Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

Because when i will go in jalgon nakia care center for repairing the my nokia handset1600
there IMEI NO:[protected] . this handset has problem is after one &half hour it can show INSERT SIM CARD, this problem was not solve after three or four times admited the mobile plze take a quick action on our jalgaon branch of nokia care ...

Horrible experience!!!, the due date for my mobile was 12 days after I gave the phone (for panel change) I went there after 12 days and they asked me to come back after 25 days, I asked them why they dint give me a call informing me that it was not ready by due date, Mr Prakash V Manager argued asking me why I dint call them before coming, he was supposed to give me back a change of 200Rs I asked him for it and he informed me that he gave it, I asked me(definitely not politely coz he was not willing) to check his accounts and call back, he promised to call back tomorrow, his tomorrow never came. My work was not done, I had to pay extra, and it’s totally not worth it.

i bhought a nokia 1202(imei no.[protected]) phone in calcutta from a priority dealer. from the first day i face software problem of the set - automatic off on, hang, speacker problem etc. next i return it to the shop, they said taht they will send it to the nokia customer care. after one month it come back, software was uploaded so there is no problem in the hand set. after few days a iface same problem. within last six months i sent it customer care for four times. after software uploaded it worked properly but after few days i face same problem. its frustrating. please halp me. thanking you,

On dated 15 Feb 2009 i have bought E51 with IMEI: [protected]. jUST AFTER FEW DAYS I FOUND OUT THAT ITS SCREEN/DISPLAY IS BLINKING. I REPORTED IT TO NOKIA CARE, SALUJA TELECOM, HARMINDER SINGH (SHOP MANAGER), GHANTA GHAR CHOWK, KORBA, CHHATTISGARH, M. NO. [protected]. AFTER FEW ARGUMENTS HE WAS AGREED THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE DISPLAY. BUT AFTER WAITING FOR MORE THAN 2 MONTHS STILL THEY ARE NOT CHANGING MY DISPLAY. THEY ARE TELLING THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THAT DISPLAY FROM DELHI NOKIA CENTER. SO CANT DO ANYTHING.

IS THIS THE AFTER SALES SERVICE OF NOKIA???

Nokia 3500C mobile — Phone doesn't works properly even after two repairs by nokia care itself.

Phone do not works properly after two time repaired

I had purchased Nokia 3500C 11 months back, initially it was working properly after some times it started malfunctioning, battery goes out quickly, sound started decreasing, mobile hanged many times etc. So I went to nokia care to repair, after repairing the problems remain the same, I went there again after two days, they kept my mobile for around 10 days. But still my low Sound problem is same, and mobile gets hot while talking. Now thy are saying submit the mobile to nokia care again. But I don't want the same mobile again what should I do?

i have submitted my nokia 3110 mobile at nokia care centre near krishna temple ludhiana one time and near hotel joom centre ludhiana 4 times but again the same problem occurs.before the two days end of the warranty i went to nokia care centre. they handle the set carefully .but after this again same problem occurs .my mobile switch off automatically, there is a problem of speaker from the very first month of manufacturing please tell me what can i do .my set is not under warranty

i have purchased a nokia 1650 a black- from aligarh. IMEI.NO.[protected], battery no. R13003972, but the battery backup was very low . when i complain the servise centreat samad road aligarh. he says it is local battery and will not be replace and the retailer says it will be changed from service centre only . so please find the matter seriously and solve it earlier as possible...
