i m not happy with nokia 6303 classic handset. the problem regarding camera clarity. i want to replace handset.

Recently I had bought a Nokia 5310 from The Mobile Store in Ahmedabad. From the next day itself, it started giving problems. I had kept the handset as it is, and still the screen is damaged inside. When I gave a complaint for the same at the mobile store, they did not agree to it and say it had been damanged knowingly. Why would someone do it? Its still in the warranty period. I asked them to replace the set, but that was not accepted. I got the screen changed on my own expense, still again without any issues the next day again the screen was damaged. I request you for a change of handset. Since, this is changing my belief in Nokia. If this is how it is, I don't think I would be willing to buy any Nokia handset any further. No one from the Nokia Service Centre or The Mobile store is ready to help for the same, even when the phone is in waranty period. Every time the screen gets damaged, even without using it. Kindly get this handset changed. I have lost faith from Nokia. I am going to consider putting a case against the same in case no action is taken sometime soon.

But again on 21st October 2009, i got the same problem(Not switching On).. so i went to another Nokia care (AMBATTUR Chennai).. but they told me that, it will take some 10-15 days.. so after 15 days it was again resolved..
But Again Today ( 17th November 2009 ) the same problem encountered.. [Not Switching On ]..This problem araises for 5th time..
Please look over this problem .. And give me a proper reply.

At the time of purchase it was seal packed. When I opened the box and switched the cell phone on, I noticed no display on the screen.
I reported thism problem to the shopkeeper on that very day and he directed me the Nokia Customer Care. Following his directions I spoke to Mr. Pasha (to my knowledge; the customer care executive) who in turn transferred me to the ID/call channel no. 1-[protected]. He said “This is a software problem and the software will be updated in service center”. After that I went to the Nokia Service centre, Maa Communication at Laxmi Nagar. The personnel over there told me that this not a software problem, you would need to leave your cell phone for about 6-7 days at the service centre. They will check it and after that you might get repaired or a new cell phone.
At the time of purchase, I was notified that the cell phone carries a replacement warranty period of 48 hours. Despite reporting the error within a short turn around of less than 48 hours; I was told that I would get a repaired one. This is what I’m concerned about. I was expecting a replacement model on the same day; but was surprised with the response. This situation has also deteriorated the brand image of Nokia in my mind, which I used to perceive as one of the best and customer friendly.
I’m requesting you to listen to my request and provide me a replacement set as the earliest. Otherwise, I would have been left with no other option except to go to consumer court.

This is just to bring into your kind notice that Unfortunately I am a esteemed customer of Nokia E-71, purchased a year back (Great NOKIA, India’s No.:01 Mobile company - NAAM BADE AUR DARSHAN CHOTE..!!!) & NOW really it’s changed my idea about your company only due to after sales experiences..
My mobile set dropped on floor & screen got damaged, immediately I went to Nokia Care Service Centre, KalkaJi, New Delhi (most probably OUTSOURCED), they changed the screen on 07/11/2009 (I paid Rs./-2500.00), after reaching office when I checked after inserting MMC, unfortunately Mobile Set was stopped supporting the MMC. Since I am working in Maruti Suzuki so couldn’t visit frequently so Again I visited Nokia Care Service centre, KalkaJi, New Delhi on 14/11/2009, handed them over my mobile set for rectification of the said problem & I was been told that they will tell me about the status over phone but Really it was very surprising and Disappointing at my end that even after that I never got any call.
Again I took half day’s leave again on 17/11/2009 & again went there to know the status but I became surprised when they asked Rs./-3600.00 since my set was in warranty so I left my set there only & I immediately called on your company’s toll free no but still no response till date..
Yesterday I sent my staffs over there to bring my set (in unrepaired condition) but today when I switched on the Set then It was not responding(unable to switch on) when I gave my Phone on 14/11/2009 it was perfectly OKAY in receiving/making calls as well as SMS etc except MMC was not working..
Now as I feel, “NOKIA” enjoys an outstanding reputation only. Our present experience has rudely shaken our trust in your esteemed company. As a loyal customer, our family/friends has subscribed at various stages. The incident is nothing short of a fraud perpetrated on us. For that I demand a compensation of Rs. Fifty Thousand for having caused emotional and psychological stress and mental tension to me and my family..
Your response should reach us in a week's time failing which we shall be constrained to use other avenues to seek redressal because It appears NOKIA is just not bothered to address my complaint. It’s just not possible to believe that NOKIA behave this way.
Please revert per return “Else I will have to spread your Service feedback among our well wishers” as well as “will be free to go to Consumer forum for my rights” which I know as I am also working in Customer Service Industry

Later I went to the Nokia shop where I had taken the mobile set, they are not blocking the hand set. My mobile No. is [protected]. The mobile cost was Rs 6450.00. I have already blocked the sim. It was a BSNL sim card. And I have retained the same number. But, why they are not blocking the hand set No. It was stolen on[protected]. Kindly help me in this regard.

Sir/Mam i bought a New Nokia 1202 Phone on 15 oct 2007 from VENUS MOBILES, NO:35A, MUNICIPALITY BUILDINGS(NEAR RAJA THEATER) OFFICERS LINE, VELLORE-632001. But Now the current position is that my Phone is not working properly(Mobile process getting very slow, Display and Rebooting problem, Volume level raise n fall, some times tower signal get dead ) and also I am without a phone for almost a month, which is a basic need for life.I submit the phone to CELL PARK, no:3 post office road, krishna nagar, vellore on th nov20 second time i return to noika care for same problem. I hava a nokia 1200 model
Nokia 6600 slider — Malfunctioning of handset
I purchase d a Nokia6600 Slider on 14th Auguest 2009 from Mobile store, Kottayam, Kerala by paying rs.12999.00.Within this short period of 3 Months handset stop functioning, particularly receiving calls for 4 different times, due to which I suffer a lot. Two time I visited the service centre in Kottayam just to get funny answer that handset is OK, problem is either hanging or Battery loose and they advised me to press the battery whenever this reapeats. I did not see this kind of advise in user manuel and as a frequent traveller it is very difficult for me to continue with this kind of problem repeatedly happening. looking for a permanant solution.

Fortyfive days back my phone had problem in Flexcable and when i contected Nokia care, 42 new market, clock tower, dehradun ph 2650035, 2650036, the Flexcable was changed, which costed me Rs 650, now again the same problem has started. I again contected Nokia care and didn't get good responce, they said that it is haveing the same problem and i have to change its flexcable and pay for it again.
Atlast i want to sat that i am not satisfied with Nokia care centre service.
