sir i live ghaziabad, and i have 2 or 3 problem in my super nova 7610 handset, i went visit my near customer care nokia centre in Ghaziabad RDC Raj nagar, 201001, here my problem does not solve and one customare care executive so much misbehave with me and tell we do not give any solution this type problem, , i have other set same model also this set working good, and here ghaziabad center told me you talk now company. and my hand set problem is that camera shown green shade even atrificial light or other light, mob automatic off, they can not help me, supported me and show bad attitute with me, so please as soon as possible you help my problem and you must take good action against him other wise i have only one last choice to go with cunsumer court, i will wait you reaply, my contact mob number [protected], if nokia brand can not help customer then how will they add they are no. 1

My name is Naveen KM.i bought a nokia n79 phone 10 months ago.Iam not satisfied with the phone.The phone has lots of complaints.Among them few am mentioning here.please take notice of this.Am using airtel sim in my phone, even in proper city the phone is not showing any network.I had to restart the phone every time to get the network, actually there are 200 contacts in my sim and the phone is showing less than 100 contacts, but in all other phones am getting the full contacts with the same sim, and the phone got hanged many times and also the phone is automatically restarting frequently .6 times i sent this phone to delhi for service and each time i got back the phone after 26 dayz and atleast 7 to 8 times i had given the phone in nokia customer care Calicut to change the software because they told all these problems occured may be of software complaints and for many days the phone was with them.i coudn't use the phone properly because nearly for 6 months the phone was in delhi or in nokia care.when i bought the phone the price of the phone was above 24 thousand and now it is only 13 thousand.i[censored] compare both the prices you can understand that i didn't get anything worth my money.what is the benefit of buying phone for 24 thousand and using for 4 months, i could have bought the phone now only. when i gave the phone in nokia care they replaced and gave me 2 new n79 phones but of no use because both the new phones were having the same complaints(last swapped phone's IMEI no [protected]).
At present the phone is in nokia service centre(happy creations nokia care calicut) and the job sheet no is[protected]/090918/62.Already i had given 5 times complaint in nokia help line[protected]complaint no 1-[protected]) and i didn't get any proper solution.Last time when i gave complaint they told that they will try to swap some other model but i got the same model.this is my last complaint and i hope that i will get a proper solution from you.Iam fed up of giving complaints and going to nokia care evert time.i can't tolerate your irresponsibility.if am not getting proper solution from u also, i have to move legally by registering case in consumer court.

i have nokia 5800, i purchased it at 12.02.08, but iface so many problems with this phone, i gave it for repairing for 5 times, but it is not don properly by noki care, i submeet my phone at 09.11.2009 for display problem, they told me at least 15 days they will take, today all most one mothe is gone but i cant receve my phone, and they dont give my proper satisfide reply. so pl kind ly take stapes for the sme

i bought the handset, Nokia 6700c, from a priority dealer on 16th of oct. exactly after a month i.e. on the 16th of nov. while talking over the phone, to my horrors i realised the mike had stopped working. tried all the first aides possible, restarting it, restore factory settings... etc etc.
i gave the set for repair to the nokia care center on th 17th of nov and was told thta the set would be repaired and deliverd within 15days, however the date that they mentioned on the job sheet was of 5th dec, on questioning this i was ascertained i'll delivered by 30th nov.
now its over a week 5th went by and i have recieved my handset back. no response rom the care centre despite me calling them twice daily. no response from your website customer care cell.. with the same follow up with them..
please suggest me what should be the next option... Consumer court for i need my handset anyhow by 10th of dec. or else i would definitely want my money back against the bill of purchase.
am very bugged and have sweared not to buy a Nokia again...

On 31st January 2007 I bought a Nokia N72 mobile set for my 60 years old mother. During purchase the salesgirl said that only after purchase I can open the packet to check the set. Though it was the birthday gift for my mother, hence, I did not open the packet to check the set. From the very next day the set set was disturbing. Data cable was not working, key pad was not working. The very next day I rushed to the shop where I bought the set. The shop owner replied with smile that now this is not there liability to change/repair the set.
I rushed to Nokia service centre(HCL).They did not provide me the solution.
Next one year many times I’ve visited the Nokia care to solve the issue. But till date it is not solved.
Last year from Nokia care(HCL) they’ve given me address of another service centre.

They demanded service charge again. I purchased the set for the net surfing through mobile connection. But my mother was unable to enjoy the facility because of faulty handset.
Last year I sent mail to nokia care with the details & with the soft copy attachment of ‘cash memo’ given by service centre.
I’ve not received the proper answer from the nokia.
We want to return(Free of cost) the set to nokia to display the set at the Nokia after sales service gallery(If any).
Because customer dissatisfactions is not important to Nokia

My Mobile Nokia N97-1, which is infested with certain technical problems from last 3 months and i gave the set to MICRONAS TELECOM, C-4 Sector -2 Noida and Job Sheet No.[protected]/091126/51 on date 26/nov/2009 but till now they did not give the moblie i am really surprised from your poor support.
