To, Senoir Management Customer Care Nokia, India Dear Sir, I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009. I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount regards, Unfornatunaly a Nokia Customer, nivedita biswas [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? Hallo, I learn that your service center in Patny center, Secunderabad (AP) has unable to repair any Nokia mobile. Because I handed over a Nokia set in the center and received from me a sum of Rs. 100/- which was not refundable if the set is repaired or not. When I reached the center after three days for collection of the set and wait there a 30 minutes. But 75 % of mobiles returned from your service center that "not repairable" . It means that your service center work is only collection of Rs.100/- from customer and do't repair the sets and returned to customer. If the set is not repairable why not you returned the money also?. It means your service center work is only collecting money without repair of sets or you have no professionals for repairing in your service center. If the Nokia sets not repairable in Nokia customer service center, what is the deference between Nokia and China mobiles. It is therefore request that take an appropriate and suitable actions for repair of YOUR mobiles in your SERVICE CENTERS.

I am using nokia 5800 handset since 8months from the day one i took the handset i faced 4 time technical problem in the handset Serial No [protected]

i am from Ahmedabad. i have purchased nokia E51. serial number [protected].
my mobile getting dust problem since am purchased it. i have visited more then 30 times to nokia care for removing dust. but still i facing this problem. if nokia care is not able to solve this problem then i have to supposed to go out sider private mobile reparer. m facing a lots of problems.

i request you sir plz take some necessary steps, otherwise change my handset.

sir
i bought a new nokia 5130 before a month. When i switch on camera i displays dots on the screen.
bcoz of that i go to nokia care and submit my mobile to repair
after 10 days of buying and my phone is still not repaired ..
customer executive says that it's a minor problem..
but i paid for that RS 5200 and why did i have to adjust for that minor problem..

If nokia can't repair my phone they have to repair my phone otherwise replace my phone or give me in written that we can't repair your phone .
now i am going to file two cases against nokia in the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986 of mental harassment and for defective piece.
if any one can help me so please help me...

Dear Sir,

I bought New Nokia Hand set 6300 from England through one of my friend who is working there. When I used it first time it is showing country code problem which my father ressolved with the help of local mobile store somewhere, now it is automatically switch off within 2 minute during receive and dial call and also same after 20 to 30 minute in standby mode. Yesterday I received phone call about my handset that it is not valid due to invalid IMEI number.

When I check IMEI number of my handset through dialing *#06# it is showing [protected]?

Please suggest me to resolve this problem immediately.

Dear sir,
I bought nokia 2626 from Jalpaiguri, West Bengal. The set just functioned some technical problem and stoped operating.
I rushed to the nearest nokia care centre immediately and waited for ONE MONTH .The executive there responded with a bored voice and noted down my complaint without trying to listen a single word apart from what she wanted to hear! you believe that ? but i was already worried. Nokia care change my original board but still my phone is not running and NOKIA CARE return my phone.
I therfore request the concerned people to lookin through the matter.

Dear Sir,
I have baught NOKIA cell phone N-73 music addition dated on 26-8-08.I paid Rs/-12, 700 for it.From start it has problem of auto switch switch off but it happens 1 or 2 times in a month.I thought it is not so serious problem.But before the warrenty date 18-8-08 it got serious problem of auto switch off and switch on problem.I give my mobile to NOKIA care on date 21-8-09.It worked for 1-day but again got same problem but this time my cell phone was not switch on it was showing a message that please contact to your retailor.
After one month I went to cutomer care but my cell phone was not accepting any SIM card.Yet I did not get my cell phone.I want new N-73 Black colour music addition cell phone.Please do something for it.

i purchased nokia 6303 classic M.balck on 8th Nov. 2009 . i want to complain about handset that clarity of mobile phone is 3.2mp but it is not upto the mark. as compare to other nokia handset with3.2 mp, the handset have certain problem. so i request you to take this compliant seriously. it going face much of problem to me. so i m not happy with your product. if there is handset problem i want to replace it. so give me your nokia centres address near mumbai & in pune also. that can i solve my problem.
