Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

I have purchased a Nokia 6275 CDMA TATA handset on 29/11/09.

Now it is not working properly, so today I went to below Nokia care center

There is a guy who is giving token to each customer to wait for their turn to tell their problem.

when I request him very humbly to give me a token he very rudely refuse to give me a token.His behaviour was so rude, he told me that we give the tokens before 7pm only after that no token will provided to any customer.

I was enter in nokia care at 7:05 PM, and I saw a person who has just enter with me he has got the token, when I told the same thing to that guy in avery humble manner but again he told me very rudely to see the display board outside the shop on which the timing was written workin hours 10am to 7 pm.

then again itold him very humbly why you have gave the token to this person who has just enter the shop with me.then he reply me very rudely now no more token.

Now I am asking you If the person who was just come with me in that shop at 7:05 PM and got the token, then why he refused me very badly.

Requesting you to make a strong rule against the bad behaviour of shopkeeper with their customers

Nokia N85 — Pathetic Nokia Service and customer care!!

Hi,

Its really disgusting to see one of the reputed company having a customer unfriendly business model when it comes to their service and customer care. I had bought a Nokia N85 on 08th Feb 2009 IMEI num [protected]. Within couple of days I found it had many issues!!
1. The Tranciver was faulty. The callers on my phone used to complain about my voice being very fady and it was difficult for me as well to her their voice about 90%of the time, the voice amplitude used to go up and down intermittently.
2) The FM transmitter was not working at all.
3) The system used to crash often even when I had not installed any new apps.

I reported these issues to the Nokia Care Center (Shilak Inc. R.T Nagar, Bangalore -32), and they gave me the first job sheet (I do not remember the Job Sheet number). After 4 days I got a call from them saying my phone has been repaired. I asked them on how the problems have been solved for which they said they have upgraded the s/w, and replaced the buzzer (probebly they meant the tranciever). I could not varify on the solution as I didn't carry the battery with me. Upon reaching home I found that the tranciever problem was solved, however the FM transmitter still did not work! I returned the phone immediately to the same service center, they did not make a new Job sheet this time. After couple of days I got it back saying its fixed. This time I checked the FM transmitter at the service station and it worked. However after a day it again stopped working.
This happened about 3 times (once the service center even broke phones front panel when doing the repair!!).
After this I insited on a new jobsheet (Number :[protected]/090331/9) and asked them for the replacement (it was already repaired 5 times by this time). After lot of calls and escalations to the customer care center the phone was sent to the so called head office. I hoped they will replace it this time. However within 2 weeks I got the call from the Nokia Care, claiming the issue has been fixed by the head office and it is not replaced. I went to the Care center and found that it was still not fixed!! I did not take the phone home and asked them for the replacement again. As usual the Nokia Care guys said they will send it to the head office and if its repairable then it cannot be replaced!! Those guys still thought it is repairable! what a joke.
I also raised a complaint on the nokia customer care (2-3W9NXB). After this I had to go on a travel and could not follow up for about 30 days. However i returned on 8th May 2009 and called up the Nokia Care center to find out if my Mobile has been replaced. Surprizingly they could not trace the phone and promised to call me back in 1hour, which never happened. Once I did not get the call back from the Nokia Care, I called up their customer care and learnt that it has been already dispatched from the head office on 15th Apr 2009 itself! The Nokia Care took about 24hrs to trace my Mobile and asked me to come and collect it. Finally I was relived thinking that I am out of my misery. But that was not the case, the replacement phone turned out to be a piece of crap!(IMEI : [protected]). There were scrathces all over it, and it was a used phone! what the hell!!! How can nokia replace a phone which was used by the customer only for about 20days ( as most of the times in these last 3 months it was in the Service center itself), with this piece of !!! I refused it out-right and asked the Nokia Care guys to send it back to the head office again!!
Disgusted, I called up their customer care number again today (09th May 2009), and the guy on the other side tells me that "according to Nokia India policy we cannot give you a new replacement"!! huh...!Eventhough I knew, no where in the world, no reputed compny will give a used replacement set, I asked him to get me the records of this replacement mobile that they were offering me,
1. Where did this mobile come from
2. If its used then who has used it? and what was the reason that it was returned!
3. How old is it?
For all this his answer was we cannot provide you the details!!! what the hell!!
I am not going to collect the mobile from the Nokia Care ceter untill I get a satisfactory replacement set. Can you guys help in my fight against this injustice?

Still what do you want from general public as support?
Even i have a similar kind of problem with 5610 Express Music, its was about 5 months with nokia care and the service center promised to give an extened warrenty and now i find that there is no concept of extended warrenty, iam planning to pack the hand set and sent it to Nokia office.

i purchased a handset of nokia-1202 two month ago.
But some problems occoured in my handset that the Battery not proper running.
if i Charged my battery at 10.00 am, next day at the same time it go switched off. ( making of call, receiving of call its not a issue.)
The other problems are about my nokia-1200 handset that OUT GOING VOICE is not hearing to on line person.

Please suggest me for my battery long life. this will be ur kind

I m sorry to inform u that i purchased Nokia mobile set from subhiksha model no 5610d-i but from the very first day the set has a problem . after checking by the nokia care center the set is swap once (after two months app). but the swap set also give problems after three months.now again i submit my mobile at nokia care center for repair job sheet no[protected]/090522/1 (M S Communications ludhiana) .At this stage I am feeling that I have been cheated.I had spent my hard earned money in buying world's branded set but now all my excitement of purchasing the branded set has gone away.At least the chinese sets can never give such kind of problems.All I can say that if this particular model has this problem then you should replace it with other model (of approx. same price) running indian market you do not take immediate action then I have no choice but to go to consumer court.I still feel that you would not give me chance for that.

Wuith extreme pain I am to say that I am fed up with Nokia service.

I am not getting proper solution to my problem.

From very first day this Nokia 1650(IMEI# [protected] Purcahsed date 14th may 2009) is giving me lot of problem.

When I purchased the mobile it was working but after 2 days it got in more many problems in this phone not properly call details show and radio freq not properly mathed .allready nokia care in 2 tmes repair but alltimes say ur phones are ok. I want this to be replaced by new one beacause I have face problem the day 3rd after paying full amount for new mobile.

Take this problem will not sorted out within a weak time, i will have to take from legal action.

Planet M Showroom(Nokia 3600 slide) — Tempered handset been sold

I bought the phone (N-3600 Slide (IMEI:[protected])) 3 months back Dt.31Jan'09 form the dealer Plane M, i Bought the billed phoned with 2 years warranty card(warranty no:24323), Since 1st May I was facing problem with my Handset like: Hanging, Volume & Camera not working. I took my phone to the Lajpat nagar-2 Nokia Service Center there they told us the handset cannot be repair as it's out of warranty because its already been tempered by some one, They told me one of the inbuilt software in phone related to camera is already been repaired. I took my phone to the Planet M store from where I bought the phone & complaint the same .They gave me the assurance that Nokia Service Center must have got some misunderstanding and they will personally take charge in repairing my phone from some other Nokia Service Center. I trusted them and deposited my hand set on 9May'09 & in return the provided a Job Sheet (no.4269).Now they gave me a call on 14May09 and told me that my phone can't be repair as its Camera is damage and they put an allegation on me that i must have repaired my Handset from some local shop and spoiled my phone.

Now the query raise, Why i will go to some local vendor pay him and get my phone repaired if I already have 2years Warranty on it. After that I personally visited and enquired about the status of by Handset condition than again change there statement that I must have drop my handset in water(which was never told me earlier even when I showed my Phone to Nokia service centered ) .

I’ am very disappointed with there response and feeling cheated .So I filed a complaint in Local Police Station against the Showroom & of which I'am holding a copy of F.I.R along with all documents like:
*Phone bill
*Warranty card and
*job sheet copy for your reference.

Kindly advice what should I do, My only hope is with this Forum.

I bought a New Nokia E63 Phone, But Now the current position is that my Phone is not working due to software problem I submit the phone to Nokia care MAA COMMUNICATION, B-36 Guru nanak pura radhu palace raod opp v3s mall laxmi nagar new delhi, on 23th may09 but their the handset return back my mobile. when i got phone i check my phone. phone is not charing.i sumiited my phone on 27th may09. they told me phone not reparied me many times to nokia care center But still my mobile is not sent for service . Due to this I am going through mental stress and lot of inconvenience as I have other liabilities too and important work to do. My jobsheet number is[protected]/090527/71 given by Nokia care. Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced, or my amount with the suitable interest rate and compensation, else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services and inconvenience faced due to no availability of my Phone for past 12 days .The customer service person at this nokia care center is so rude also not reposnding if anything is asked, she was always doing her personal job making the customer to wait at Q.

So I contacted your Customer care office again in vijayawada and they after collecting Rs.50/- as minimum servicing charge said that the problem is in board.So instead of repairing it you can buy a new piece and gave my mobile back without doing any repair inspite of my persisteny request to repair it at any cost.The IMEI no of y mobile is:[protected].The job sheet no is:13884 and the code is 0549190.please help me as iam a middle class man who cannot afford to buy anew phone as of now and plaese clarify me that after using it for one year, Is a nokia customer supposed to buy another mobile due to the technical glitches of this sort as my mobile is facing.


So i really hope you will take necessary and appropriate action to ward sthis issue.
