COMPLAINT AGAINST NOKIA MY MOBILE STORE
Dear Sir,
1. I painfully intimate to you that I have purchased a Nokia Mobile Model No 1661 & EMEI No [protected] from The Mobile Store-4, Taj Rd, Sadar Bazar, Agra-282001 on 13.12.09 at 16.07 hrs against their Invice No 2579 & Customer Ser No. [protected] dated 13.12.09. After 7.30 hrs on same day the mob set automatically Off.
2. Next day on 14.12.09 I went to the store & intimated the problems & also requested to replace the mobile, but the rep of the mobile store told me before replace you will take a DEO from Nokia service centre.
3. On 15.12.09 I went to the Nokia Service Centre, Sanjay Place, Agra & intimated the problem & also requested to make a DEO for replacement of my mobile as directed by the mobile store. They told sir, you have misguided by the mobile store. The service centre is not authorised to make the DEO. The responsibility for the DEO is Dealer/Mobile Store of the Co. Repair Centre advice me to return back to the mob store & told them the same. I reach the mob store & intimated the above matter. Then the rep of mobile store checks the set & it On. The set was functioned on full day ie 16.12.09, but the same day approx 2300 hrs the set again Off .
4. On 17.12.09 I went again to the store & intimated the problems which have come with the set. They have again advice to go to the another Nokia Mobile Centre ie M/s Simran Electronics, 65, Nehru Nagar, Agra, Nokia Service Centre, Agra for DEO/repair.
5. On 18.12.09 I went to the above service centre, but they will not attend due to a party organize in the centre
on the occasion of ……. .. & they advised to come on next day.
6. On 19/12/09 I went again to the above service centre & intimated to all problems & also requested to make a DEO for my set as advised by the mobile store. They told me that your set is not opening due to major problems & we are not authorised to make the DEO. It will be responsible the dealer/mobile store where are you purchase the set. You are our advice to deposit the set for long time. Then I deposited the mobile in above service centre against their Job Card No 4358 dt 19/12/09 & given for delivery date is 04 Jan 2010.
7. It is not understood who will be responsible to prepare the DEO on above cases at that time. As per Co. instructions mobile should be replaced by the mobile store, but they will not take seriously of this matter & keep me in blind.
8. Now ie till today have completed 12 days (with effect from date of purchasing) of the above matter I am running from mobile store to repair service centre and repair service centre to mob store. It means who will be purchased Nokia mobile for his personal use then he rounded for one place to another place as a football.
9. Keeping of above matter, I want a new mobile instead of old which is admitted in above repair service centre, Agra with effect from 19.12.09.
10. In view of the above, kindly give hard instruction to the above mobile store to issue a new mob instead of the above.

Dec.2009 I purchased NOKIA 6303 CLASSIC with 3.2 mega pixel camera as company promissed but I was surprise to find that the camers which was in ohone not more than 1.3 mp. on 2nd. Dec. Iwent to NOKIA care centre patel ngr branch to comlaint about this the gentle man Mr. Deepak got my phone and told me that he has upgrated the soft ware but the problem still in the pbone even display of the color is not perfect.
Today I went again to centre I told them the same problem consist they told that they have fixed the problem but nothing happened they made me fool sayig that Ishould leave the phone with them for 2-3
weeks time which is not possible my job sheet no. is162 patel ngr. new delhi.Kindly do the need full to replace it or fix it properly so iIcould carryon as youe client .

today on dated 22.12.2009 I called on nokia care at 2.30 pm regaarding my phone status
Mr. deepak (attandant)called me at center he gave me my phone back in the same position
telling me that they are anable to fix my problem as they told that this is the company responsibility or fault
so we can not repair this do whatever you want...manager Mr. Hemant Arora told me so...if you want me to be with your company in future please fix my problem otherwise I will be not yout client in future

Mr. deepak (attandant)called me at center he gave me my phone back in the same position
telling me that they are anable to fix my problem as they told that this is the company responsibility or fault

I am 10 years old customer of NOKIA products as well as AIR TEL. my this no is 10 years old, during this period I have purchased almost 7 nokia phones my last phone was N72, on dated 1st. Dec.2009 I purchased NOKIA 6303 CLASSIC with 3.2 mega pixel camera as company promissed but I was surprise to find that the camers which was in ohone not more than 1.3 mp. on 2nd. Dec. Iwent to NOKIA care centre patel ngr branch to comlaint about this the gentle man Mr. Deepak got my phone and told me that he has upgrated the soft ware but the problem still in the pbone even display of the color is not perfect.
Today I went again to centre I told them the same problem consist they told that they have fixed the problem but nothing happened they made me fool sayig that Ishould leave the phone with them for 2-3

I painfully intimate to you that I have purchased a Nokia Mobile Model No 1661 & EMEI No [protected] from The Mobile Store-4, Taj Rd, Sadar Bazar, Agra-282001 on 13.12.09 at 16.07 hrs against their Invice No 2579 & Customer Ser No. [protected] dated 13.12.09. After 7.30 hrs on same day the mob set automatically Off.
2. Next day on 14.12.09 I went to the store & intimated the problems & also requested to replace the mobile, but the rep of the mobile store told me before replace you will take a DEO from Nokia service centre.
3. On 15.12.09 I went to the Nokia Service Centre, Sanjay Place, Agra & intimated the problem & also requested to make a DEO for replacement of my mobile as directed by the mobile store. They told sir, you have misguided by the mobile store. The service centre is not authorised to make the DEO. The responsibility for the DEO is Dealer/Mobile Store of the Co. Repair Centre advice me to return back to the mob store & told them the same. I reach the mob store & intimated the above matter. Then the rep of mobile store checks the set & it On. The set was functioned on full day ie 16.12.09, but the same day approx 2300 hrs the set again Off .
4. On 17.12.09 I went again to the store & intimated the problems which have come with the set. They have again advice to go to the another Nokia Mobile Centre ie M/s Simran Electronics, 65, Nehru Nagar, Agra, Nokia Service Centre, Agra for DEO/repair.
5. On 18.12.09 I went to the above service centre, but they will not attend due to a party organize in the centre
on the occasion of ……. .. & they advised to come on next day.
6. On 19/12/09 I went again to the above service centre & intimated to all problems & also requested to make a DEO for my set as advised by the mobile store. They told me that your set is not opening due to major problems & we are not authorised to make the DEO. It will be responsible the dealer/mobile store where are you purchase the set. You are our advice to deposit the set for long time. Then I deposited the mobile in above service centre against their Job Card No 4358 dt 19/12/09 & given for delivery date is 04 Jan 2010.
7. It is not understood who will be responsible to prepare the DEO on above cases at that time. As per Co. instructions mobile should be replaced by the mobile store, but they will not take seriously of this matter & keep me in blind.
8. Now ie till today have completed 12 days (with effect from date of purchasing) of the above matter I am running from mobile store to repair service centre and repair service centre to mob store. It means who will be purchased Nokia mobile for his personal use then he rounded for one place to another place as a football.
9. Keeping of above matter, I want a new mobile instead of old which is admitted in above repair service centre, Agra with effect from 19.12.09.
10. In view of the above, kindly give hard instruction to the above mobile store to issue a new mob instead of the above.

Nokia E71 — unreputable Nokia distributor ( I2 )
Dear Sir,I have an E71 Nokia handset, and after few months of purchasing i had two hardware defects:
1-Some of the function keys are not working (3,6,9,options&calender keys)
2-A problem with the display
So i did head to I2 one of Nokia distributers here in Egypt and handed over the handset with the guarantee and informed about the defects, so i left them the handset and they recontacted me after aprox. 10 days to inform that my handset is done and i have to go to pick it up.
So believe it or not when i arrived at their premises to take the phone i found the following:
1-Defects not repaired
2-Housing of the handset is broken
3-Evidences of damages of a screw driver in the handset's face due to maintenance

Dear Im using nokia7610 supernova set in last 6month wit bsnl sim But in last 3days In my set most of the time oc and ic call not going it shows erer in connection.but if i put my sim to other set it working.so pls requst u to solve this problm .

I do have a NOKIA made Mobile phone ( Model no 7610s ) which made some technical problem and I submitted the same for repairing at an authorized NOKIA service center named M/s CARE ZONE, Siddhi Vinayak Complex, Opp. Sanjivani Hospital, New Sanganer Road, Sodala, Jaipur, Ph. No. –[protected] dated 04-12-09 pertaining to the Job sheet no.[protected] / 097204 / 9. As per the written commitment made by the above service center, the mobile was supposed to be returned me on 05.12.2009. But, till 9th of Dec, ’09, neither they have returned my phone nor made any phone call to me. The day I kept on calling them repeatedly but they were not clarifying any of my quarries at all and at last after lot of argument they asked me to lift the phone from their end as the repairing is not possible due to non availability of spare parts. Then the same day I called at NOKIA customer care ( Ph. No.[protected] and logged the complaint ( Complaint no. 1- [protected] ) regarding the above. On 14th Dec, ’09, again I communicated with NOKIA customer care and got the assurance to receive my mobile phone from the said service center on 17.12.09 after duly repaired. As advised by NOKIA customer care, the same I confirmed with Mr. Mohit of M/s CARE ZONE. On 16th of Dec, ’09, I received a call from M/s CARE ZONE to collect the repaired mobile phone and accordingly I collected the same on 18.12.09 after paying the claimed amount of Rs.1300 pertaining to the Bill nos 2698 & 6372. But just after two hours, the similar technical problem started in the phone. On the same day I coordinated with M/s CARE ZONE and as per their advise, on 21.12.09 again I submitted the phone to them. According to M/s CARE ZONE, the parts they changed, that has been damaged. Since then, my phone is lying with M/s CARE ZONE.
Now, my complaint to you regarding the harassment I faced from M/s CARE ZONE in these entire period and in spite of my repeated request, the above service center has not provided me any substitute mobile phone on temporary basis. Please note that, due to the entire discrepancy, my work is getting affected day by day.
Your deep concern on the above will be highly appreciable.

The handset automatically hangs and the it will be switched off. I had given the handset to your service centre in Bellary (Karnataka) 3 times still problem has not resolved. Now this is the 4th time I had given to your service centre, My job sheet no[protected]/091107/25 dt 05/12/2009, customer care Service request no 1-[protected]’ since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. This is saravanan from chennai, On 2nd october 2002 i bought nokia 6610 with out camera.Still i am using the same moble without any repair and without changed the battery also. Currently is was used 630 hours
