I had purchased a Nokia N-81-3 on 8.04.2009 from Mobile Store Sanjauli amounting to Rs, 14, 419/- and from the very beginning the mobile has shown problem, related to its camera and the software gets hanged in-between. This problem seems to be a manufacture’s defect.
Though, after tolerating the nuisance for two months I have given the handset to your customer care on above mentioned address.
It is requested to kindly look into the concerned matter for the best interest of the customer and the Company’s goodwill. Kindly arrange to get the job done as soon as possible as this thing has created a lot of problem for me.

I have had the privilege of enjoying many very good NOKIA sets and have tasted their reliability and durance. However, technical faults coupled with poor customer care service over our most recently purchased nokia 5200 (IMEI no. [protected]) (Product code: 545547) has shattered our faith on the brand. The present set purchased on 27/10/08 has had problems with periodic switching off of power quite frequently over which it has been twice sent to NOKIA service centre, Delhi through " Ankit Electronics" (ASC 443_504867), Raipur. The inconvenience caused could have been endured had the set been rendered faultless, but to our dismay the problem of power switching off has turned graver and the set has altogether switched off. Today, "Ankit Electronics" once again failed in detecting any faults and would be sending the set to Delhi. This is the third time within the 1 year warranty period that the set has been sent to Delhi. It is appalling that a brand of nokia's reputation allows itself to be tarnished over such grievances.
I would kindly request you to take care of the problems permanently and replace the set if required and restore our faith in the brand we have used.

This is Ashim Ghosh from Bhubaneswar, Previously i had one a Nokia 111oi set.after that i have purchased a nokia 6300 set by saving the money from so many days.Because i was planning to buy a handset by which i could listen song as well as it will have camera facility.Though the other company's product also available in same price and same facility but i have gone for Nokia, bcoz Nokia is trusted one...Initially i was happy, but after 4 months suddenly it stopped to work headphone.battery backup problem started.and now total set got hanged like nothing is working.It is just less than 6 months time when i have purchased. After that i immidiately gone to Nokia Care at Ashok Nagar Bhubaneswar, Orissa.But after some time they told me that it is the case of water damage, so the warranty got void.and i should change the mother board of phone, which cost is 75% of total phone cost.I was realy shocked.
I can aasure you that it was not dropped in the water or not even in the floor or any where from my hand, i was realy caring about my phone which i could purchase after waiting so many days, by saving money bit by bit.It is really a pain to me, and hope you can understand my situation.

my phone model ;nokia 6300 becomes very slow after 1 year itself .due to memory card virus .so i removed my memory card and used the phone. service man told that to re install new software. so i went to nokia care at trichy near court .but there is no response.they said they cannot. im so tensed. then y could we buy branded nokia mobiles. wat can i do??
I gave my Nokia 5200 to Borivali Care Centre, on 28/29 Dec 08, for software update, instead they changed my display, on complaining about it, my display was restored, and software updated(Rs250)but very soon, I found Outgoing audio and the Wires joining two sliders(Strip)damaged and got my strip repaired (Rs 650)but not mike as I had headphones as alternative, recently headphones have stopped being detected by the phone rendering it impaired to outgoing audio, that i went back to nokia care to change mike, mike was changed on 19th but next day again it stopped working, again I gave my phone back to Nokia Care, I recieved it yesterday on 23rd june, but today again mike stopped working, while changing my sim card to other phone, I felt something unusual in my Battery compartment, When i checked the IMEI number on Battery compartment with that shown on software(*#06#) both were different, obviously my hardware have been tampered with, now ur care guys refuse to acknowledge their mistake, on calling ur call centre, i found them very helpless to provide me any solution to this mess, WE IN INDIA BUY NOKIA PHONES AT HEFTY PRICE ONLY WITH AN IMPRESSION THAT OTHER COMPANIES DONT GIVE AFTER SALES LIKE NOKIA, If this is what we get as After sales support then why buy NOKIA Phone??If in the name of After sales u r cheating customers in hardware!!!Now tell me how can I get my original phone back? and how would you compensate for all the unnecessary exps that i had to make for some IMPOSED repairs that i had to go thru?My details are below, I need reply in a week(7 Days) time or as sooner as u can, else I shall consider WEB based complaint Support equally useless as ur stores and callcentre,

I gave my handset nokia 5200 at nokia care center in chinsurah(hooghly W.B) for repairing upper keypad and microphone. while dipositing the hand set it was fully functional except the above mentioned problem on date 22/06/09.but on 25/06/09 when i went to inquire about my hand set they said it is not functioning and cannot be repaired. they said the phone is heating up so there is a problem in the harddrive of the set.
now the phone is not getting switched on.
i will like to bring the superior authority of nokia's attention to this matter.

Then I went to the Nokia Care and told them about the problem in Chennai-India.you people at service center are not able to identify the problem.They told us it will work for somedays only and also they told us to exchange it in only saudi where we bought it.Is it a MNC Comp?Then why they say us to replace only in saudi.Why not in India.Kindly advice as early as possible.Hope to hear soon from you.
