This is S.Dasgupta . I bought N 72 Nokia Handset about a year back. Frankly speaking I never thought of buying any other similar variant from other brand as Nokia has acclaimed it's name & fame for the past few years. But right from the beginning of my usage the Handset became a nightmare because of it's erratic performance. I have also noticed as I am moving out from my city( I stay in delhi)it behaves abnormally & you can imagine how helpless situation I am facing during that time. My job profile just can not afford to get myself disconnected even for a second throughout the day.I took it once to the nearest service centre & got it repaired once I face tremendous problem while at Chennai & Bangalore. Again last week I was at Kolkata & faced huge problems.
Just to conclude this is a very bad experience so far & I will definitely not recommend to the people to go for NOKIA . Think at least twice, have a survey on other variants before buying. The mistake I have done at least someone should be prevented & benifitted.

with due respect ;i want to covey u that i went to nokia care centre at mp nagar bhopal for reparing of my handset nokia 7710 job sheet was made costing Rs 200 when i visited for recieving my handset they told me to pay Rs 1500 insted of 200 without informing me in advance .i was unable to effort the sum because i am a student residing in kashmir and i was leaving for kashmir on the same date .They returned the set in deadly condition; flesh ic was missing.
After returning back i visited the same centre they refused to take it after some days i visited another nokia care centre at Malvia nagar Bhopal they recieved the set, & told me to pay the sum of Rs 10, 000 for the same set in the same condition.
At last i want to convey you to take any action towars the said situation, that would be your most kindness.

I am vivek i purchased a Nokia2626 handset in oct 08 & after a week it shows a message that " Charger not supported " i sent it for repair i got back in more than 20 days
