

I bought my phone 4 months ago.when i realised the problem in hearing during call. i read on Nokia website that it was a manufacturing defect for most of the 5800 Models and can be repaired at any "nokia care " ceter.i went to Koramangala... i gave for servicing and discovered i had the "small plastic sim cover" detched from the cell . service center said they will try to fix it and during the time of return had lost it. they instead of accepting their mistake blamed me for it .and even after all this my original problem persisted. so i decided to give it to another nokia care at "BTM Layout". this time they said they will fix my problem and changed the micophone. They also gave me a 700Rs bill sayin my warrenty is at void as the "sim cover plastic" was missing and comes under physical damage.
i am a customer and instead of providing good service i have been made to suffer . i made 3 visits for a defect NOKIA is responsible and yet had to face humiliation. The Service was pathetic and the personel at Nokia Care were rude and unprofessional and this was the same case with 2 other customers there. if this dosen help, i think my faith in the Company would end . please do the needful as its spoiling the reputaion of the company and our trust in the Company...a troubled customer

I have taken cell of model 5130 c-2 xpress mussic, after taking this mobile i am getting lot of problems.when i try to use Bluetooth it is suddenly hanged play song haned up, when i took this to customer care they were formatting the software and again reloading software.Because of this i am loosing all my contacts and when i try to get the data through bluetooth i never get the data, some times no enough memory like this...please give me a proper solution to this product.i have completed 3 month product purchase date.so please help me in this regard for not loosing my contacts else replace me with new mobile my new contect no.[protected] plz give me

i bought a nokia 5800XM . JUST AFTER 2 MONTHS the phone started giving problem.
so it was being given to the nokia care. at salt lake sector-5 kolata.
they assured me that they will repair my phone with in 15 dayz..but they took almost 1 month and at the ned gave a 33 hrs. used phone. saying dat it has been replaced.
now the new phone is giving the same problems. and they are not at all co operating with us.
so please take care of it. or we have to take some strict decisions.

We have purchased a NOKIA 1661 in month of April 2009. The Display of the said model has been broken in weeks time due to delicate model. We have already shown it to Nokia care Nashik and they are saying the Model is very new hence the spares / display is not available with them and in Nokia main center-Delhi also.

The Delhi center has given the Job Sheet No.[protected]/090505/13. Hence, the request is to make the spares available at the earliest and oblised. As far as product & service are concerned we have very much faith on the Nokia which should break.

Nokia Care service at Amreli Center is very poor.I went there with my Nokia 5220 five times with problem.Every time they said that there is water found in mobile, it cant be repairable.But it is repairable at Rajkot center.How is possibe that it is not repairable here?

Even Nokia care service staff is very rude to customer.

I have experienced the worst with Nokia Care in Udhna Darwaja, Surat, Gujrat. I ran 5 times in 30 days to get my 1650 handset(S. No. 351941/03/738105/0) repaired with the same problem(display) all the time in warranty period.

Last time I was charged with repairing charge in warranty period, but alas!! I still have the same problem with my handset. Finally I had to purchase another handset of different brand.

So, Customer is never cared in nokia care.. Its actually the fault of the working persons of the Nokia care.. who are dawning the name & fame of NOKIA..

I have a Nokia 6070 Set which I have purchased on 11/12/2006 from Jaipur. I have lost my mobile since one year back on 10.06.2008. I have immediately lodge an FIR in the local Police Station. The IMEI No. of the Hanset is [protected].
Now I have got back my Mobile from the Police Station on 18.06.2009. I have put the SIM Card of Airtel. I am receiving a message from Airtel that my IMEI No. is going to Expired on 25th June 2009 and they are advicing me to change the SIM card to some other Mobile Handset.
You are requested to kindly suggest me what can I do in this regard.
