Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

Hi My Self Is Anjum Siddiqui Im purchased Nokia mobile (Model No 7210) on 14th June 2009. It has a warranty for one year. In the Last week of Sep 2009, since the day of its use it is giving problem of hanging. it hangs after sometime automatically and even on swithcing it on and off it fails to work.even taking out and replacing the battery doesnot work. Then I went to the Nokia Care and told them about the problem. They verified the history of the set in their system and told me it is under warranty period. I showed them the bill that I have purchased just 3-4 months back and the warrant period still exists.They told us they would get it serviced. I gave the set on 14th OCT 2009. They returned the set on October 25 or 26 But the problem still persists. Again I submit my set and told the problem. They have taken the set again. after 10 to 12 days they called me i went to the nokia care. they change my set to another set i said i dont want this i want to my set.. Again I submit my set and told the problem. after some time it haapen agian with me. Again I submit my set and told the problem. But so far they have not returned my mobile. I was told that your Nokia Care has not good.
No response from Univercell

I am Rajasekaran from Velachery. I bought a mobile (Model: NOKIA 1203 with Sl.No: [protected], Bill No: UTN:1578870) from Univercell Showroom, Velachery on 19.10.2009.

From Day one that mobile was not working Properly .(Mic some time not working ). After one month period i went to Same univercell showroom for to complaint and service regarding on 21.11.09. and they committed to return the Mobile after service completion on Tuesday (24.11.09)- They want 3 days for service process only.

During complaint booking( Service Request No:138, 21.11.2009) they ask for 3 days service time only and also accepted by myself. But yesterday (23.11.09) i went and meet the same person for the service completion Regarding due to my urgent requirement of mobile.

But in Univercell, No one response and didn't know about the correct status and finally they told as ‘ for service we need 15 to 20 Days for processing’ and they are searching their table Draw and pick my mobile which was not sending to service and kept in univercell only.

After i spoke to Branch Incharge (Mr.Badhri ) regarding this issue, he said ‘ we don’t know about the duration of service period and we discussed with service people and revert back. If you need you can go Directly to NOKIA service centre. I am not accept to approcah Nokia showroom directly instead o[censored]nivercell and given back to the mobile to him.

But there is no reply from him till evening(24.11.2009). After remind call from my side they verified and give the answer as ‘ we are sending your mobile for service and they don’t know about the Date of Return after service’.


From this long steps,

1. How can and when i receive my mobile after service which purchased from UNIVERCELL Show room?
2. I Bought a mobile from Univercell show room and you are a seller, Why your people recommend to approach myself directly to NOKIA Service centre?
3. I don’t know whether the mobile sent for service or kept at Univercell Only?
4. During new mobile Purchase all employee in Univercell Cooperated with Pleasing personality and supposed to service or other Regarding, There is some Habitual change find out. This may create dissatisfaction on your Business by the Public.
Due to this kind of practice No one cannot recommend relationship o[censored]nivercell for their friends and relatives.


Pls take this mail as a complaint and which is not send or spread to other friends, relatives and Mobile companies like NOKIA . So, Kindly take necessary action regarding this issue as needful and reply asap.

I will recommend "not to go with Nokia" in my circle although i am using Nokia from last 5 years. Its my first experience with Nokia Care and i must say - its horrible.

Please help me and advice when can i get my handset back.

I bought a Nokia 5130c from Nokia Priority (LIMTON Pvt Ltd) on 26 10 2009.
(Tax invoice cum challan No: MG00002 date:26.10.2009). In 2 weeks the camera started to malfunction with distortion of images in the viewfinder.I took it to NOKIA Care service centre
(Everest Mobicare, 10, Lenin Sarani, Kolkata 700013) who took away my set suspecting a fault of the camera module, saying that the repair would take 15 days to be repaired.(Job sheet No.[protected]/091126/36 date:26.11.09)
Being an Orthopaedic Surgeon, I feel helpless without a mobile for so many days.
I would request you to either refund the money, or replace the defective set immediately as my profession demands that I be in touch with my patients always.

I undersigned Anil Gunde have bought your Nokia 6700C CHROME handset from
Nokia Priority Dealer Shop at New Digital World A 1, Sai Plaza, Sai Chowk, Pimpri, Pune -18 on 17th Oct, 09.
The handset for very new at that time and I had seen it on your
website and purchased the same.
I had bought the said handset for Rs. 13800/- and i knew i was paying
more for the said handset at Nokia Priority and other handset delears
were giving it at less cost.
I trusted your delear and purchased the handset inspite of high cost.
When I bought the handset the delear said that the pouch which comes
from company is not available I will make it available for you by next
week. On that commitment i purchased the handset and every week I am
visiting the delar and he says that the company is not sending the
pouch yet.
May i know what is the reason of not getting the pouch.
I am sorry for raising such a small issue but I want that pouch and
for the same I thought I should bring it to your notice.
kindly revert me back asap and let me know the reason and when can I
get my pouch.

They are convince to this model for new and advanced on from sony ericson model and cost also very less so i purchase RS.5489.01

but now the Display light only glow but not coming the words and colors. I thing its very small fault the data bus is dust or no conduct such a way naturally they told you go to nokia care their not serviced and i went to nokia service get a token 54 presently 44 their only two person i think each members 10 min. 1hr after five min they call my number. getting my mobile this model spares are not available after 15 day we will call. still i am waiting. one day i will go to consumer then only they changing this like activities.

Note:

"What is different between company model mobile and china model mobile"
at the same month i buy the china mobile with IMEI approved model mobile Rs.1500 still working perfectly even touch screen also.

2. Phone Switched off when memory card inserted.

I have visited the Nokia Care (Happy Creations calicut) FIVE times & they can’t solve my problem still.They told it has a software complaints.Three times Software Updated and Two times NIMC service .The same complaint repeated in five times.If it is not repaired My handset is still under warranty and it is the rule of service that if it is not repaired within three times then they should replace it. But they are not doing so. Sir please help me it has become a vicious circle for me to go to the service centre and go again and go again please help me.In last Nov 30 handset again complaint the phone switch on show Service Contact and switched off .I went the Nokia Care (Happy Creations calicut), They told that handset couldn't repalace .I request to change my phone immediately... please help me ...
